INTRODUCTION
Grace is the unmerited favour of God, bestowed upon those He chooses. In a world filled with wickedness and corruption, Noah stood out because he found grace in God's sight. This divine favour not only preserved him but also made him a vessel for God’s plan of salvation during the flood.
Today, finding grace in God's sight is crucial for living a life of purpose and divine favour. This message will help us understand how to position ourselves to receive God’s grace and experience His goodness in our lives.
1. WHAT IS GRACE?
Grace is a divine gift from God that we do not earn but receive through faith.
a) Grace Is God's Unmerited Favour
It is not something we can work for (Ephesians 2:8-9).
b) Grace Saves and Sustains
It is by grace that we are saved and kept in Christ (Titus 2:11).
c) Grace Empowers Us to Overcome Sin
God’s grace strengthens us to live righteously (Romans 6:14).
d) Grace Gives Us Access to God
We can boldly approach God's throne because of His grace (Hebrews 4:16).
e) Biblical Example: Paul
Despite his weaknesses, God's grace was sufficient for him (2 Corinthians 12:9).
2. HOW NOAH FOUND GRACE
Noah was singled out in a corrupt world because he walked in obedience and righteousness.
a) Noah Was Righteous in a Wicked Generation
He remained faithful when others turned away from God (Genesis 6:9).
b) Noah Walked with God
He maintained a personal relationship with God (Genesis 6:9).
c) Noah Obeyed God’s Instructions
He built the ark as God commanded (Genesis 6:22).

He also found grace by faith and obedience (Genesis 12:1-3).
3. HOW TO FIND GRACE IN GOD'S SIGHT
Grace is available to all, but we must position ourselves to receive it.
a) Repentance and Humility
God gives grace to the humble (James 4:6).
b) Faith in Jesus Christ
Grace comes through faith in Christ alone (Romans 5:1-2).
c) Living a Life of Righteousness
We must walk in holiness to receive God’s favour (Titus 2:11-12).
d) Seeking God Continually
Those who diligently seek Him receive His grace (Hebrews 11:6).
e) Biblical Example: Esther
She found grace before the king and saved her people (Esther 5:2).
4. THE BENEFITS OF GOD'S GRACE
When we find grace in God's sight, we enjoy numerous blessings.
a) Divine Protection
Grace shields us from harm (Psalm 91:4).
b) Supernatural Provision
God supplies all our needs by grace (Philippians 4:19).
c) Victory Over Challenges
Grace gives us strength in trials (2 Corinthians 12:9-10).
d) Promotion and Favour
Grace lifts us to higher levels (Psalm 75:6-7).
e) Biblical Example: Mary
She found grace and was chosen to birth the Saviour (Luke 1:30).
5. GROWING IN GRACE
Grace is not stagnant; we must grow in it daily.

God’s grace increases as we grow in His knowledge (2 Peter 3:18).

The more we walk with God, the more we experience His grace (John 15:5).

e) Biblical Example: The Early Church
They grew in grace and experienced great power (Acts 4:33).
CONCLUSION
Finding grace in God's sight is the key to living a victorious and impactful life. Just as Noah found grace in the midst of a sinful world, we too can obtain divine favour by walking with God, living righteously, and trusting in His unfailing love. May we continually seek God's grace so that we may fulfil our divine purpose.
