PREFACE SUMMARY
Dear reader, as I look at the influence that the church has in the world today, I seem to be left with some very important questions which I really do not know if people will agree on the answers however there is some hope found in the words of Jesus in (Matthew 16:18) which states that the Lord will build his church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Saints, the word of God speaks volumes about working together in unity and harmony but beloved, You can tie two tom cat tails together and then throw them over a clothesline and they will get together but there will be no harmony between them.
Beloved reader, the word in (John 13:35) states that people will know that we have experienced the new birth when they see love in our life and you can follow someone around for a day and tell if they have love for even the lost person the street can tell when love is present.
Saints, these foundational stones (Love) (Unity) (and harmony) must be present in our life before we can operate in the gifts of the Spirit and if they are not present, we will be operating out of worked-up flesh and that is why I titled this message, "Something's Missing."

Beloved, this means that Christ who is the head of the church will build his church on top of the false, the hurting, the broken dreams and broken hearts including divorce and worldly views, yes Beloved, the true church of Jesus Christ, is not and will not be a weak church.
Dear reader, history will show that God has always provided a way to preserve his church so that even the gates of hell could not prevail against it and we can see this preservation in doing a study on the famous leader Alexander the Great who is referred to in scripture as the rough he-goat that marched against the Jewish people intent on destroying their nation for not sending assistance and supplies for his army when he was attempting to take a city.
Beloved, history shows that he assembled his mighty army to destroy the nation but was met by the priests dressed in their priestly garments and when he saw them, the Lord touched his heart and caused his anger to turn to favor as God showed up to meet the need and preserve his nation.
Saints, we will discover in Jewish history that many times God would allow things to happen that would make his people look weak and their enemies look like they were being exalted to their greatest height, for beloved, God was known to take a small number in their greatest weakness and conquer his enemies in their greatest glory.
Saints, there is a lost and hungry world out there that is looking for answers, and beloved Saints of God, we have those much need answers because we have been through the tests of life and gained strength from our battles which qualifies us for our position but we cannot do it alone for there is strength in numbers.
Beloved, this message is about the need for unity and harmony to be working hand in hand with other believers for we need each other more than we will ever know especially when the enemy is doing everything he possibly can to break up the institution of marriage to destroy the very foundation of our faith.
Dear reader, there is strength in unity and we are coming to a climax in history where our freedoms are slowly being stripped away, therefore Beloved, may we recognize the late hour that we are living in and realize that the time for change is upon us to unite in harmony working together as one unified body instead of loose body parts lying around collecting rust.
MY DREAM THAT WAS SO REAL
Saints, we are nearing the end of our study and I am impressed to close with a special message that came from a dream I had on April 23, 2021.
Beloved, the dream was so real and it started with the setting of being in the shop of an auto dealership mind you, I was a truck mechanic since my teens working for several trucking companies including Mason & Dixon, American Farm lines, McClendon Trucking and General Car and Truck leaving them in 1987 and re-entering long distance over the road trucking.
Dear readers, I remember that in the dream, some of the mechanics knew me and were asking me questions while working on putting a transmission in a vehicle, However, I can not recall if the vehicle was mine, but I do recall they were asking me mine information.
Authors note: Please make a mental note that this usually represents service. Suddenly, I found myself in a fairground-like setting with some wind blowing.
Beloved, I remember that there were people joining hands as if expecting something special to happen, and the way they were joining hands could be likened to ball players placing one hand on top of the hand of the other players signifying that they are a team.
Dear Saints, in the dream, one of the elderly guys for some reason took hold of my left hand and beloved, my left hand is the one that showed up on the scanners in Atlanta airport on my way to be a guest in the Philippines at Apostle Don Stewart’s anniversary.
Dear readers, the fireball in my left hand was showing the anointing that had followed my ministry, and their TSA scanners had captured it to which the agents were quick to pull me aside acting like they were excited about what they were seeing but what I did not know as that the TSA officers turned out to be spirit-filled ministers of the gospel who not only led me back to the right gate for my flight but sat down beside me asking for prayers and some of the books I had in my carry on bag.
Beloved, this is the hand that the man took hold of in my dream and I noticed in the dream that he started dancing as if to put out a fire, for in the process of letting go of my hand, the man looked at a man beside me who appeared to be stunned and exclaimed “This guy has got some spunk,” however he got a kick when his buddy took hold of my right hand and started dancing as if he had touched an electric wire and it was at that moment that I then woke up from the dream.
