I have preached this at the start of a new year. Like it or not in the coming year we will go through difficult times. How can we face the fires that will be coming in the new year?
We can know, like the 3 hebrew children,(Dan 3:17,18) that the fire that we go through is God’s will. The fact that you are in it may not be God’s will. BUT, He has decided to allow you to go through it. He could have lifted you from it but he
has chosen not to. Trust in his will. The Bible says that its good, acceptable and perfect. God is a good God and wants the best for you and if you are walking with Him in trust and obedience He will take this fire and use it for some good.
Take comfort in the fact that God will join you in the fire.(Dan. 3:25) There were four men in the fire!! God will be there to give you strength. He will guide you through it.
THEY WERE WALKING AROUND IN THE FIRE!!! (Dan. 3:25) Can you believe that. We don’t see 3 men who are fighting to get out. They were just walking around. God will give the ability
to function during your fire. He will give yoou strength to hang in there and endure whatever comes your way.
The three Hebrew children were delivered from the fire. God will deliver you, one way ore another. And when you come out you will have a testimony just as these men did. A testimony of
God’s sustaining grace in the midst of the fires of life.
