IT’S YOUR TIME NOW TO ARISE AND EMBRACE YOUR PROPHETIC DESTINY!
Today, we are in the finest hour of the church and women are part of this great move of God. Many have answered the call and embraced the destiny ordained for them by God. In the book of Joel 2:28 it says, “that in the last days I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh and my sons and daughters shall prophesy. However, there are still members of the body of Christ who have not released or embraced God’s daughters into their giftings, callings, and destiny. But it’s time for women to come forth and say, “It’s My Time Now”. For just a few moments today, I would like to speak on the message entitled, “IT’S YOUR TIME NOW! EMBRACING YOUR PROPHETIC DESTINY”. In order to understand the message I am about to minister today, let me give you some definitions.
DEFINITIONS:
Prophesy -
1. Prophesy - (prophetic - characteristic of prophesy); to utter forth, to declare a thing.
2. In Pastor Rocinda Barnor’s book, Scepter of Authority, she defines declare (decree) as to announce and speak forth to the heavens that Jesus rules in the land, other lands, or in circumstances and situations that we face. We declare and decree that He is the Kings of Kings and the Lord of Lords, and His righteousness will reign forever.
Destiny -
1. To decree beforehand
2. To designate, assign, or dedicate in advance
Predetermine - to determine beforehand; to impose a direction beforehand
Prophetic Destiny -
That which has been declared over your life before hand by God for His purposes which defies geographical location, race, creed, national origin, ethnicity, territory, or any obstacles.

As I stated before, many are not embracing their prophetic destiny. How many of you today are frustrated because you don’t know what that you have a prophetic destiny and it has not been embraced or you do not know how to pull it forth? What about the prophetic words spoken over you time and time again confirming our prophetic destiny which have not come to pass? What is hindering many of us today? In order to embrace your prophetic destiny or discover it, there are certain things we need to examine. In other word, let’s “keep it real”.
HINDRANCES TO WOMEN OF PROPHETIC DESTINY:
I We have a “Christian Drama Queen” type mentality.
Are you a drama queen? Or better yet, a Christian drama queen? I wasn’t sure I was one until recently I started to look at my life. Yes, I admit I am a drama queen. What is a Drama Queen? This is a person, specifically a woman, who needs the prep and the pump to keep on going. Everything evolves around her and for her even her prayer life.
Even though she is a Christian, she has yet to perfect and submit specific area in her life to God. Many have learned to play a part, put on the Church face. They have learned the script well. Surely, if there was an academy award for churches, this person would surely get an Oscar.
In the Word of God there were also Drama Queens. Example of Drama Queens are:.
a. Vashti - thought more highly of herself than she ought
b. Jezebel - wanted control; to run things without God, it’s all about her
c. Delilah - girlfriend; brought great man down because she knew his secret
But there is hope! We found that Esther was a woman of prophetic destiny. However, Esther had a “drama queen” moment. When it was time for her to embrace her prophetic destiny (it was not to be just queen, but a deliver of her people), she told Mordecai that she couldn’t go to the King on the Jews behalf. Then Mordecai reminded her that she was also a Jew and would perish! It was then that Esther said, “..and if I perish, I perish“. (Esther 4:16) She didn’t stop at being Queen, she embraced her prophetic destiny and saved the Jews from destruction.
There were other women who embraced their prophetic destiny such as Deborah, Mary, Hannah, and even the Woman at the Well. Jesus read the mail of the woman at the well (she was a “Drama Queen” with a history - she loved the brethren); however, she became the first female evangelist. (John 4:28 The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men, Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ? Then they went out of the city, and came unto him.)
II. Misinterpretation of Relationships
Relationship comes from the word to “relate”. To relate means the position one holds to another. For example: employer/employee; husband/wife; pastor/member; male/female. I want to talk about the male and female relationship.
Men: Self image of most men is insecurity.
Women: Most women have low self esteem. They do not know their value or worth.
Until we get those self-images out of their minds, we will continue to have misinterpretation of the male/female relationship. The correct male/female relationship is found in Genesis 1:28

