Proverbs 24:24:
“Whoever says to the guilty, “You are innocent,” will be cursed by peoples and denounced by nations. But it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessing will come on them.” NIV
Isaiah 5:20-23:
“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight. Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine and champions at mixing drinks, who acquit the guilty for a bribe but deny justice to the innocent.” NIV
The hallmark of a good and successful nation, no matter how rich or powerful it may be, is the ability to protect all that are living within its territory. To ensure justice, most nations have what is known as “Due Process.” In the United States of America, the 14th Amendment, Section 1 of the United States Constitution states:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
An Impartial Decision Maker is one of the requirements for Due Process. When there is an infringement of the law and it is reported, Due Process demands that it should be investigated. If rights have been violated there should be justice, and the culprits called to order and punished.
There are several legal maxims that underscore the principles of Equity and Justice. For example:
“Audi alteram partem – from Latin: “Listen to the other side” or “let the other side be heard as well.” It is fundamental legal principle in which each party is entitled to a fair hearing and given the opportunity to respond to evidence against them.” Law Dictionary
“Nemo Judex In Causa Sua" translates to "no one should be made a judge in their cause." This principle states that decision-makers must be impartial and unbiased while deciding the dispute.
“Another legal maxim is “Justice delayed is Justice denied.” So, where a matter is reported but nothing is done for years, it is tantamount to having no justice at all.
This is even more so in a society that prides itself as the foremost champion of Democracy.
This writer has had reason to write on injustice and deprivation of rights in several sermons. Some of these sermons on Sermon Central are:

The reason for these sermons is the personal injustice suffered by known persons and which is being concealed by government of the United States of America. We are using this medium to call on the President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, and Vice President Kamala Harris to intervene in this matter. We have sent several letters to the Department of Justice, and we are yet to receive a single response to a matter that was reported since 2019.
On July 12, 2019, we had reported that our home and business were rigged with FBI surveillance equipments. The agent who took the report assured us that he was going to send someone to check out our claims. Up until the time of writing this, we have NEVER seen anyone knock on our door to carry out this investigation.
Instead, on July 9, 2020, that is a few days to the one-year anniversary of our reporting this matter, 3 individuals broke into our attic. One of them was a top FBI agent in charge of one of their field offices. Another was a Memphis, Tennessee attorney and the third person was a neighbor who lived on the same street. They have been in the attic for over 4 years!
Sounds unbelievable, right?
You better believe that it is true!
However, there is one way to prove whether this is true or not.
Let there be an independent investigation from an Agency other than the FBI. This is a serious offense. It’s called Treasonable Felony.
We immediately called the FBI to alert them to what was happening. However, we were met by a deafening silence. No one has contacted us or come by to investigate. They have chosen to ignore this and hope that have we will just shut up. Also, there have been insinuations of mental illness where there is none. This should not be surprising. When those in power or authority are accused of conducts that are egregious, dangerous and mind boggling, their first line of defense is to allege mental illness. This is a quite common defense. Due Process would have solved this problem a long time ago. The very agency charged with keeping the law is the one breaking it. They are the ones covering up for their buddies.
Let’s be clear. The cover up is not cheap. FBI is covering up and trying to help criminals get away with crimes. Fugitives and drug dealers are getting protection from the FBI. Whilst most people think that corruption does not exist in the United States because it is such an advanced society, be rest assured that bribery and corruption is alive and well in the USA!
These criminals are getting support from a lot of people in this Mississippi community, located in the county suburb. Apparently, in this community, someone who sounds different from them is not a human being and should not get justice!
Some people may ask this question: “why don’t you just get a gun, go up to your attic and shoot them?”
Well, it’s not that simple.
For one, the FBI agent is a weapons expert. The lawyer is a veteran, and the neighbor used to go about with guns.
Let there be an independent investigation from an Agency other than the FBI.
Those in law enforcement and members of the public know that when a criminal is missing, the first place to look for them is in the home of the victim, where they may be hiding. It is the ideal place for them to be.
What is stopping the FBI from doing a proper investigation?
Which one is easier to prove? Coming to do a physical inspection and investigation or propagating insanity theories? Medical records will show that there is nothing like mental illness. The only truth in this matter is nepotism and injustice.
What is stopping the FBI from Due Process? They should ask the FBI agent still hiding in the attic about his whereabouts for the last 4 years. How about asking his colleagues at work where he has been? At least, as the Head of his office, he should have been visible to all members of staff. When was the last time they saw him? What of the other 2 co- criminals? Ask members of their families, church, and community about their whereabouts for the last 4 years.
This is easier to prove than making false claims about mental illness.
So, we ask the question again:
“What is stopping the FBI from doing a proper investigation?”
An innocent family has been through so much in the last 5 years, due to the cover-up policies of the FBI. These include poising our food and water, which nearly resulted in the death of a family member. This is clearly a case of attempted murder.
Use of Artificial Intelligence to control family members, Invasion of Privacy, Business destruction, Stealing and diversion of all mails whether electronic or physical and Obstruction of Justice are just few of the examples of the atrocities committed by these criminals and endorsed by the FBI.
