Introduction:
What an awesome day to celebrate Thanksgiving. Each of us have so many things to be thankful for- All of our Congregations worshipping together today is such a blessing. Today’s Service and Sermon are centered around our gratitude to God.

1. He has done.
The lepers had heard about Jesus and what He could do for them. Many people have heard about Jesus Christ and what He can do for them. Many people have gone to Jesus Christ and been cleansed from their sins. It is Jesus who has saved you. Before God ever created this World, He knew that Adam and Eve would sin; and that sin would separate all of mankind from God. God knew that He would send His Son Jesus in the form of a man to pay the price of sin so that we do not have to pay that price. Through God’s mercy and grace, we have the choice to follow Christ as Savior.

2. He is doing.
Jesus told the lepers what they had to do to be cleansed. Through His sacrifice, Jesus has made it possible for all people to be cleansed. We cannot forget the price that has been paid for us. I’m so thankful that although I didn’t deserve it, Jesus died for me anyhow.
If you cannot see what God is doing in your life, you are not paying attention. God has a plan, a good plan for your life. Each day, live faithfully and watch God work. God is mending relationships. God is healing people. God is setting people free from addictions. God is providing for your every need; and many of your wants.

3. He is going to do.
Only 1 leper out of the 10 went back to thank Jesus. The 1 leper was a Samaritan. Samaritans were considered half breeds and he was the least likely to go back. Christians, have you went back to Jesus to say, “Thank you”? God is still working in your life. God is on the Throne.
Conclusion:
If you are here without Christ, you need to go to Him for eternal cleaning. Christians, remember Who saved you, what it cost, and what to say to Jesus Christ. Be thankful.
