"FACING IMPOSSIBLE SITUATIONS"

John 6:1-14
Jeremiah 32:17 Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, [and] there is nothing too hard for thee:
Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things [are] possible to him that believeth.
Luke 18:27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.
2 Chronicles 16:9 For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of [them] whose heart [is] perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
Luke 1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.
Ezekiel 33:31 And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee [as] my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they shew much love, [but] their heart goeth after their covetousness.
My impossible situation is: .
What may be an impossible situation to one person may not be to someone else. Example: A debt of $5,000 would be an impossible situation with a person who only had $1.00 but for a person who has 10 million dollars in the bank it wouldn’t be a problem.
It’s like a man standing in front of Niagra Falls and asking does anybody know where he can get a drink.
They had to confess they didn’t have enough and what they did have He said give so you will know you don’t have anything!
Questions I should consider when facing impossible situations:
1. Does the Lord love me any less because he has allowed me to go through this?
Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
2. Do I believe who Jesus is and what He claims He can do?
He gets all things in order (there is no panic on His part)
Mark 6:39-40 And he commanded them to make all sit down by companies upon the green grass. And they sat down in ranks, by hundreds, and by fifties.
3. Am I remaining faithful to the Lord despite my present circumstances? (John 6:66)
4. Do I have a spiritual perspective of what is happening to me?
2 Corinthians 4:17-18 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, While we look not at the things which are seen; but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
5. Am I praying fervently about my situation asking God for wisdom?
James 5:16 Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Philippians 4:6-7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
6. Am I thankful for what I do have?
