From our key text we've seen that; Jesus by revelation knew the intention of the devil against Simon, His disciple, then He prayed for him.

You don't know when the devil seeks your downfall that's why the Bible says ..."men ought always to pray and not faint..." ( Luke 18:1).

We must understand that the born again life is a call to a relationship with God.

God seeks for a relationship with total affection and intimacy, not necessarily from the standpoint of religiosity. In fact the proof of validity in our born again experience is seen in our zeal, passion, desire and our intimate love for God.

If this understanding is fully assimilated then your approaches to your prayer realms will be unhindered, because at this point you've sustained an insatiable hunger to pray effectively.

True and adequate knowledge is required of us to know what and how to pray. That's why we have the Bible for key revelations of God's mind.

The life of a real and lasting relationship at any level is birthed in these; adequate time, Love and understanding.

Time: The time spent with God in the place of prayer reveals how much the relationship is valued, prioritized and cherished. The prayer moments therefore are beyond merely placing requests, but an open portal for divine transactions and true fellowship with God by the Spirit. This portal is also an avenue to help strengthen you spiritually in your walk with God.

Therefore, for a sustainable prayer life to be activated you must go with the mind of fellowshiping with the Spirit.

When your spirit can yield to the Holy Spirit overtime in the place of fellowship, the flesh will be denied of its desires. ...the Spirit indeed is willing but the flesh is weak..Matthew 26:41. Spiritual yielding can only occur in your time with God.

Love: This virtue is a catalyst that motivates zeal, passion and necessitates how much time to be spent in your fellowship with God. Matthew 6:21, For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. God said in His word: "...give me your heart.. (Proverbs 23:26), when your heart is given to God you pants after Him continually.

A sustainable and true relationship is established in a rooted love. Therefore your love for God will determine how much time you'll fellowship with Him. Love God then you can seek Him sustainably.

Understanding: It's written "... acquaint now thyself with Him…(Job 22:21)" Understanding brings about the emergence of a reliable and lasting relationship. Understanding can't be actualize without giving adequate time to a relationship. When understanding is achieved you can't lack what and how to pray.

Therefore understanding God and the operation of the Spirit will help provide you with the blueprint of what to pray. In this you can't pray anyhow or aimlessly.

A healthy prayer life is achievable when you have understanding of God, His will and time/seasons.

Conclusively, respond to the call of relationship with God today, not in fear but love.