God is looking for women who will arise, go forth, and take the dominion He gave to them in the beginning; to be co-laborers with Him and with men in redeeming and restoring humanity and the earth. It’s now time to get rid of the “drama queen” mentality and accept the correct interpretation of the male/female relationship. It’s time for you to become a woman of prophetic destiny! I have a few principles to help you embrace your prophetic destiny!
PRINCIPLES TO EMBRACE YOUR PROPHETIC DESTINY:
1. You must ARISE to your Authority as a Believer.
Read Ephesians 1:19-21
We are seated with Jesus Christ in heavenly places. That means we are to rule from the throne with Jesus.
Many of us do not understand this and often live in defeat.
Read Luke 10:19
Read Acts 10:38
We received the same mantle of authority as Jesus when we got the Holy Spirit. Your ability to overcome any situation is already in you. The Holy Ghost is with you and in you! One problem is that we want the Holy Ghost to do the work...no, we do the work and the Holy Ghost is the Helper!
Many of us face hardships; but they are not from God. You have the ability and power to confront, overcome, and defeat what’s in your way! You have been anointed with the power of the Holy Ghost to move every mountain. But you must believe it by faith. The Scriptures says, “The just shall live by faith”. Faith to do what? To move mountains or anything in our way of our prophetic destiny.
2. You must AWAKE to who God has called you to be.

How did none of the words fall to the ground? Samuel remember what the Lord God told him and throughout his life acknowledged what God told Him what he would do for him and his prophetic destiny.

You must learn to prophesy or speak the Word. You must learn to speak “Thus saith the Lord”. You must but your faith into action today and start prophesying what God has ordained for you as prophetic women.
You must believe that you have a prophetic destiny. Let your faith begin NOW to call those things as not as though they were!

Start prophesying over your life to call forth those giftings, callings, and dreams to embrace your prophetic destiny.
3. ACCOMPLISH your prophetic destiny by using the Weapons of Warfare!
We must know and understand the weapons of our warfare to accomplish and embrace our prophetic destiny.
What are the weapons of our warfare?
Read Ephesians 6:10-18 - Defines the whole armor of God.
Ephesians 6:11 – Put on the whole armour of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Able – dunamis – dynamic ability working on your behalf
Stand – stenai – to maintain a critical and strategic military position over a battlefield; main battlefield is our mind.
Against – face to face encounter; eye ball to eyeball; more than a match for the enemy
Wiles of devil – devices and deception. It actually means a lie that travels on one road to get to your mind so you can believe the lie and make it a reality. This is completed deception.
We have additional weapons we can use that are not found in Ephesians 6, but found in the counsel of God’s Word.
When I clap my hands, it’s a weapon of my warfare. Psalm 47:1 “O clap your hands, all ye people..
When I utilize the spiritual gifts, it’s a weapon of my warfare. I Corinthians 12:7 “..the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.”
When I shout hallelujah, it’s a weapon of my warfare and all hell should shake. Joshua 6:16 “...Shout for the Lord hath given you the city.”
When I say the Name of Jesus, it’s a weapon of my warfare. Mark 16:17-18 “…In my name shall they…”
When I give, it’s a weapon of my warfare . Matthew 26:6-13 “Woman with alabaster box...”
When I pray and fast, it’s a weapon of my warfare. Daniel 10:2-3 and 12 “..for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.”
When I dance, it’s a weapon of my warfare. Psalm 149:3 “Let them praise His Name in dance..”
When I bind and loose, it’s a weapon of my warfare. Matthew 16:19 (Loose - get rid of; Bind - will, mind, plans and destiny to the will of God).
When I am in agreement, it’s a weapon of my warfare. Matthew 18:19 - That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
The enemy doesn’t want you to utilize your weapons of warfare. But it is high time that you arise and stand against the enemy and rule from the throne.

You have everything in you and have been equipped to embrace your prophetic destiny. Women of prophetic destiny AWAKE, ARISE, and ACCOMPLISH.

I am a WOMAN of PROPHETIC DESTINY. I have been called, appointed, equipped, and anointed for such a time as this. I am moving forward with my eyes focused on the high calling of God and will not get side-tracked or lose focus. I have the vision and faith to finish my prophetic destiny in the earth realm. I am filled with God’s Spirit, led by God’s Spirit and know that HE IS WITH ME! I embrace my prophetic destiny today and move forth into my prophetic destiny!
