Introduction:
The Bible says in Matthew 9:29 "According to your faith it will be done unto you."
Question, What are you expecting God to do in your life?
Meron pa lang ganito, na ang Diyos and nag established, ang tawag dito ay “The Law of Expectation.”
Nakukuha natin ang mga gusto nating makuha.
Nagagawa natin ang mga gusto nating magawa.
Nakikita natin ang mga gusto nating makita.
Napupuntahan natin ang mga gusto nating puntahan.
We inevitably accomplish what we expect what we’re going to accomplish.
In the Bible, there is this Law, called “The Law of Faith.”
You just have to choose to believe.
You cannot, but GOD can. Hindi mo kaya, pero kaya ni Lord para sa iyo, kung ikaw ay maniniwala.
Hindi kayang magpa-aral, kaya ni Lord para sa iyo. Have faith
Hindi mo kayang magpamilya, kaya ni Lord para sa iyo. Have faith
Hindi mo kayang mapagTagumpayan ang epekto sa iyong kabuhayan ng Pandemya,
kaya ni Lord para sa iyo. Have faith…
hindi mo kaya ang Trabaho, kaya ni Lord para sa iyo
hindi mo kaya ang Subject, kaya ni Lord para sa iyo.
Hindi mo kaya ang anak mo, ituwid, kaya ni Lord para sa iyo.
God builds your faith and my faith by testing it. He builds our faith by putting it to the test, by trying it.
Faith is like a muscle and when it’s stretched and it’s pulled then it develops. When you test your muscles against weights then your muscles develop. And your faith develops as it is tested.

That faith that will make us Mature and Complete in Christ, until the day of His coming…
That faith that will endure to the end, holding on the Lord Jesus Christ and his teachings, whatever happens.
Ang Layunin ng pagsubok (James1:4), MAGPATATAG sa ating buhay, at pananampalataya sa DIYOS (Mature and complete) ganap at walang pagkukulang.
HOW God Tests our FAITH?
1. God tests our faith through difficulties.
Sinusubok tayo sa pamamagitan ng mga mahihirap na pinagdaraanan natin sa buhay..
That’s trials, problems, pressures, tough circumstances. All the stresses of life.
1 Pedro 1:6-7
6 Ito'y dapat ninyong ikagalak, kahit na maaaring magdanas muna kayo ng iba't ibang pagsubok sa loob ng maikling panahon. 7 Ang ginto, bagama't nasisira, ay pinapadaan sa apoy upang malaman kung talagang dalisay. Gayundin naman, ang inyong pananampalataya, na higit na mahalaga kaysa ginto, ay sinusubok upang malaman kung ito'y talagang tapat. Sa gayon kayo'y papupurihan, dadakilain at pararangalan sa Araw na mahayag si Jesu-Cristo.
Nothing ever happens by accident in the life of a follower of Jesus Christ. Everything is Father filtered. Alam ni Lord lahat sa buhay mo.
He can allow and disallow things in you… Everything has a great purpose for your good.
We live in a broken world. A lot of problems we bring on ourselves and things like that. A lot of problems other people bring on us and we’re innocent victims.
Minsan ang mga problema, dahil na rin sa gawa natin, we commit a lot of wrong choices in life, but the Lord is always on to the rescue, when we come humbly before Him and asks for Help.
Ex. Difficulties of Joseph
Hindi ba ito alam ni Lord? Alam nya lahat.
Rejected by his brothers(jealosy) , almost murdered by his own brothers, sold as slaves by his brothers,
napagbintangan, nalimutan
Everything for the purpose of bringing Him at the Pharoh’s palace. Became governor, 2nd in command…

2 Count it all joy, my brothers,[a] when you meet trials of various kinds,
He says when you’ve got a problem relax. In fact he says, rejoice. Take it easy. Thank God. Praise God. Why? Because I know that God is with me. God has a plan for me. He has a purpose for my life and He’s going to help me through it. God’s purpose is greater than the pain or the problem or the difficulty I’m going through right now.
2. God tests our faith through demands.
Sinusubok tayo sa pamamagitan ng mga utos.
Minsan ang test ay in the form of demand, utos, o may hinihingi si Lord sa atin. At minsan mapag-iisip tayo dahil ito ay mahirap o kung hindi man, ito ay imposible.
