Hate in America the death of Charlie Kirk
We see more hate in our society today, because of this woke system being introduced to our society, they tell you, to do what makes you feel good, Don’t worry about anyone else, But yourself ,which we know is totally wrong.
In I John 4 17 to 21
1 Jn 4:7 Dear friends, we should love each other, because love comes from God. Everyone who loves has become God's child. And so everyone who loves knows God.
1Jn 4:8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.
1Jn 4:9 This is how God showed his love to us: He sent his only Son into the world to give us life through him.
1Jn 4:10 True love is God's love for us, not our love for God. He sent his Son as the way to take away our sins.
1Jn 4:11 That is how much God loved us, dear friends! So we also must love each other.
1Jn 4:12 No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us. If we love each other, God's love has reached its goal—it is made perfect in us.
1Jn 4:13 We know that we live in God and God lives in us. We know this because he gave us his Spirit.
1Jn 4:14 We have seen that the Father sent his Son to be the Savior of the world, and this is what we tell people now.
1Jn 4:15 Anyone who says, "I believe that Jesus is the Son of God," is a person who lives in God, and God lives in that person.
1Jn 4:16 So we know the love that God has for us, and we trust that love. God is love. Everyone who lives in love lives in God, and God lives in them.
1Jn 4:17 If God's love is made perfect in us, we can be without fear on the day when God judges the world. We will be without fear, because in this world we are like Jesus.
1Jn 4:18 Where God's love is, there is no fear, because God's perfect love takes away fear. It is his punishment that makes a person fear. So his love is not made perfect in the one who has fear.
1Jn 4:19 We love because God first loved us.
1Jn 4:20 If we say we love God but hate any of our brothers or sisters in his family, we are liars. If we don't love someone we have seen, how can we love God? We have never even seen him.
1Jn 4:21 God gave us this command: If we love God, we must also love each other as brothers and sisters.
We see these are not just suggestions, John is telling us they are commands from God, you know there’s so many forces out there but there’s one especially that is the opposite of love and that is hate. It’s like a sickness or a poison that seeps into our hearts and a corrodes our souls. It is a disease that can blind us, that we cannot see God and others the way we’re supposed to. My friend’s hate is a demonic Force from satan.
It is the total opposite of God’s nature. We live in a world that knows hate very well. People would rather see you get sick then be healthy, people wish bad things on you because they don’t like you, we can see it in the newspaper headlines the acts of violence that divide our communities. It becomes a deep personal spiritual struggle. And lots of times it can manifest itself into resentment against family members, co-workers, and we judge people by the way they look not who they are.
When you have hate in your heart that the world and Satan puts in us, it’s a complete rejection of God. Because the Apostle John tells us that God is love. And if God is love, hate is a rebellion against God’s nature. And when we choose to hate, we’re choosing to place ourselves outside of the very nature of God. That’s why John tells us, anyone who does not love does not know God. You cannot claim to be a Christian, a child of God if your harboring hate or grudges in your heart. Because when you do that ,it will take away your joy and happiness it will destroy you. Let me tell you hate is not a power. It’s a wait tied around your neck, it is a spiritual and emotional burden. And you know what, when you hate someone, you’re giving them a spot in your head to rent and they’re not paying nothing, they own you, all you can do is think about them, ways to get even with them, and maybe even praying something happens to them. But your only harming yourself, the person that you’re thinking about doesn’t even care, and they don’t even know you’re thinking about them. You have to give it to God and let God take care of it. Because if you don’t they steal your peace and your joy. They fill your spirit with bitterness and anger.
In Matthew 5 Jesus tells us that to be angry with your brother Without a Cause is the same as murder. why because the heart of murder, is you want something to happen to that person. And hate is the first step to that deadly path, hate seeks to diminish, to destroy that very person, and doing so it is destroying you. The only antidote to this is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Is not just a try harder to be nice, Jesus is the only answer, John reminds us we love because he first loved us.
Let me tell you our ability to love is not inborn in us, it’s a gift that God gives us, because of his overwhelming unconditional love for us. And his love was shown greatly when he died on the cross. Well we were still Sinners he died for us he absorbed the full weight of our hate, our selfishness and Rebellion. And extended to us Grace and forgiveness and a chance at a new life. The power of the Gospel is the only Force capable of breaking those chains of hate.
