MINISTRY CAN KILL YOU IF YOU AREN’T CAREFUL…you can love something so much AND love folk so much that when disappointment and discouragement gets into our mind that it will destroy or even kill you or the vision that God has given you…
I want to tell you that you don’t have to die for a church that Jesus has already died for…you don’t have to sacrifice your peace, your health, your sanity from the stress of making sure that others are cared for but you lack what you need…today the baggage im gonna talk about is self care…your peace-your happiness matters
Jesus already died to build the church…we must learn how to slow down and prioritize our assignments…we need to learn like Jesus to fall asleep on the back of the boat…People are never satisfied and no matter we do for others it seems like it will never be enough…

In the moment of guilt – Did I do That?
He meant well- he wanted to help- he wanted Laura to love him but in doing so the way he would go about doing things made some things worse…
Some stuff does need to change- I believe we do need to have the ability to breathe salvation into the generation but not at the expense of losing the anointing of Gods word---some stuff we threw away we actually need---
Some things will never get old---don’t risk your life trying to keep up with other ministries---if God tell you to do something then 400yrs later we need to do what God says do
Stop comparing----have you heard what they do?
Yep I heard and I am happy for them but I don’t have to be like them
The best ministry is not on the line but it’s in between the lines…our strength get weak at times…we can’t do it all by our self all in one day…when God send you help let them help…
What we need to learn to do is be obedient to what God has instructed us to do…naaaaaaaaaw we want to be seen and for it to be said that we did it all…
The bible states that Tabitha is a disciple—a believer. She was full of good works and acts of mercy. It happened in those days that she fell sick, and died. When they had washed her, they laid her in an upper room. The tone of their request is urgent. They EXPECTED Peter to work a miracle. So Peter got up and went with them. When he had come, they brought him into the upper room. All the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Tabitha had made while she was with them”. “Peter put them all out, and kneeled down and prayed. Turning to the body, he said, “Tabitha, get up!” She opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up”
Let’s not be so heavenly minded that we are no earthly good…trying to out shine the next person or next church…taken on everything you see or hear about but not really finishing any of it…Jack of all trades but a master of none…if you aren’t careful as great as ministry is it will take you out of here…
Tabitha is an example of dying doing a good thing…listen we must learn how to take a break and take a vacation---we have become so wrapped up in being busy that we think that the church can’t function without you…
SO PETER SENDS THEM OUT OF THE ROOM. HE NEEDED TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE NEW. ---OLD MINDSETS CANNOT RECEIVE NEW MIRACLES. THE STRUGGLE COMES WHEN WE ARE TRYING TO PROTECT SOMETHING AT THE SAME TIME WE ARE TRYING TO ACCEPT. MAKING ROOM FOR THE NEW IS NOT EASY WHEN OUR MIND IS MORE CROWDED THAN OUR CLOSET AT HOME. I WILL ADMIT THAT I FOUND OUT THE MOST CROWDED PLACE WAS ACTUALLY WITHIN ME. SO I HAD TO LOOK WITHIN ME INSTEAD OF BEING SO QUICK TO POINT THE BLAME AT SOMEONE ELSE OR SOMETHING ELSE. LISTEN THE THING THAT MAY BE BLOCKING YOU FROM RECEIVING YOUR MIRACLE FROM GOD IS UNBELIEF.
SO I AM HERE TO ENCOURAGE YOU TO BE BOLD & TELL ALL UNBELIEF TO GET OUT OF YOUR LIFE BECAUSE GOD WANTS TO MAKE ROOM WITHIN US.
And PETER TURNED to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up. (v. 41) He gave her his hand, and raised her up. Calling the saints and widows, he presented her alive” Peter 1st worked the miracle and then called the witnesses into the room to see that Tabitha was alive.
HOW CAN YOU ASK GOD TO SEND YOU LOVE WHEN YOUR HEART IS FULL OF BITTERNESS? CHANGE OUR MIND. POSITION YOURSELF FOR A MIRACLE. It does not mean the problem will get smaller. TELL YOURSELF----IT IS UP TO ME TO MAKE ROOM.
GOD MAKE ROOM IN ME.
So here is Peter doing the same kind of works, that Jesus did for Jairus’ concerning his daughter. So we see the SAME power still existing. John 14:12-14 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it"
Just maybe God is going to make you a miracle for someone else.
God wants to connect with us in a deep way and do a deep work in our lives. Ephesians 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.
I like how The Message Bible version reads can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine, guess, or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us.
The ISSUE within some of our ministries----we doing everything to be cool and look cool but we have come down on God’s anointing…
DAVID was good at killing giants as long as they were in front of him. It was the giant on the inside of him that took him out. SELF- Sometimes the most ugly part of your story becomes the most beautiful and powerful part of your testimony.
God gave David the strength he needed…allow God to give you the strength you need….
Turn to somebody…GOD IS MY STRENGTH
Alice Walker--- The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they do not have any.
1-Do not be limited by a label---DO NOT MISS WHAT GOD IS DOING BECAUSE OF OUR EXPECTATIONS…GOD IS BRINGING PEACE…GOD HEALED. GOD WILL DELIVER RIGHT ON TIME.
2-Just because something hurts, it does not mean it is not of God---Things will come and test our faith. Truth is we do not really know what we believe until our faith is tested. We can sing, shout, encourage other folk, and speak and tongues but WHAT DO WE DO IN THE MOMENT OF TESTING TIME. See a test is important. It shows us how strong we are and it puts the devil in his place.
3-WHEN YOU USE FAITH & OBEY GOD- that is when you become dangerous to the devil. IN JOHN 15, it speaks on how we can do nothing without him. I want to encourage US to spend more time with God.
Just as the wall switch activates electrical power conducted through wires, the level of faith that I have activates God’s power within me. He puts his super on my natural and works through me so that I am able to do the things beyond my imagination.
The same power that raised Tabitha is the same power that raised Jesus. This same power is an intangible force that influences our thoughts and behavior.
LIFE WILL GET SHAKY AND WHEN IT DOES IT EXPOSES WHO IS REAL vs. WHO IS FAKE…
CHURCHY PEOPLE WILL BE EXPOSED…THOSE WHO DON’T LIKE YOU WILL BE EXPOSED…THOSE WHO ARE FOR YOU WILL BE EXPOSED…

