Acts 19 v 13 - 20 Spiritual Warfare
The Fake
Their Movement - 13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews,
Their Mission - exorcists,
Their Methods - took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus,
Their Mantra - saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.
Their Mistake - 14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.
The Fight - A Spiritual Battle
The Discovery - 15 And the evil spirit answered and said,
The Presence of demons
The Possession by demons
The Proficiency in demons - the evil spirit answered and said, (Talked)
The Perception with demons - Jesus I know, and Paul I know;
The Disdain - Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
The Disclosure - His knowledge of Jesus -
15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know,
His acknowledgment of Paul - and Paul I know about,
His ignorance of them - but who are ye?
The Force - A Physical Battle
The Person - 16 And the man in whom the evil spirit was
The Passion - leaped on them, and overcame them,
The Power - and prevailed against them,
The Pain - so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.
The Fame - An Eternal Battle
The Scale - 17 And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus;
The Scare - and fear fell on them all, (they were all seized with fear)
The Score - and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.
The Fear
The Conviction - 18 And many that believed came,
The Confession - and confessed, and shewed their deeds.
The Contrition -
Their Practice - 19 Many of them also which used curious arts
Their Purpose - brought their books together,
Their Profession - and burned them before all men:
Their Priority - and they counted the price of them,
Their Piety - and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver.
Their Potency - 20 So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.

The Finale -
The Work - 21 After these things were ended,
The Will - Paul purposed in the spirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem,
The Way - saying, After I have been there, I must also see Rome.
The Wait - 22 So he sent into Macedonia two of them that ministered unto him, Timotheus and Erastus; but he himself stayed in Asia for a season.
