Come Dream With Me.
Come realize Gods dream. Put into place in the beginning of time for mankind to live with Him for all eternity. But man disobeyed his Creator and upset God’s plans in the Garden of Eden. But God loved us enough to not let His dream die, but to die for the dream.
The Lord Jesus Christ carried the dream with the passion like an Olympian carries the torch into the games, but unlike the Olympian, this passion concerned the souls of mankind, and it led Him to a cross.
No eye has seen, no ear heard what God has prepared for those who love Him. 1 Cor 2:9. God knows what awaits us, and I believe He is so excited to bring us home, but it also breaks His heart to see that so many will never see His kingdom, and that we are not as excited as we should be. Angels long to see the full scope of what we already know, 1Pet 1:12. How much more of what God wants to do through us that we don’t know. I can hear Him say, “Come dream with me, and I’ll set your hearts on fire with My Presence and Purpose.”
Live the dream that God has prepared for you before you were even born. What ever your gifts are is what Gods purpose for you is wrapped around. What ever’s honorable and of excellence, dwell on these things, Phil 4:8. My mind is always imagining the possibilities of what God has in store.
Will we get to live out our dreams in heaven, that we weren’t able to on earth? I imagine myself as a pilot and an astronaut. How about a race car driver or a successful author? Now I know we will have specific jobs assigned to us from God. But I’m convinced that our wildest imagination cannot compare to what God has in store for us as I already pointed out in 1 Cor 2:9.
Let us not hold back Gods dreams for us. He doesn’t force His will on us. We must seek Him daily to find out what His plans are. The soul that’s content with their lot in life is a peaceful soul. How sad is the soul that never pursued God’s dreams for them.
What is and what we want may be two different things, but what is and the soul that sees is satisfied with the fact that the Father is pleased. Without the dreamer, many of the Worlds inventions would never have come to past. Man would never have set foot on the moon.
Now God isn’t a dreamer like we may think of the word, but God does have plans that can be likened to His dreams for us. His dream for our lives is a dream because we have a choice to make it a reality or stumble around our lives wondering what His dream was. The sky’s the limit of what He can do, so don’t be blue, be a tool of righteous purpose. A dream warrior for Christ that will suffice to the praise of His glory.
