·“The Great Commission” is often “The Great Omission”
·Our purpose on this Earth is not to build a name for ourselves, amass a fortune, have a large family etc.
·God didn’t leave us here after he saved us to just occupy a pew or drop a dollar in the offering plate once in a while.
·This Church’s goal ought to be more than filling the building, having our name recognized, or getting listed in the Sword of the Lord or some other publication. Those things are fine but they shouldn’t be priorities.
1. THE MAN: “HE”
A. Jesus is the Name that is above all names: (Phil. 2:9-11)
B. Jesus is God in the flesh: Jn.1: 1-3
C. Jesus has authority: Matt. 28:18
D. ILL> “JESUS FROM A TO Z”
2. THE MANDATE: “GO”
A. We must leave these four walls:
1) Matt. 10 7 “As ye go…”
2) Matt. 28:19 “Go…”
3) Matt. 22:9 “Go into the highways…”
4) Lk. 14:23 “go into the highways and hedges”
B. Maybe you just need to go to (work, home, store…)
3. THE MISSIONARY: “YE”
A. It is a personal command
1)Is. 48:16 “The Lord God hath sent me”
2)Zech. 2:8 “He hath sent me to the nations…”
B. God is looking for a few good men. Ezek. 22:30
4. THE MISSION FIELD: “INTO ALL THE WORLD”
A. “…among all nations…” Lk. 24:47
B. “…all nations…” Matt.28:19
C. “The field is the world…” Matt. 13:38
5. THE MISSION: “PREACH”
A. “And He sent them to preach…” Lk. 9:2
B. “…preach the Kingdom of God.” Lk. 9:60
C. “Preach the word…” 2 Tim. 4:2
6. THE MESSAGE: “THE GOSPEL”
A. Death, burial and resurrection of Christ 1 Cor. 15:3, 4
B. We must not be ashamed of the gospel. Rom.1:16
C. Anybody that preaches another accursed. Gal. 1:6-9
7. THE MINISTRY: “TO EVERY CREATURE”
A. Starting at home and branching out. Acts 1:8
B. People are looking for answers. Acts 8:26-35
C. How will they know unless we tell them? Rom. 10:14
· Do you know Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour?
· Are you following the marching orders from your Commander-In-Chief?

Never-failing, never-leaving, never-faltering God; Only One I’ll ever need; Prince of Peace; Quintesent of all of life’s storms; Redeemer, Resurrection and the Life, Restorer of the penitent; Son of God, Son of man, Soul-winner; True Vine, True Light, True Bread;
Uplifted Saviour; Victor over sin, death, hell, the Devil and the grave; Wonderful Counselor; X-traordinary; Yesterday, today and forever the same; Zowie!! He’s the greatest I’ve ever seen!!
