INTRODUCTION:
Life is full of battles, both seen and unseen. We live in a world where dangers, attacks, and spiritual opposition surround us daily. However, as believers, we have an assurance that God is our shield. In Psalm 3:3, David declared that God was his shield, his glory, and the lifter of his head. Despite being surrounded by enemies, he found security in God’s protection.
A shield is a defensive weapon used in battle to block attacks. Spiritually, God acts as our divine shield, covering us from harm, preserving us from destruction, and ensuring that the enemy's weapons do not prevail against us. When we trust in God as our shield, no force of darkness can defeat us.
This message will explore how God serves as a shield around us, how we can activate His protection, and the blessings of trusting in Him as our divine defence. No matter what comes against you, be assured that God is your shield!
