Jonah is in an all to familiar place of life, the place were we have
failed to do what God has commanded. And God has to spank us to get us
recentered in His will. So after the time of refocusing, God comes to
Jonah again with His plan. There are 3 truthes we find in this 2nd
chance:
1. The mistake has delayed us but not denied us. In failing to do what
God says does not mean He takes the opportunity away, it is just delayed.
2. The mission is still the same. God does not change the mission just
because we did not do it.
3. The Master still loves us. When God allows us a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th
chances, he is just showing us how much He loves us.