There are, in just the New Testament, 1050 commands for believers to obey. Of all these commands, some of them seem unreasonable. Some of them seem inconvenient. Some of them seem down right impossible. So what do you do when you have an impossible command that feels like a demand?
They are there, you realize they are there to test our faith.
He can allow or disallow things in our life to happen, for His great purpose…
Ex. 1. When Abraham was instructed by God to move into a place where he has idea of that place.. (It was difficult, but Abraham followed) Genesis 12:1
2. When Abraham was instructed by God to offer Isaac as his offering.. (It was difficult , sumunod pa rin siya). He knows GOD, alam Niya na hindi siya uutusan nito na siya ay mapapahamak… Genesis 22:2
Hebrews 11:8 "By faith Abraham obeyed and went."
3. Peter, with his impulse attitude, nung makita nyang nasa ibabaw ng tubig, si Jesus. Sakay ng isang Bangka sabi nya, “Panginoon, kung talagang ikaw nga iyan, papuntahin mo ako diyan sa kinaroroonan mo sa ibabaw ng tubig.”
Sabi ni Lord,”Come”, “Halika”
Saan mo maririnig ang tinig ni Lord, ang demand ni Lord, ang utos ni Lord – in the Bible. Yes, sa Bible lang . Read your Bible, meditate on it..
Kapag narinig mo siyang nangusap sa iyo, gawin mo iyon…
3. God tests our faith with our money or finances.
Sinusubok tayo sa ating kaperahan o mga tinatanggap.
Yes po narinig mo ng malinaw, sinusubok tayo sa ating mga hinahawakang pera.
Ang pera o possession, ang madaling makapagsasabi kung ano ang ating Character o gaano tayo kalalim sa ating pagsunod sa Panginoong Kristo…
Character – ex. Madamot pa ba tayo sa pagbibigay o pagbabalik ng iyong tinatangkilik kay Lord
2 Cor 9:6-8 (Give generously and cheerfully; maalwa at masayang nagbibigay)
Matapat ka ba kay Lord o palagi mo syang pinagdududahan sa pagbibigay…
Alam nyo po ba na ang Malachi 3:10
Is a test of our FAITH, and a test of God’s FAITHFULNESS in His Word
Nung sabihin Ni Lord…
“Subukin ninyo ako sa bagay na ito, kung hindi ko buksan ang mga bintana ng langit at ibuhos sa inyo ang masaganang pagpapala.”
Meron po bang direct na kaugnayan ang ating pera sa ating spiritualiad? Our Money and our Spirituality? Ang Sagot ay OO, meron po.
Luke 16:11 MBBTAG
“11 Kaya kung hindi kayo mapagkakatiwalaan sa mga kayamanan ng mundong ito, sino ang magtitiwala sa inyo ng tunay na kayamanan?”
Luke 16:11 ESV
11 If then you have not been faithful in the unrighteous wealth, who will entrust to you the true riches?
Money – is Worldly wealth or possession, pag-aari mo dito sa lupa (maliit man yan o malaki)
Spirituality – is our relationship with our God, things in heaven, it also produce “treasures in heaven”
“Wealth in heaven” Matthew 6:19-21 – ito ang tunay na kayamanan
In other words, if di tayo mapagkatiwalaan ng kayamanan dito sa lupa, pera, dito sa lupa
Paano tayo mapagkakatiwalaan ng kayamanan sa langit, “na andon ang tunay na kayaman.”
4. God tests our faith through delays.
Sinusubok tayo sa pamamagitan ng mga pag-kaantala, o paghihintay…
Paghihintay sa mga Tugon ng Diyos sa ating dalangin
Paghihintay sa mga pagkaantala ng mga bagay-bagay sa buhay natin.
Paghihintay na mabalik na tayo sa dati, mawala na ang CQ comm.quarantine, na wala ng Virus na kinakatakutan
Ang dami nating hinintay, madalas tayong pumipila, mas dumami ang pila ngayon kaysa nung wala pang CQuarantine… banko, mall, supermarket places, offices
Life of Noahs was also a lot of waiting
Noah’s Ark – almost 80-100years in the making
Noahs waiting to RAIN for 7days –no idea, no clue when is the rain…
Noah’s Rain Flood – 40days non stop of RAIN
Noah’s Flood – waiting to subside water, for 370days, or 12 months
It took a lot of patience and FAITH in His heart to believe GOD.
