Romans 3:21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; 22 even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
23 for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

2 For his merciful kindness is great toward us:
Christ Died For ALL - 2 Cor 5:14 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: 15 and that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again
Christ Desires ALL - 1 Timothy 2:4 who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
Christ Deserves ALL - 1 John 2:2 2 and he is the propitiation for our sins:
and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
Christ Demands ALL - John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Praise For - The Proclamation of Salvation - All can know they are saved

All can be saved to the uttermost - 2 Praise ye the Lord.
By the Nature of His Substitution - Hebrews 7:24 but this man,
By the Nature of His Subjugation - because he continueth ever,
He Alone has Overcome - Sin, Death, Hell, and the devil.
By the Nature of His Satisfaction - hath an unchangeable priesthood.
By the Nature of His Salvation -
25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him,
By the Nature of His Supplication - seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
By the Nature of His Separation - 26 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners,
