“At that time some Pharisees came to Jesus and said to him, “Leave this place and go somewhere else. Herod wants to kill you.” He replied, “Go tell that fox, ‘I will drive out demons and heal people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach my goal.” Luke 13:31-32
Everyone faces discouragement everyday. You wake up and lay down your plan for the day and just along the day something sprung to distort your plan. You have made uncountable resolution every New Year’s eve for the past roll of years, yet none of them come to be realised. Each time you think of seriously following your goals some negative news clogged your plans. Fear will quickly grip you and you abort your goals. Today your hope is shuddered, you think it cannot be done; you think you are useless, you bowed down to such news and run away from your God given dreams. You even confess touching testimonies to justify the abortion of your goals. Hey! Wake up and listen!
From now onwards to go and tell that fox that I you reach your goals. Go tell that fox you will do it.
You received news that your husband/wife is cheating and that your marriage is at stake, go tell that fox all will be fine,
You received news that there is going to be a retrenchment at your work place and your life will be at stake, go tell that fox life goes on as normal as today,
You received news that your health condition is bad and soon you will die, go tell that fox you will live because by his stripes you are healed,
You received news that you will not live to the end of this year, just go tell that fox you will live because Christ lives & nothing will be against you,
You received news that you cannot do anything, you are just good for nothing, just go tell that fox you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you,
You received news that what you want to do is impossible and was never done before, just go tell that fox with God all things are possible.
The Herod in your life is the fox, that fox is the power of negativism. The evil force that works for your downfall, anything that opposes what is good, thoughts or actions that stands against the good goals and the love of God in Jesus Christ is a fox. Sickness is fox, sin is a fox, discouragement is a fox, problems is a fox, poverty is a fox, hatred is a fox ,threats is a fox, bad friends is a fox, evilness is a fox, gossip is a fox, devil is a fox etc
You don’t have to take heed to the fox’s words. Live as if there is no fox. Plan as if the fox will not oppose you. Never lose sleep because of the fox. My friend the fox is defeated. If it’s sin it needs the blood of the Lamp. If its death it needs the resurrection power. If it’s the devil he needs the Calvary experience. Go tell that fox you will make it to the end. Don’t be intimidated. Don’t be discouraged. Don’t be shaken. Don’t fear the fox is finished and disarmed long time ago. Go tell that fox in your life today to get away.
When telling that fox mention your victory from today, tomorrow and forever. Whenever anything comes up against you tell that fox today I will succeed, today I will be happy, today I will smile, today I will do all things happily. Then continue saying tomorrow I will do likewise until I reach my goal.
Go tell all that fox today I will rejoice, succeed and achieve my goals. Don’t run away from a fox face it, eye to eye, nose to nose and tell it to leave you!
