PROLOGUE
I clearly remember the strong response I got from my radio programs when I spoke about the end-time revival. Even though many ministers advised me to read more of the Bible and find the scriptures that say, "Before the coming of the Lord, there will be a great falling away," I stay firm in my belief that there will be an end-time revival before our Lord returns.
As I was growing up, I belonged to an organization that believed the miracles and gifts in the church had ceased with the Apostles. However, at that time, I was unaware of the various ministries of great men that God had used for miraculous healing. I was also unaware of the 1906 revival at Azusa Street in Los Angeles, California, which sparked a worldwide Pentecostal movement.
I recognized that my knowledge of the powerful revivals that shook a nation was pretty limited. Over time, God guided me in understanding the scriptures and led me to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This experience caused my Evangelical Methodist organization to revoke my license and expel me from their organization.
My conviction is based on (Revelation 19:7), which clearly states that the Lord is coming for a church that has made itself ready. This suggests that something significant, such as severe persecution, may have occurred, prompting the church to awaken to the signs of the times and genuinely prepare to meet her Lord.
It is also rooted in (Joel 2:28-29), where the prophet speaks about a time soon on God's calendar when he will pour out his Spirit upon all flesh. He goes on to describe how this outpouring will be a spiritual awakening that will cause our sons and daughters to prophesy, with our young men seeing visions and our old men being visited with dreams.
Some years ago, I found a list of names in the chronology of Adam, which included the following: (1) Adam, (2) Cainan, (3) Mahalaleel, (4) Enoch, (5) Methuselah, (6) Lamech, (7) Noah.
Biblical Meaning: (Adam) = Mortal Man (Cainan) = Bearing Sorrows (Mahalaleel) = The Blessed God (Enoch) = The teacher - Came Down from Heaven Teaching (Methuselah) = His Death Brings (Lamech) = Despairing (Noah) = Rest
Notice how Methuselah, the 5th from Adam, was given a name that predicts the coming flood and the destruction of all living things on earth. The name means that after his death, judgment or the deluge—the flood—will come. He lived to be 969 years old and died before the flood.
Just like the death of Methuselah served as a warning to earlier generations, I believe that the end-time revival will be a period of great spiritual awakening and renewal, where people around the world will turn to God and seek His face.
I preached back then that this coming revival will be preceded by great darkness, during which the world will face unprecedented chaos, wars, and disasters. Still, I believe that God will use these events to draw people closer to Himself and prepare them for His Son's coming.
I am committed to spreading the truth of God's Word to as many people as possible and urging them to prepare for the end-time revival. I believe this revival will bring great joy and celebration as we see God's power and glory revealed.
To understand this better, we need to examine the purification baths the church experienced when she received news that her bridegroom had left his father's house to get her. These baths represented the spiritual cleansing the church had to undergo to become pure and holy, so it would be ready to meet the Lord at His coming.
The church needed to undergo this purification process because she had to be blameless, without spot or wrinkle, and holy in the sight of God. This purification was not just a one-time event but a continuous process that the church had to experience until the day of the Lord's return.
(Ephesians 5:25-27) talks about Christ cleansing His church through the washing of water by the word. The well-known theologian Charles Spurgeon declared that we are washed by reading and applying the word.
I believe that the end-time revival will be marked by a purified church that has prepared herself to meet her Lord. This church will be blameless, without spot or wrinkle, and holy in God's sight. It will be a shining light in a dark world, a beacon of hope for those who are lost and in need of salvation.
In summary, the upcoming end-time revival, which is now at our doorstep, will be marked by a renewed focus on prayer, worship, and devotion to God, along with a fresh commitment to living a life of holiness and righteousness.
"SIGNS, MIRACLES AND WONDERS."
"Signs, Miracles, and Wonders" refers to extraordinary and mysterious events that occur in our world, often challenging scientific journals. These events are often viewed as manifestations of divine intervention by God’s Holy Spirit, working in conjunction with our human spirit, to fulfill His will and purpose.
While skeptics may see these events as coincidences or natural explanations, for many, they symbolize a deep and unwavering faith in God's power working through chosen, consecrated believers who have dedicated their lives to His will and purpose.
Throughout history, many great men have been used by God to declare His message. Smith Wigglesworth, William Seymour, Lester Sumrall, and others are among them. These men share a common belief that a time is coming when God will move powerfully to visit His people with signs, miracles, and wonders that will surpass anything the world has ever seen.
The teachings of these great men of God give us hope that a time of significant spiritual awakening is approaching, one that will bring renewal and transformation to the lives of many people.
This spiritual outpouring is expected to be characterized by a widespread movement of people seeking to connect with God on a deeper level and to live their lives by His teachings. It is predicted to be a time of increased spiritual awareness, where people can look forward to a brighter future and a deeper connection with God.
I have personally witnessed things that I would find hard to believe without seeing them myself. Recently, while leading a revival in Occidental Mindoro, Philippines, an elderly woman approached me one night during the service. She used hand gestures to indicate that she wanted prayer because she was unable to speak or hear. God answered her request that night, and the entire Mangyan tribe turned to God.
There are many more stories I could share, such as the time in 2021, when God healed Pastor Joseph Dunn's father, who was battling lung cancer. Bob Smallwood from WLFG - Living Faith Television was there to support me during that service.
The miracle happened when he entered surgery to have his lung removed. However, when they opened him up, the doctors could not find the cancer. He refused chem treatments and is still alive today, over 70 years old, testifying about how God spared his life when medical science had given up on him.