Authors note: Saints, I noticed in the dream that I looked down at my hands and both of them had beautiful white leather gloves on them representing purity and endurance.
Dear readers, I approached the President of my ministry Withered Hand Ministries, Inc. Robert Hale concerning this dream and he with excitement made a statement that brought everything into focus, Several years ago, Brother Robert and I had some discussions concerning how the first church would bring food and eat a portion of their tithe in the church.
Beloved, Robert explained to me that they were celebrating the Lord’s goodness and his blessing in their life for it was not unusual to see them going from house to house breaking bread and sharing testimonies.
Authors note: Brother Robert then said something that got my attention when he mentioned “The unity of the corn.”
Beloved, this took me back to the founding of our ministry Withered Hand Ministries, Inc. For you see in 2004, the Lord came to me in a vision and asked me to found an end-time restoration ministry on the scripture found in Matthew 12: 13 concerning the man with the withered hand which to me was referring to a miracle ministry.
Dear readers, the Lord visited me in a dream walking through a website quoting Psalms (92) asking me to start his restoration ministry, did you know that this chapter speaks volumes concerning a restoration ministry and did you know that it mentions the horn of a unicorn?
Saints, when we think of the unicorn we think of the beautiful wild horse with a horn on its head coming to the little girl, and through the passion and kindness of the little girl, we can catch a glimpse of how her little innocence was able to tame that wild horse.
Beloved, did you know that in the days of Jesus, there was an animal called a unicorn, however, it was not a beautiful wild horse like in that story, but in the days of Jesus was a wild untamed bull, and this untamed bull can be likened to the untamed church.
Beloved readers, the bottom line to this story would be summed up by understanding that the innocence of that little girl was able to tame that wild horse and just like that little girl, the passion and kindness of Christ including his great sacrifice at Calvary can tame the wild church.
Beloved, to get a better view of our need to settle our differences and walk in unity and harmony as the body of Christ, we need to split the word unicorn into two words which would be unity and corn, then add some more words like the unity of the corn.
Beloved, we know history teaches that the first church ate a portion of its tithe in the church to fellowship and celebrate the Lord’s goodness for blessing their crops and their family.
Dear readers, to better understand where I am going in this message, we need to look at (Psalms 133) and read where it speaks of brethren dwelling together in unity and realize that this is not only where the blessing of the Lord can be found, but it is one of the foundational stones needed for true revival.
Dear Saints, God emphasizes through the writer of this Psalm that for brethren to dwell together in unity which could be better translated as (harmony) as if completing a note in an orchestra is a beautiful thing to behold, because this is a reflection of the heart and purpose of God in his people that can be best described as a unity of holiness.
THE SUPERNATURAL OIL APPEARED
Saints, God emphasizes through the writer of (Psalms 133) the beauty that can be found when brethren dwell together in unity, (harmony as if completing a note in an orchestra) describing it as a wondrous and beautiful thing to behold because this beauty reflects the heart and purposes of God working in his people that can be best described as a unity of holiness.
Church, I remember vividly receiving a call ten years ago concerning the father of Pastor Joseph Dunn, a pastor of a small church located in Bristol, Tennessee.
Beloved, Pastor Joseph is a young minister who announced his call to preach at the age of thirteen and his father was diagnosed including receiving treatment for lung cancer informing the family that they may have to remove one of his father's lungs.
Saints, I remember doing a video attempting to bring some encouragement to the family but got all excited while doing the video and made the statement “They will take his lung out over my dead body.”
Now dear reader looking back on such a statement, I do not think I was making the statement as a dare but as a statement of faith that I was going to seek God and do everything in my power to get the breakthrough this family needed and beloved, God honored my faithfulness.
Church, the Lord allowed me to make the trip to the hospital in Abingdon, Virginia, and pray for Pastor Joseph’s dad, but while in the room, my spirit noticed Pastor Joseph’s brother, "Jr. Dunn" and the call of God upon his life which he had been avoiding.
Beloved, I remember that God encouraged me to call him forward to minister to him, and I remember being led by the Holy Spirit to the scripture found in (Psalms 133) concerning the anointing oil flowing down the beard of Arron the chosen priest.
Saints, as I prayed over this young man, I remember using this scripture in my prayer, and beloved saints, as I prayed over the young man quoting this scripture, I remember purposely using the part about the oil representing the oil of holiness running down the High Priest Arron’s beard to the skirt of his garment when suddenly, there was a splash of what I thought was water but later turned out to be oil that fell on his forehead and did so in front of everyone in the room.