How can any one of us refuse to forgive someone, when he has forgiven us so much, how can we hold a grudge or hate someone when he was willing to forgive us and die for us. I am Going to challenge you today with two questions. Is there any Hate in Your Heart? I’m not just talking about big obvious kinds of hate. I mean asking about the resentment the unforgiveness the prejudice that you might hold for someone. Be honest with yourself and with God. Are you willing to surrender that hate to the foot of the cross. Are you willing to ask Jesus to break the chains that hold you in that prison. God’s love is not just a Sentimental Feeling. It’s a very active and transforming Force it compels us to see others not as political opponents, or rivals, or people that’s wronged us, but as fellow image barriers of God, we are all broken and in need of Grace. Let us heed the words of John, if anyone says,, I love God and hates his brother or sister he is a liar, for he who does not love his brother or sister whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. Let us lay down the burden of hate. Let us open up our hearts to the life-changing love of Jesus Christ let us become vessels of that love in a world that is so desperate for it. And let us by God’s grace become a people who are known not by anger or hate, but by the love we have for one another, amen.
Charlie Kirk, died an awful death the other day. But Charlie was doing, I believe what God put him here to do. And I honestly believe when Charlie seeing Jesus, Jesus said come in my good and faithful servant. He had a lot more patience, than I have. Charlie started Turning Point in 2012. He transformed 1000’s of people, he went to public places where there was hundreds or 1000’s of people, and he talked to him, telling them about Christ. Because he was a very strong and faithful man, he believed in Christian values, he believed in family, so he addressed and talked to these people out in the open not being afraid of what would happen to him. He loved what he did. He would debate the woke Society, and he would tell them if you disagree with me, come to the front of the line and we’ll talk about it, Charlie never got mad he was very patient and talked love and kindness, he was showing them the path they needed to follow, and he was showing them that we can disagree and still be friends, Charlie was the type of person, that was trying to bring Family Values back, trying to get people not to live in sin. But to get married have children raise a family. And we are to protect those values, just like we need to protect them now. But because he voiced his opinion, hate, was lurking in the side lines of our society. like I said before, society tells us to do what we think’s right and don’t worry about anybody else just ourself. This young man didn’t like what Charlie was saying, so he decided to take it on himself, to play God and end Charlie’s life. But you know what, Charlie really didn’t die, he died physically but not spiritually, his cause has been multiplied 1000 times, there’s more people right now, talking about Christ ,then there has in a long time. In Utah – Hundreds of Utah State University came together at a tearful vigil for Charlie Kirk hosted by the campus’ Turning Point USA chapter on Friday night.
Kaitlyn Griffiths, president of the school’s chapter, said "We just want to have our community come together in this really dark time," at the emotional and faithful tribute to the late conservative activist. "Especially something that happened so close to home for us. And we want to be able to gather and celebrate this man's life." The vigil comes two days after Kirk, the 31-year-old co-founder of the conservative student program Turning Point USA, was fatally shot while speaking at Utah Valley University,
A lot of people didn’t like the idea them doing that, the God is stronger than this world. It tells us in Scripture God can work all things to his glory, and I believe great things are going to come from this. This is an eye opener for America.
We watched Charlie’s wife, last night on Fox, she was very brave, she told her husband’s family Values, and his Christian faith, which she said he tried To show all the time. He said if he would run for office he wanted to try to bring back family values,
The sad part of this, is now his son and daughter will grow up without a dad, and his wife is a widow, Charlie was only 31 years old, he done more in that short time, and most people would do in a lifetime. I truly believe, there’s a great Revival coming.
I don’t want to tell you, we used to say, I’m glad we live in America where we can stand in public and pray, without being Persecuted, hurt, killed or put in jail. Well let me tell you, we still have to be strong, we still have to do stand up for what we believe, we still need to go out and we pray for people, Wednesdays at noon we Gather Silver Moon diner and pray for our country, but you know what we dare not be afraid, someone could come out with a gun and shoot every one of us standing there, because they disagree with what we believe, God tells us not to be afraid so we got to stand strong and stand firm. There might even come a time we’ll be thrown in jail we don’t know. I do know we’re only passing through this world, and we’re making a home in heaven.
Most of these kids out there today, don’t even know what their protesting, I’ve seen them asked what they were protesting and they said we don’t know we’re just here with the group. Their followers not leaders, God tells us that he will turn them over the deceitful Minds, and that’s what is happening, so we really got to pray for our country pray for our people, and remember we got to pray for the other side. Because satan is controlling them, but God died for them too. But we all have a choice to make, and we have to make the right choice. If we don’t make the right choice we’re going to be eternally separated from God for eternity. Make your choices wisely.
