INTRODUCTION:
The term omniscient means "all-knowing." God’s omniscience means that He has complete knowledge of everything—past, present, and future. There is nothing hidden from Him. He sees the deepest thoughts of the human heart, understands the mysteries of the universe, and knows the outcome of all things before they happen. Unlike human wisdom, which is limited, God's knowledge is infinite and perfect. Recognising God’s omniscience should lead us to trust Him completely and walk in reverence before Him.
1. THE MEANING OF GOD'S OMNISCIENCE
a) God Knows All Things (Job 37:16)
He has perfect knowledge of everything in existence, including the things beyond human understanding.
b) God Knows the Past, Present, and Future (Isaiah 46:9-10)
He declares the end from the beginning and orchestrates events according to His will.
c) God Knows Every Thought and Intention (Psalm 139:1-4)
He searches the hearts of men and understands even the silent meditations of the soul.
d) God’s Knowledge is Unsearchable (Romans 11:33)
His wisdom and understanding are beyond human comprehension.
e) Biblical Example: Nathan Confronting David (2 Samuel 12:1-14)
David thought his sin with Bathsheba was hidden, but God revealed it to Nathan, showing that nothing is hidden from God.
2. THE SCOPE OF GOD’S OMNISCIENCE
a) He Knows Every Person (Jeremiah 1:5)
Before we were formed, He already knew us and our purpose.

Not even a sparrow falls to the ground without His knowledge.
c) He Knows the Secrets of the Heart (1 Samuel 16:7)
Unlike humans who judge by appearance, God sees the inner man.
d) He Knows the Outcome of Every Decision (Proverbs 16:9)
Though man plans his ways, God already knows the final outcome.
e) Biblical Example: Jesus Knowing Judas' Betrayal (John 13:21-26)
Jesus knew that Judas would betray Him long before it happened.

4. GOD'S OMNISCIENCE AND HIS DEALINGS WITH MAN

We must depend on His all-knowing wisdom to guide our steps.