Beloved, did you know later after I had left the hospital, I was informed that after I had left the room, someone stood on a chair to see where the oil had come from but to their amazement, the ceiling was dusty and dry?
Saints and fellow peers, to the glory of God, did you know that the doctors went ahead and performed the surgery to remove the lung of his father but could not find any trace of cancer and decided against removing his lung?
Beloved let me tell you (Glory to God) that the cancer went away and for more than ten years, pastor Joseph's dad has been cancer-free still attending church and telling what great things God had done in his life thanking God that he can live another day to see his young Son preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Saints, our God is an all-wise, all-powerful God and has his unique way of blessing and encouraging his people who put their trust in him for he watches over his word to perform it in those who will submit their life to him and take him at his word believing the word which states that "these signs shall follow them that believe. (Do You Believe)
THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS
(Joshua 23:10) "One man of you shall chase a thousand: for the LORD your God, he it is that fights for you, as he has promised you. One man."
(Leviticus 26:8) "And five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword."
Saints, the time is now upon us to cease acting like a bunch of loose body parts and recognize that we make up the body of Christ here on Earth.
Beloved, did you know that wood needs other wood to burn, and did you know that if you move a piece of wood in a fire away from the other wood, it will not have enough heat to keep burning and will soon go out?
Dear Saints, one of the scruples I have used in writing my books is the realization in my heart that what I am putting out to the public can be used to affect someone’s life for all eternity and I take this thought very seriously in my writings.
Beloved, I pray over the words to use in my writings believing God that he will guide me in choosing my words carefully, because beloved, if I write from my head, I will reach your head but if I through consecrated prayer write from the burden God has placed in my heart, I know God will use my writings to reach your heart.
Saints, I have been told by several prominent pastors that they can sense and feel God’s Spirit when they turn and read the pages of my inspirational books.
Beloved, so many stories and thoughts come to mind when I think on the subject of unity in the body of Christ, and one of them is a great move of God’s Spirit which took place in 1995 in a church revival the Lord had me to start which was in Bland, Virginia.
Saints, God was using my radio program that was being broadcast from WCRR Radio in Rural Retreat, Virginia to touch and heal people in their autos, homes, and nursing homes.
Beloved, the State police loved my programs and would occasionally stop me on the road with blue lights and sirens especially when they recognized my semi which had the three crosses lit up on the grill.
Church, the station was owned by a well-known radio and TV personality Bob Smallwood who still is on TV today and for years has given my books away on his TV program.
Beloved, I remember one time that a family had called the station making a statement on the air that one of their loved ones who was born blind received their sight while listening to one of my programs.
Saints, I received several letters from pastors including a well-established TV program stating that they had to pull over while driving because of the tears running down their cheeks while listening to one of my programs.
Beloved, I remember that many local pastors were encouraged by their congregations to visit our revival in Bland, Virginia, and check out the truck driver preacher calling himself the Guardian Angel.
Friends the revival was started and God was preaching through me with an anointing that you could see and feel which caused quite a stir in that little community in Bland Virginia and surrounding areas.
Beloved, it was so wonderful to be in the flow of God’s Spirit and one night the local fire department showed up knocking on the door looking for a fire that they could see that appeared to be in the vicinity of the church.
Dear Saints of God and fellow peers, the people at the church had experienced a real God who was making himself known and he was expressing his presence because they were all in perfect unity and harmony.
Beloved, just like the one hundred twenty disciples in the upper room that were in one mind and one accord waiting on the promise, out of nowhere they were visited by a mighty rushing wind of God's Spirit which had a visible sign representing tongues of fire over their heads which represents the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:3)
BETTER TOGETHER
Dear readers, the scriptures teach that we who have professed Christ as our Lord and Savior have become Sons and Daughters of his royal family that make up the body of Christ on Earth and they also teach that when one member of the body suffers, the whole body suffers.
Beloved, we are coming upon the close of the church age as we know it and it is time for the scripture in (Joel 2:17) to ring in our hearts and ears concerning the priests, the ministers of God chosen by and for him to close out this dispensation with weeping between the porch and the altar until the cleansing fire of God falls upon us ushering in one of the greatest outpourings of his Spirit known to man.
Saints, this is the time to break up the hardness of our hearts by earnestly praying asking God to cleanse and forgive us for our sins, and crying "Bend me Lord to do thy will Oh God bend me till there is none of me left."
