Series: Taking Off The Mask [#2]
I AM INADEQUATE
Isaiah 6:5
Introduction:
Last week I shared with you that I am taking off the mask; that I’m no longer trying to uphold some sort of image. Last week we looked at the fact that sometimes I don’t feel like praying. This week I want to tell you that I am inadequate to serve as a pastor. I can tell you all of the reasons why I shouldn’t be a pastor. In fact, I have written a resume in how to fail.
Resume for failure:
* I do not know enough.
* I am not good enough.
* I have made too many mistakes.
