Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided. Exodus 14:21
The strong east wind blew all night. This wind split the sea and created a dry land in the middle for the Israelites to travel through. Consider how much wind speed is required to split the sea of water. Winds of up to 60-100 km/h can break tree branches during a cyclone. God could have sent at least 130 km/h of wind. To part the sea, God sends a mighty wind at a speed even greater than the maximum human beings can withstand.
Revivals are times when God sends this kind of mighty wind of the Holy Spirit. He blows with a great force, affecting everyone in a given place or region. This wind blows with such force that human hearts cannot withstand him. This produces a Holy Fear of God that leads to genuine repentance and brings God’s nearness to a place. This place will be encompassed by God’s sovereignty and Shekinah Glory. People will tremble and drop to their knees.
The sea can be split by the force of the strong wind of God; think how many people are impacted when the mighty wind of the Holy Spirit moves over a location during a revival. How many hard hearts would be broken of the bondage of sin and mended in love of Christ. This strong wind will bring even the lukewarm and most stubborn hearts to repentance. How will people withstand such a mighty wind? This mighty wind destroys all sins and sinful deeds. If revivals last at least two to three months. Consider how many people would see Jesus and want to be like him? How many people’s lives would have been affected?
Pray to God to send a revival and make it a long revival.
The wind of the Holy Spirit is one of the working of God’s power through which He executes His plans. The wind of the Holy Spirit split the Red Sea, but in Exodus 15:10, the same wind destroyed the Egyptians. You blew with your wind, the sea covered them, they sank like lead in the mighty waters.
Now a wind went out from the LORD, and it brought quail from the sea (Numbers 11:31)
God has gathered the wind in His fists (Proverbs 30:4)
The Lord God brings this wind from His storehouses or treasuries (Jeremiah 10:13)
The wind from God’s storehouses brought quail, parted the Red Sea, and destroyed the Egyptians.
Today, the same mighty wind of the Holy Spirit is about to blow on the land, bringing treasures about Jesus. The wind will not come and go quickly. The wind will come in our darkness or night. The wind will continue to blow all night until the land is filled with revival. The wind of the Holy Spirit will blow until we see and witness the Glory of Jesus in our nation and land. There is the sound of God’s wind carrying a fresh aroma filled with revelation of Jesus is heard in the land. In the midst of the whirlwind, Ezekiel saw God on the throne. Today in the midst of the mighty wind of the Holy Spirit, we can see Jesus on the throne.
Get ready and be prepared.
This wind comes in the night and broods over our life till we see the morning star before it rises. In our night and difficult times, God sends His wind of the Holy Spirit to sustain, shelter, and lead you into a new morning of God’s plans and purposes.
Just like the way the wind the split the red sea, this wind will split the mixture of self and Christ nature in our life. This wind will separate the self and Christ’s nature. This wind will make a way for you to enter into the fullness of Jesus Christ by removing the mixture of good and wrong, self and Christ’s nature.
We will crossover from Egypt to the other side i.e. from mixture state to the state of fullness of Jesus Christ.
The wind of Holy spirit has started this work, and it will continue all through the night till we see Jesus in His fullness.
