Stay and succeed!
Genesis 37:10”He related it to his father and to his brothers; and his father rebuked him and said to him, "What is this dream that you have had? Shall I and your mother and your brothers actually come to bow ourselves down before you to the ground?"
Others can never understand the vision/project that God has given to you! This vision would squeeze you so hard that others would never comprehend. Who said the vision that you have would always keep you enthusiastic, at times it seems to be dead! Are you listening? It seems to be dead but not dead, trust Him to bring it out! There are times you would look like a fool; nevertheless, keep moving forward!
God gave Joseph a dream not to excite him but that was a ‘remembrance picture’ so that when things get bad and worse, he should look back and remember the dream and get encouraged. You can never explain the dream to anyone with all that sound effects, background and all that goes with it to make it divine and gorgeous. Hold it close to your heart and recollect it when things go downhill!
Couple of years back, after summer holidays, when Abide School reopened for the new academic year, 3/4 had left. Children (mostly rag picker background) who were not able to cope up with the strict schedule left. I felt shattered, but one particular teacher conducted the morning assembly as though nothing has happened and gradually within a month we had full strength. God had given me a crystal clear picture of Abide School which I keep replaying it in my heart over and over again when things look blurred and marred. Click link to view ABIDE SCHOOL students now:

Hey, don’t plan to ‘pack up and leave’ because your pastor gave a strong sermon or your boss spoke rudely , or those fingers hurt because of practicing guitar, or because of misunderstanding with your team leader - it is now that you have to dig your heel deep and stay in that place. There is always a Bad day for everyone, it should be overcome with perseverance and not by cowing down to it and quitting. I remember an incident back while studying in school, which I can never forget till date, the Physics teacher shouted at class 8 girl in front of the whole class, quiet bad indeed, from the next day she was not to be seen, later she left school. After few years I came to know that she ran away with her sister’s husband who was a father of 5 children and became his second wife. I came to know of all this from the sister herself. Did you see the drastic effect of running away from crisis??? Stay and succeed! Don’t ‘pack of and leave’ instead ‘pick up your Bible & read’ for strength.
Your strength is revealed not when things are colorful and cheerful but your grit and nerve is in pressing forward when things are looking awful and dreadful.
