SECURING DIVINE HELP THROUGH SPIRITUAL WARFARE

INTRODUCTION:
Spiritual warfare is a critical element in securing divine help. Many believers experience delays, defeats, and attacks because they are unaware of the spiritual battles surrounding their lives. The Bible reveals that our true enemies are not flesh and blood but principalities, powers, and rulers of darkness seeking to hinder God’s plans.
Divine help becomes accessible when believers recognize their spiritual authority and engage in warfare through prayer, faith, and the Word of God. A passive Christian will struggle, but one equipped for spiritual warfare will overcome and advance.
This message emphasizes the strategies, weapons, and mindset required to secure divine help through spiritual warfare. It reveals that victory is not by might or human effort but through alignment with God’s authority, prayer, and spiritual discipline.
1. UNDERSTAND THE REAL ENEMY
Recognizing that the battle is spiritual rather than physical positions the believer to fight correctly.
a) Identify Spiritual Forces at Work — Ephesians 6:12
Know that every trial, delay, or oppression may have a spiritual source and requires divine strategy.
b) Recognize the Schemes of the Enemy — 2 Corinthians 2:11
Understanding the devil’s strategies enables you to counteract them effectively.

You must actively engage rather than remain passive against spiritual attacks.

3. ENGAGE IN CONSISTENT PRAYER AND INTERCESSION
Prayer is the primary weapon that activates divine help and confounds the enemy.

4. WALK IN VICTORY AND MAINTAIN FAITHFULNESS
Engaging in spiritual warfare is ongoing, requiring vigilance, obedience, and faith.
a) Resist the Devil and Stand Firm — James 4:7
Every act of resistance weakens the enemy and positions you for divine help.
b) Maintain Faith in God’s Promises — Isaiah 54:17
Assurance of victory strengthens resolve during challenges and attacks.
c) Practice Consistency in Obedience — 1 Timothy 6:12

Praising God publicly demonstrates authority and increases spiritual influence.
