Stand and see the day of Salvation!
John 10:10-11 NKJ
10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
We use to say, we live in a day and age where the accuser, is pulling out all the stops. Literally it seems as though everything the deceiver does now, is not behind closed doors or in the cover of night anymore, but in the open where everyone can see!
The devil has never wavered from his obsession, which still is and has not changed! To take as many souls to hell with him as possible!
Far too many have been in denial far to long about the accusers method of attack, but the truth is he has always been using an all out assault against morality and humanity!
Little by little, day by day, sometimes moment by moment we have all witnessed the decay of our basic freedoms, right before our very eyes!
So much fighting, so many lies, so much deceit on display! An all out attack and assault on the Love of God, the power of and all that love stands for!
1 John 4:8 NKJ
He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
The time has come to set aside mans interpretations of and instruction (religion) as to how to realize the Love of God. To seek God on a whole new level of understanding, like we never have before!
It’s not to late to cry out for God’s Love and willingness, to both rescue and defend us against the attack we’re witnessing and to crush the enemies plans completely!
Matthew 22: 37-40 MSG
37-40 Jesus said, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence.’ This is the most important, the first on any list. But there is a second to set alongside it: ‘Love others as well as you love yourself.’ These two commands are pegs; everything in God’s Law and the Prophets hangs from them.”
Many say, look to the church! While that may sound like the answer to our dilemma, four walls and a roof cannot rebuke the devil and what society is witnessing! Only faith in God and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, Gods Son can save our lives from the destruction we are witnessing!
Religion by itself is empty, it can't, won't and does not Love...only God Loves! Love for God and love your neighbor is what Jesus said were the greatest commandments! Not the love of self, which is what we are witnessing on the news daily, at every level!
Eph. 4:6 NKJ
one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all God is the one who makes all things possible for in him all things were created.
And the love of God makes all things possible in our lives...
Jesus was very clear...He didn't mix any words about it!
Mark 10:27 MSG
27 Jesus was blunt: “No chance at all if you think you can pull it off by yourself. Every chance in the world if you let God do it.”
Love for God and the Amazing Love of God is what makes all
Things possible! Amen?
We find that same recurring theme all through the Bible. One of my favorites and we find the amazing story of both in the book of Daniel..
Daniel 6:1-3 MSG
1-3 Darius reorganized his kingdom. He appointed one hundred twenty governors to administer all the parts of his realm. Over them were three vice-regents, one of whom was Daniel. The governors reported to the vice-regents, who made sure that everything was in order for the king. But Daniel, brimming with spirit and intelligence, so completely outclassed the other vice-regents and governors that the king decided to put him in charge of the whole kingdom.
Daniel clearly had the Favor of God on his life....The favor of God and his love for you can move you light years ahead of the others around you and elevate you to positions, only God could've got you to in the first place!
What is the first thing the accuser tries to do when you get there?
Plan your demise and RUIN YOU! That's right, take you down and Tear you down. Everything the accusers does, revolves like clockwork around stealing, killing and destroying anything good or worthwhile!
The accuser is subtle, his tactics may have a good looking deliverer, or a pretty face and attractive smile, or a shiny new paint job! But they all have one objective, kill steal and destroy!
Daniel 6:6-9 MSG
6-7 The vice-regents and governors conspired together and then went to the king and said, “King Darius, live forever! We’ve convened your vice-regents, governors, and all your leading officials, and have agreed that the king should issue the following decree:
For the next thirty days no one is to pray to any god or mortal except you, O king. Anyone who disobeys will be thrown into the lions’ den.
8 “Issue this decree, O king, and make it unconditional, as if written in stone like all the laws of the Medes and the Persians.”
9 King Darius signed the decree.
Who doesn't love to hear how great they are? We all do, it’s in our human nature! Who doesn't want to go along with the crowd when they think everyone is with them and for them? Sometimes it takes restraint not to want to go along with the crowd.
No one, should ever under estimate the craftiness of the accuser!
Especially when we see what's happening around the world today!
Some choose to accept and go along with what they see because of pressure, or fear and consequences! Those are tricks of the enemy, designed to aide with societies destruction!
Truth will always set you free! Here is the absolute truth, “when you have a love for God and the love of God there is nothing to fear! Gods love always casteth out fear!” Not some of the time, but every time without fail!
TBS (the bible says) nothing can come between you and the love of God!
Romans 8:38-39 NKJ
38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Daniel 6:10-12 MSG
10 When Daniel learned that the decree had been signed and posted, he continued to pray just as he had always done. His house had windows in the upstairs that opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he knelt there in prayer, thanking and praising his God.
(You see friend, even back then they had the politically correct police! There is nothing new under the sun. But Daniel didn't care what they thought and neither should we! He was only concerned about what God thought! All Christians could learn a lot from Daniel..)
11-12 The conspirators came and found him praying, asking God for help. They went straight to the king and reminded him of the royal decree that he had signed. “Did you not,” they said, “sign a decree forbidding anyone to pray to any god or man except you for the next thirty days? And anyone caught doing it would be thrown into the lions’ den?”
“Absolutely,” said the king. “Written in stone, like all the laws of the Medes and Persians.”
How many of you know it's not always a good idea to go along with the crowd or the media! How many of you know going along with the crowd sometimes can get you in trouble or the ones around you in trouble?
Some will say, “I didn’t say those things were true the media reports said”
Listen, your either for the things of God, or your against them. There is no middle ground!
TBS. The apostle Paul (then Saul) only held the coats of those who stoned Stephen to death. But he was as guilty as the rest of them, because he was with them and did absolutely did nothing to stop them!
