WE NEED A CLEAN UP

Where are Hezekiahs’

2 Kings 18: 1 “….Hezekiah the son of Ahaz king of Judah became king. 2 He was twenty-five years old when he became king …”

There are no magic bullets for the woes we face today: gigantic idols, drugs, lust, porn, violence, greed, bribe and ugly social media! Lukewarm, wishy-washy, hogwash Leaders can bring no revival in the present computer-savvy-technology era. The devil is coming out with innovative, ground-breaking, current, updated, attractive entertainments, movies are packed with lust-dance-jazz and the content of all movies are either violence or ghost , therefore; it captivates the people. If one has to pull the crowd away from such things and turn them to God , then one needs SUPER ANOINTING, DETERMINATION AND COMMITMENT. Anybody listening? Devil is not shaken by looks, language skills, talents, music skills, education, bank balance or outward demeanor; however, he does fear a man who is holy and close to God. Amen.

Hezekiah’s family background was very heart breaking , because though his grand father was David but his father Ahaz walked in the way of the kings of Israel, and even made his son pass through the fire, (2 King 16:3)according to the abominations of the nations. Imagine how demonic and chaotic the home would have been with a father like Ahaz! Further, he did something very horrendous and ghastly, he saw the idol altar which was at Damascus; sent to Urijah the priest the pattern of the altar and made one like that and kept it inside the Holy Temple of God (2 Kin16) Ah! Horrible! Hezekiah grew up under such a man but he was on fire for Lord Jehovah! Amen. The Bible says, ”he did what was right in the eyes of God.’ Glory to Jesus! He did not blame the circumstances and fall into sin but made a decision in his heart to be separated for God.

Don’t tell me, ‘I cannot help but booze because I am in sales, I cannot escape the corrupted environment, I am drowned in the dark…no…no….Hezekiah made a decision to walk in the right path. Clap hands for God! Be a catalyst for positive change and bring transformation around you! Be a Dynamite like Hezekiah to change the world! He was just 25 years old but brought changes in the country. What was his strategy to do this: he clung to the LORD; he did not depart from following Him, but kept His commandments, which the LORD had commanded Moses. (2 King 18:6) Hallelujah!

After my healing, birth of my son Joshua and most important my encounter with the Lord Jesus changed my life upside down. Yes, upside down. I started waking up at 3.30 am to pray, read the Bible voraciously and ravenously, went on the roads to give Gospel tracts, shared the Gospel with people on the road, stopped watching movies, closed doors to all worldly stuff and opened my heart to Jesus. Still going steady for Christ, in fact, burning more high now!
