2 Timothy 1:5 (KJV) - "When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also."
1. Like Lois and Eunice, your faith sets the atmosphere in your home.
2. Mother… Teach your kids to trust God, and watch that faith grow through generations!
B. Believing for God’s Intervention
1. Faith for Provision: The Widow of Zarephath
Scripture: 1 Kings 17:13-16 (KJV) - "And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first… For thus saith the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth."
a. This widow trusted God’s word through Elijah, and her faith brought provision in famine.