Daniel 6:14-15 MSG
14 At this, the king was very upset and tried his best to get Daniel out of the fix he’d put him in. He worked at it the whole day long.
15 But then the conspirators were back: “Remember, O king, it’s the law of the Medes and Persians that the king’s decree can never be changed.”
There is an old quote that is always relevant; “Sin will take you farther than you want to go, keep you longer than you want to stay, and cost you more than you want to pay.” author unknown.
Daniel 6:16 MSG
16 The king caved in and ordered Daniel brought and thrown into the lions’ den. But he said to Daniel, “Your God, to whom you are so loyal, is going to get you out of this.”
See the king here, he knew about Daniel's God. And I would tell you right now at this very minute...all over the world, there are people who know about Daniels God!
However it's not enough to know about The One True God
when you need a miracle! It’s not enough to know about The One True God when you need an answer to a problem! When you need your peace of mind, while your going through a situation!
When things are beyond your control (which if we’re truthful, is every waking minute of our lives) you need to know Daniels God, the One True God in a personal way for yourself!
Your mammas, your daddy’s and nobody else’s relationship with God will bring peace, comfort and the miracles your desiring to meet your need in your life!
You need to have your own relationship with God! Something Daniel Had and wasn't afraid to let the whole world know either..something the king was lacking (like far to many are) in his life!
Daniel 6:17-20 MSG
17 A stone slab was placed over the opening of the den. The king sealed the cover with his signet ring and the signet rings of all his nobles, fixing Daniel’s fate.
18 The king then went back to his palace. He refused supper. He couldn’t sleep. He spent the night fasting.
19-20 At daybreak the king got up and hurried to the lions’ den. As he approached the den, he called out anxiously, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve so loyally, saved you from the lions?”
God always offers Hope...Even when you don't know God personally
God still offers hope! Something the accuser will never offer! And through Daniels faith in God the king was hopeful for his deliverance by his God..
You may not realize it, but the world looks to you if proclaim the name of Christian! The time has come to take a stand like Daniel and not be concerned with consequences or results of what the world thinks, but only what God thinks!
We are all presented with opportunities like Daniel. Opportunities everyday to stand up and stand out to be recognized as faithful!
Daniel 6:21-24 MSG
21-22 “O king, live forever!” said Daniel. “My God sent his angel, who closed the mouths of the lions so that they would not hurt me. I’ve been found innocent before God and also before you, O king. I’ve done nothing to harm you.”
23 When the king heard these words, he was happy. He ordered Daniel taken up out of the den. When he was hauled up, there wasn’t a scratch on him. He had trusted his God.
24 Then the king commanded that the conspirators who had informed on Daniel be thrown into the lions’ den, along with their wives and children. Before they hit the floor, the lions had them in their jaws, tearing them to pieces.
Was there ever a time you suppose Daniel was nervous or afraid? I’m going to say yes. Daniel like all of us with human nature are the same!
The difference was when he stepped out in faith and refused to bow down to the accuser, the God of the peace that passes all understanding came to his defense and made the impossible become possible!
God stands ready to do the same for whoever is willing to put their faith and trust in His willingness and never ending capabilities!
1st Peter 5:8-11 MSG
8-11 Keep a cool head. Stay alert. The Devil is poised to pounce, and would like nothing better than to catch you napping. Keep your guard up. You’re not the only ones plunged into these hard times. It’s the same with Christians all over the world. So keep a firm grip on the faith. The suffering won’t last forever. It won’t be long before this generous God who has great plans for us in Christ—eternal and glorious plans they are!—will have you put together and on your feet for good. He gets the last word; yes, he does.
God always has the first word and last word!
And every word on everything in between! PRAISE GOD!!
and it's a word that you can trust, even trust with your life
like Daniel did!
Daniel 6:25-28 MSG
25-27 King Darius published this proclamation to every race, color, and creed on earth:
Peace to you! Abundant peace!
I decree that Daniel’s God shall be worshiped and feared in all parts of my kingdom.
He is the living God, world without end. His kingdom never falls.
His rule continues eternally.
He is a savior and rescuer.
He performs astonishing miracles in heaven and on earth.
He saved Daniel from the power of the lions.
28 From then on, Daniel was treated well during the reign of Darius, and also in the following reign of Cyrus the Persian.
The world report tells things are bleak, hard times are yet to come, our darkest hour has yet to arrive! The devils henchmen and women are poised to pounce! We are so to speak in the lions den or so it seems!
Now is NOT THE TIME to give into the roar of the lions, now is the time to trust the thunderous explosion of power being released in Heaven, about to sweep the earth and demand justice!
Justice for every praying, born again child of the most High God! Not only justice, but retribution for everything that has ever been stolen or taken away from God’s chosen people and the redistribution of such property, with interest!
What the devil has meant for harm, God is going to turn around for the good of all those who Love Him. Also for those who are going to come to know Him and love Him in the coming days ahead! Thank God for His Mercy!
There is a great move of God on the horizon! Thank You Lord for the coming Revival! Our best days are not behind us, our best days are ahead of us!
Let our prayer be; Let Your Plan become our destiny! Let me be a part of your plan Lord! Let my hands be your hands, my feet Your feet, my lips Your lips!
I believe your going to do what you have said you will do! I pray You crush the enemy and every single part of his plans, as You bring your Glorious Plans to fruition! Plans for our welfare and our well being, not only in America but in every corner of the World!
Thank You Father God for your Love, for Your Son Jesus, for Your Grace Truth Mercy Faithfulness and Forgiveness!
