THE ANOINTING FOR UNSTOPPABLE PROGRESS

INTRODUCTION:
The Christian life is designed by God to be a journey of steady progress. However, it is the anointing that empowers a believer to move forward without hindrance. Without divine empowerment, the enemy can easily resist, delay, or even halt a person's destiny. But when the anointing is at work, progress becomes inevitable, unstoppable, and supernatural.
Anointing is the divine empowerment and enablement given by God to accomplish His purpose. It is the spiritual force that breaks barriers, lifts burdens, and establishes dominion. Progress refers to moving forward, advancing, and improving toward a goal. Unstoppable Progress is progress that no force, opposition, or situation can hinder — it is advancement backed by divine authority.
In today's sermon, we will explore how the anointing guarantees unstoppable progress and how we can activate and sustain it in our lives.
1. THE ANOINTING BREAKS LIMITATIONS
The anointing empowers believers to overcome obstacles and limitations that hinder progress.
a) The Anointing Destroys Yokes
It removes burdens and breaks limitations (Isaiah 10:27).
b) The Anointing Lifts Barriers
It makes the impossible possible (Mark 10:27).
c) The Anointing Clears the Path
It prepares the way for advancement (Psalm 114:3-7).
d) The Anointing Gives Divine Backing
It causes heaven to support every step forward (Romans 8:31).
Biblical Example: The Red Sea parted for the Israelites through divine intervention (Exodus 14:21-22).
2. THE ANOINTING RELEASES DIVINE SPEED
The anointing causes supernatural acceleration that human effort alone cannot achieve.
a) The Anointing Empowers for Quick Results
Things happen faster under the anointing (Amos 9:13).
b) The Anointing Grants Strength Beyond Natural Ability
It causes you to outrun those ahead (1 Kings 18:46).
c) The Anointing Eliminates Delay
Progress becomes swift and unhindered (Isaiah 40:31).
d) The Anointing Facilitates Catching Up and Overtaking
Lost grounds are recovered by divine speed (1 Samuel 30:8).
Biblical Example: Elijah outran Ahab’s chariots by the power of the Spirit (1 Kings 18:46).
3. THE ANOINTING COMMANDS DIVINE FAVOUR
Favour is a major catalyst for unstoppable progress, and it is unlocked by the anointing.
a) The Anointing Attracts Favour
Doors open without struggle (Psalm 5:12).
b) The Anointing Commands Human and Divine Assistance
Help arises from unexpected places (Esther 2:15-17).
c) The Anointing Positions You Before Kings
It brings you before people of influence (Proverbs 22:29).
d) The Anointing Makes You a Solution Provider
People seek you because you carry answers (Genesis 41:39-41).
Biblical Example: Joseph found favour before Pharaoh and became Prime Minister (Genesis 41:39-41).
4. THE ANOINTING EMPOWERS FOR DIVINE GUIDANCE
One of the greatest strengths of unstoppable progress is divine direction.
a) The Anointing Opens Spiritual Eyes
You see beyond the natural (Ephesians 1:17-18).
b) The Anointing Orders Your Steps
God leads you along the right paths (Psalm 37:23).
c) The Anointing Shields From Wrong Moves
It prevents mistakes that hinder progress (Proverbs 3:5-6).
d) The Anointing Makes the Complex Simple
God gives clear strategies for advancement (James 1:5).
Biblical Example: The children of Israel were guided by a cloud by day and fire by night (Exodus 13:21-22).
5. THE ANOINTING ESTABLISHES VICTORY OVER ENEMIES
Progress is unstoppable because the anointing secures victory against all adversaries.
a) The Anointing Grants Authority Over Oppositions
No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
b) The Anointing Secures Divine Protection
God becomes a shield around you (Psalm 91:1-7).
c) The Anointing Silences Every Accuser
Tongues that rise against you are condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
d) The Anointing Guarantees Continuous Triumph
You move from victory to victory (2 Corinthians 2:14).
Biblical Example: David defeated Goliath by divine empowerment (1 Samuel 17:45-50).
CONCLUSION:
The anointing is a necessity for every believer who desires unstoppable progress. It destroys limitations, grants divine speed, attracts favour, provides divine direction, and guarantees victory. Without the anointing, efforts are wasted, but with the anointing, every step taken becomes fruitful and unstoppable.
Today, God is ready to release fresh anointing for unstoppable progress. As we desire, receive, and walk in it, no barrier, enemy, or circumstance can stop the journey to our divine destiny.