Dear readers, if we desire a change in ourselves and our lands, may we ask the Lord to create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within as we pray between the porch and the altar from the depths of our soul till our prayer runs out of words and becomes a cry in true repentance for ourself and for our nation, for the time for change is now upon us and it is time for people professing to a part of the body of Christ to cease acting like a bunch of loose body parts and recognize that we make up the body of Christ here on Earth.

Dear readers, the State police loved my programs and would often stop me on the road with blue lights and sirens when they recognized my semi with the three crosses on the grill which caused a recording artist by the name of Tony Malone to write a song about my life and ministry which can be found on YouTube titled "Eighteen Wheels and Jesus."
Saints, the station was owned by a well-known radio and TV personality Bob Smallwood who testified that one family called the station and made a statement on the air that one of their loved ones who was born blind received their sight while listening to one of my programs.
Beloved, I received several letters from pastors including a well-established TV program stating that they had to pull over while driving because of the tears running down their cheeks while listening to one of my programs.
Dear readers, many local pastors were encouraged by their congregations to visit this revival and check out the truck driver preacher calling himself the Guardian Angel, and friends the revival was started with almighty God preaching to me with an anointing that you could both see and feel.
Dear readers, it was so wonderful to have God use me that way and be in the flow of God’s Spirit but one night during the end of the revival, the local fire department knocked on the door looking for a fire stating that they could see what looked like a fire in the vicinity of the church.
Beloved readers, the people including myself were operating in love, unity, and harmony in that revival which got the attention of heaven causing God to make himself known through mighty signs, miracles, and wonders as heaven touched earth just like in the 1906 Azusa Street revival that is still talked about today.
MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Saints, the scriptures teach, "we that have professed Christ as our Lord & Savior” and have become Sons and Daughters of his royal family, are the body of Christ here on Earth.
Authors note: Beloved, the scriptures teach, "When one member of the body suffers, the whole body suffers." (1 Corinthians 12:26)
Church, looking at the world situation today, we need to realize that we are coming to the close of our freedoms and the church age with its freedoms as we know it, may we pray earnestly the scriptures in Joel the second chapter which tells us what to do when the heathen seem to rule over the righteous.
(Joel 2: 17) "Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?"
Beloved Saints, may we let this scripture ring in our hearts and close out this dispensation with weeping between the porch and the altar until the cleansing fire of God falls upon us, ushering in one of the greatest outpourings of God's Spirit that has never been known to man.

MY CONCLUSION
Beloved Saints, we are under attack and it is a sad sight when the enemy can attend a house of worship and feel comfortable without any fear or respect for the one who created all things both seen and unseen for beloved, the word of God states that "the sinner cannot sit in the congregation of the righteous." (Psalms 1:5)
Beloved, it is also sad when many attending worship services today do not know or make an attempt to know the people that attend their church services but beloved, you see advertisements that these churches are in revival stating that are receiving a visitation from heaven but there are no reports of changed lives and souls being saved and if the truth was known beloved, there is every form of immorality in their church with some living in sin holding offices in the church.
Saints of God, they will have their reward and we remember that the word of God spoke of these times when men would become lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God. (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
Beloved, we are living in dangerous times and we are nearing the end of the day of grace which will be followed by the great tribulation but do not lose heart for when all hope seems lost with no good end in sight, just remember beloved, it is in our darkest hour that our true character is displayed because beloved, it is in our darkest hour with nothing but bad news coming from a thousand directions that we hold on to his promise that he will never leave us but go with us all the way even to the end of the world.
Saints, the old shipmen of old amid a terrible storm would tie themselves to the big mast of the ship to keep from getting washed overboard, and beloved, we have his promise in (Psalms 46:1) that "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in the time of trouble.
Church, let us in these trying times with trouble on every corner, keep fighting the fight of faith as one unified body working in harmony together as we hold on to his everlasting arms because many facing what we are facing today, are losing hope, and giving up.
Beloved, we may make many mistakes, but that does not define who we are for what matters most is that we dare to believe (Jeremiah 29:11) ESV "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."
Dear readers, the enemy has a way of knowing when God is getting ready to move for us and he will send distractions our way to get our eyes off of our assignment, therefore Saints of the Living God, may we hold on just a little longer and realize we need each other for we are nearing the end of the day of grace and his coming may be sooner than we think.
Saints, the bottom line to this entire message is knowing and recognizing God's timing, for it is usually when we are at our lowest point in our faith and just when we are about to give in, that we find God has been working behind the scenes orchestrating events to take place in our favor.