"CHRISTIANS COMING IN ON THE ELEVENTH HOUR."
To better understand our position on God’s timeline and why this message about the upcoming end-time revival is so crucial, we need to study the parable about the man who hired workers at different times of the day to gather his harvest, found in Matthew chapter 20.
In the parable starting at verse eight, the Lord of the vineyard instructed his servant to pay those who came in last first, before paying the ones who were hired earlier that morning. This reveals that he is not only exposing human greed but also offering a glimpse of God’s plan for the coming end-time revival.
In the parable starting at verse eight, the Lord of the vineyard instructed his servant to pay those who came in last first, before paying the ones who were hired earlier that morning. This shows us that he is not only highlighting human greed but also offering a glimpse of God’s plan for the coming end-time revival.
The renowned late Smith Wigglesworth stated that God would visit His people during the end-time harvest of souls so great that how He used him would pale in comparison to how He will manifest His glory in the end-time church.
From the Azusa Street Revival in early 1906 to the Jesus Movement of the 1960s and 70s, these outpourings of the Holy Spirit have significantly shaped the history of Christianity. I have listed Three major moves of God from the past, with the Fourth one now approaching.
1. The Revival of the Word
2. The Revival of the Power of Faith in Action
3. The Revival of Experiencing Joy in the Church
4. The Revival of Experiencing the Glory
The first outpouring occurred soon after King James of England issued a decree granting people access to the word of God. God used this vital moment in history to inspire ministries such as those of the Wesley brothers, Charles Spurgeon, George Whitefield, and others during what is known as the Great Awakening or the Revival of the Word. We will refer to this as Revival Number One: “The Revival of the Word.”
After the Word Revival era, we had figures like Smith Wigglesworth, William Branham, Oral Roberts, Kathryn Kuhlman, William Seymour, A.A. Allen, Don Stewart, T.L. Osbourne, and others involved in what we call the Power Revival or the revival demonstrating the Power of God through signs, miracles, and wonders. We will refer to this as Revival Number Two, "The Revival of the Power of Faith in Action."
Following the revival sparked by the power of faith in action, men like Kenneth Hagen, Kenneth Copeland, and others lost all composure and began laughing uncontrollably. This drew criticism from the church community, which we will refer to as Revival number Three, "The Revival of Joy in the Church."
As we eagerly anticipate the upcoming end-time revival, I want to share a scripture with you. It is found in Romans 8:19, which states that all of creation eagerly awaits the manifestation of the sons of God. This means that, as believers, we are responsible for revealing God's love and power in the world, beginning to rule as Sons and Daughters and using our delegated authority to start delivering creation.
By doing this, we can draw inspiration from (Matthew 11:12), which speaks of the violent taking of the kingdom by force. This does not mean that we should resort to physical violence, but rather that we should be bold and determined in our pursuit of God's kingdom. We should be willing to take risks, step out of our comfort zones, and do whatever it takes to see what God will accomplish in the world.
This means the Saints will enter and showcase the glory anointing through the power of the preached word, accompanied by signs, miracles, and wonders. They will bring a joyful sound as souls are delivered from trauma, hurts, and depression, with lives being touched and changed for eternity by God's power. We will designate this Revival Number Four as "The Revival of Experiencing the Glory."
Returning to the parable about the man hiring workers and paying those who came in last, giving them the same as those who endured the heat of the day, let me say that God could have chosen any time and place for us to be born. However, some of us were chosen to be born and work during the eleventh hour to fulfill a crucial moment in history when the kingdom of God will confront the kingdom of darkness, known as the upcoming, now upon us, the end-time revival.
At the moment of my physical birth, I entered the world in a state of humility and vulnerability, inferior even to the holy angels. However, through the miraculous work of the Holy Spirit, I was spiritually reborn into God's family. This second birth raised me to honor and privilege as a co-heir with Christ and a participant in His divine glory. I am no longer subject to the limitations and shortcomings of my earthly life, but I have been granted a share in the eternal riches of God's kingdom.
In summary, God is preparing to pour out His Spirit, bringing millions of people into His kingdom. Those who labor coming in at the last hour will receive the same blessings and gifts as those who have been faithful longer. This demonstrates God's grace and mercy toward everyone, regardless of their past or current circumstances. We can find comfort in knowing that, regardless of when we come to faith, we will be welcomed with open arms and given the same opportunity to grow in our relationship with God as everyone else.
MY CONCLUSION
Joel 2:28 describes a future event where God will pour out His Spirit on all people, confirming His promise to fill every believer with the Holy Spirit, regardless of age, race, or gender. This outpouring of the Holy Spirit aims to equip His church for the second coming of Christ, also called the church's rapture.
During this time, many souls will be saved as people come to believe in Christ through the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit, and strengthen others for the soon return of Jesus for His church in an event we call the church’s rapture.
This period will be a time of significant spiritual growth and development, enabling people to deepen their relationship with God and experience His love and power in new and meaningful ways, ultimately leading to a profound spiritual renewal and transformation.
During this time, believers will experience a deeper connection with God and a stronger sense of purpose and direction in their lives, looking forward to a brighter future and becoming more compassionate and loving toward others as they embrace God's love in their hearts.
In summary, the upcoming end-time revival will inspire believers to rediscover their hope and purpose in life as they turn toward God and embrace His power and love, leading many to experience renewed faith and commitment to God, working together to prepare for the Lord’s soon return.