WHATEVER GOD HAS PROMISED YOU IT WILL HAPPEN. GOD IS WITH YOU NOT TO JUST GET YOU THROUGH IT BUT GOD IS OUR GUIDE. GOD IS WITH YOU IN IT.

THE PEOPLE CHALLENGED HIS METHODS. CONTESTED HIS CLAIMS. THEY ACCUSED HIM. THEY CONDEMNED HIM. PEOPLE EVEN WANTED TO THROW STONES AT HIM. THEY WHIPPED HIM. THEY CROWNED HIM WITH THORNS. THEY EVEN SPIT ON HIM. THEY DIVIDED HIS CLOTHES AND THEN THEY CRUCIFIED AND KILLED HIM. BUT EVEN THOUGH THEY MEANT IT FOR EVIL, GOD MEANT IT FOR GOOD. EVEN THOUGH THEY WANTED TO SEE YOU DOWN AND DROWN. GOD TURNED IT AROUND FOR YOUR GOOD. EVERYTHING CHANGES WHEN GOD SPEAKS
Listen I’m done! I am praying for someone who is EMOTIONALLY IN PAIN. MENTALLY STRESSED. FINANCIALLY BROKE. But PHYSICALLY smiling and pretending as if all is well. YOU ARE COMING OUT OF THIS OF WHATEVER YOU ARE FACING VICTORIOUSLY. Never lose hope. Just when you think, it is over. God will send a miracle. But you must look within & ask God to help you FREE YOUR MIND so you can receive ALL that God has for you!
..I shall take deeper root in the Kingdom and in the House of God.. I shall be more fruitful than I have ever been before.. I will walk in obedience to the things you have planned for me.. I WILL BE PRODUCTIVE!! My days of smallness, irrelevance, & insignificance are over.. I surrender & place my life into YOUR hands.. Thank you God for your peace, love, & gift of wisdom for me to make better decisions
