Summary: When God heard the cry of the Israelites, He called Moses to care for them.

I. The CALLING To Moses

1. The WRIT to Moses

*verse 4, (to COME to God for he was CALLED)

When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, “Moses! Moses!” And Moses said, “Here I am.”

2. The WORSHIP of Moses

*verse 5, (he removed his SANDALS for he is STANDING before the Holy God)

“Do not come any closer,” God said. “Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.”

3. The WORRY of Moses

*verse 6, (the FEAR of dying for meeting God FACE TO FACE)

Then he said, “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.” At this, Moses hid his face, because he was afraid to look at God.

II. The CONCERNS Of God

1. The CARE of God

*verse 7, (God is so CONCERNED to the CRY of His people)

The Lord said, “I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering."

2. The CAMPAIGN of God

*verse 8, (God will HELP His people from the HANDS of the Egyptians)

"So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey—the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites."

3. The COMEBACK of God

*verses 9-10, (God's ACTION as His ANSWER to the prayer of His people)

"And now the cry of the Israelites has reached me, and I have seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing them. So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt.”

Conclusion: When God hears our prayers, His great power will make a way and use a person or a situation to deliver His help. Never hesitate to come to Him in prayer with faith. Because faith will bring God between you and your circumstances.
