Center of Gods Will

1. Just in case you did not understand where I stand today, it is very important we understand where is the center of god’s will for our lives.
2. Lets study about the word center and determine what is meant by cent er
Webster Dictionary says: Center is a place or point at which activity is concentrated or toward which people seem to converge to a center of interest.
3. Wow , when we find the center of gods will We will find a place where the activity is concentrated along with a place where people converge because of interest.
4. Do you suppose when we find the center of gods will and stand in that place
q We will see others gathering to find out what is different and of interest?
q Will there really be plenty of activity?
5. You had better believe that it will be very active and many people will come interested in what you have found. Let’s go a little further.
Looking at the center OF THE EARTH we find in the earth molten lava.
What is molten lava? It is the elements of this world melted together and in a liquid form , nothing can be seen because it is a liquid substance called lava or ash and in time earth or dirt again.
It is very hot, it overcomes everything it touches it is very consuming and it is still dirt. We cannot get away from that dirt can we? It is everywhere.
Deu 4:24 For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.
Deu 9:3 Understand therefore this day, that the LORD thy God is he which goeth over before thee; as a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the LORD hath said unto thee.
Heb 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire.
IN THE CENTER OF GODS WILL: Many seeking, melted down , dirt.
Ge 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
Ge 2:8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
Ge 2:19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
They will be consumed with his power, overcome with his goodness, and feel the heat of his love in the presence of god. It is a fearful thing to find god and feel his presence and not understand why you are where you are but again

So knowing all of these item where is the Center of God’s Will? Let us examine a little further and see where it might be. PAUL writing tells us:
ROMANS 12:1-2
I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
V2- And be not conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your minds that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
What are you saying I’m saying, I’M NOT SAYING BUT gods word is saying that be not conformed to this world but having changed hearts and minds by the spirit of god IT will allow us to find and prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of god. Then and only then will our souls be completely happy. Lets look on a little further.
What was gods will with Noah?
Gen 7:1
And the lord said unto Noah, come thou and all thy house into the ark for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.
v The perfect will of god was to help ? This generation.
v How much more will god help you when you’re the only one that is righteous before him in the
Center of his will.
What is gods will with Paul?
Acts: 27:14
But not long after there arose against it a tempestuous wind called Eurocklydon.
V: 24 fear not Paul thou must be brought before Caesar.
It did not matter that there was a storm,
It did not matter the ship was in trouble,
It did not matter that the storm had driven Paul deep into the ship,
It did not matter that they had not eat anything for many days,
It did not matter that the ship was falling apart around them.
1. What did matter is what the angel of the lord said to Paul. He said Fear not Paul thou must be brought before Caesar.
What WAS god will with Saul? Years before
Acts 9:5
And he trembled and astonished said Lord what wilt thou have me do?
He stopped him, a man that was punishing the men of god from serving god and preaching the word. He was again on a trip to find those that were preaching about this man called Jesus.
God blinded him and ask him to go and seek a man and he followed the direction god gave him and as god will began to be done his life was changed and he became one of the greatest preachers of the bible,
His name was changed to Paul.
The center of gods will there will be a change your life will be melted down and the fire will consume your life
You cannot be found anymore, your not interested in being called by the same name anylonger.
Life will change because you have totally changed.
What was gods will for David?
Chronicles 21:1
And Satan stood up against Israel and provoked David to number Israel.
V: 3
And Joab answered, the lord make his people an hundred times so many more as they be, but my lord the king are they not all my lords servant’s why then doth my lord require this thing? Why will he be a cause of trespass to Israel?
1. 3years of famine, 2. 3 months fleeing of thine enemies, 3. Pestilence in the land for 3 days.
70,000 lives because of this small thing of counting.
v Listen for the voice of God as he speaks to your heart
v Keep our hearts open to his power and move toward the center of his will.
v Get in the Center of Gods Will for you and bring others to see his power.
What was gods will with Joshua?
Joshua 1:5
There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life as I was with Moses so I will be with thee; I will not fail thee nor forsake thee.
8:18
And the lord said unto Joshua stretch out he spear that is in thy hand toward Ai for I will give it unto thin hand.
When god gives you something to conquer it will happen.
John 16:23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
John 16:24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
John 16:26 At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:
What was gods will with Israel?
Gen 13:8-13
Let there be no strife
V: 12 Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom
V14 Abraham was told to look to the north, south, east, west, and all that he saw was his and to his generations
V: 15 For all the land, which thou seest, to thee will I give it and to they seed forever.
God is always willing to give to his servants
God does Recognizes man has a will of his own also
Matthew 16:24
Then said Jesus unto his disciples if any man will come after me let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.
John 1:13
Which were born not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man but of god.
2nd Peter 1:21
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man but holy men of god spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
What was gods will for us concerning Angels?
Exodus 23:20-21
Behold I send an angel before thee to keep thee in the way and to bring thee unto the place where I have prepared.
V:21 Beware of him and obey his voce provoke him not for he will not pardon your transgressions for my name is in him.
So what is the will of God?
1st Thessalonians 5: 16-18
V: 16 REJOICE EVERMORE
V17 PRAY WITHOUT CEASING
V18 GIVE THANKS
In everything give thanks for this is the will of god in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Roman 13:11
And that knowing the time that now it is high time to awake out of sleep for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
