Live life like you were living!
There are a lot of things that excite people in life. There’s music, sports, money excites a lot of people! What gets you going?
Why does society become so excited over man made achievements and events in life?
Wining an Oscar, or a Super Bowl ring everyone would agree is quite an accomplishment! So is becoming a doctor, but none of those things will mean much in eternity!
Have you noticed over the past few months, a lot of the things
Society has held dear in the past, because of the never ending attack of the accuser, doesn’t seem to mean so much anymore, to a lot of people?
Frustration levels seem higher than they have ever been, because to many limits have been placed and enforced of our freedoms!
The attitude of, “well...if it’s not affecting me or my family” is long a thing of the past. Because this forerunner of things to come has affected all of us!
I can remember following and watching a lot of things, like the news, and sports, and eating out. Things I once found interesting, now I find myself not caring so much about!
Our passions along with our freedoms have been taken and stolen from us, in an effort to set new boundaries of who we are and what the future supposedly holds for mankind.
But who we are is not something which can be altered or changed so easily, as long as we remember who’s we are!
For just a moment, it seems as though we the church have been caught up, in both following and marching to the same beat of the drum, everyone else has.
Wake up Church, that’s not who we are and not who we were created to be!
For everyone who proclaims the name of Christian we are Christ’s followers, that’s who we are! We have an identity and should easily be identified by the world, because of our identity!
We have a heritage, we have a future, we also have a destiny!
It’s time we stood up collectively together and reclaimed what has been stolen from under our very nose and is rightfully ours!
I want to share a scripture that should be read over and over, until it becomes a part of the fabric of your being!
Ephesians 1:3-6, 11-14, MSG
3-6 How blessed is God! And what a blessing he is! He’s the Father of our Master, Jesus Christ, and takes us to the high places
(WHAT KIND OF PLACES? Levels of favor we could never achieve with any amount of labor!)
of blessing in him. Long before he laid down earth’s foundations, he had us in mind,
(Who was on His mind? Insert your name right here!)
had settled on us as the focus of his love,
to be made whole and holy by his love. Long, long ago he decided to adopt us into his family through Jesus Christ. (What pleasure he took in planning this!) He wanted us to enter into the celebration of his lavish gift-giving
(I have to ask, what kind of gift giving? “IMMEASURABLE! GIFT! GIVING!”)
by the hand of his beloved Son.
11-12 It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for.
(that's why it's so important, we realize and know who are and who we belong to!)
Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone.
13-14 It’s in Christ that you, once you heard the truth and believed it (this Message of your salvation), found yourselves home free—signed, sealed, and delivered by the Holy Spirit. This signet from God is the first installment on what’s coming, a reminder that we’ll get everything God has planned for us, a praising and glorious life.
The scripture gives such great definition to Jeremiah 29:11! The plans that God has for us, for our well-being, for our welfare! Plans for our future and what Glorious plans they are, as we just read!
What we have been living lately, is the devils version of Groundhog Day, day after day after day! What we’ve been led to believe as the new norm, is not what God has planned for us!
What we have been led to believe is a lie and anti-Scriptural!
Listen, God hasn’t changed or put his plans of abundant life on hold for us, but far too many of God’s people have!
Who are you and Who’s Are You? There should be no question, or hesitation. If you’re a Christian, the correct answer is, I am Christ’s! I am an adopted son or daughter of the most high God!
I am a Kings Kid,
I am an heir,
I have an inheritance coming to me and
I am somebody, because God has made me Somebody!
I am fearfully and wonderfully made!
Far too many people in life have been belittled and don't feel like their somebody. Their words, along with this false atmosphere of influence, have been allowed to shape and define their lives.
Back in the 30s the world went through the great depression. All other depressions are compared to “the Great Depression” The only difference is back in the 30s, people still had hope!
The depressive state we witness today seems more real, because of the complete lack of hope, we’re led to believe we don’t have!
Hope is not and hope does not come from a stimulus check, supplied by someone telling you things are not going well! That’s not Hope! That’s supplied condemnation, designed to fuel a continual state of depression!
It’s never to late to change your world and your destiny, by changing the vocabulary that comes from within! Simply, by starting to speak what the word of God consistently says about your situation!
Psalms 42:5 MSG
Why are you down in the dumps, dear soul?
Why are you crying the blues?
Fix my eyes on God—
soon I’ll be praising again.
He puts a smile on my face.
He’s my God.
The writer of this psalm is saying, man get ahold of yourself. What your witnessing is not of God! Which is what we all should be saying!
There's no need to sing the blues, God is the one, who is responsible and well able for bringing the changes we're seeking, not us.
And as we begin to speak and proclaim the changes we seek, the more we become increasingly aware of the blessings awaiting us, as we begin to praise and thank God for what's about to happen.
Here’s a question for believers. What are you expecting God to do for you and those you hold dear in your life?
If the answer is you don’t know, then your probably settling and getting only the crumbs from the masters table, when you could be feasting at the masters table!
God has prepared an extravagant feast big enough to feed the entire world. The time has come for you to claim your chair at God’s table, and start to consistently enjoy the feast that has been bountifully prepared for you
If you don’t start now, will you ever? Tell me, who gets all dressed up for dinner and doesn't eat the meal?
The time for wasting time is over! There’s a new norm that is coming, one you had better start getting prepared for! It’s called a Glorious church and after that the “Rature of the Church!”

superb, yes those are a few descriptive words of what lies ahead for the church and Gods anointed believers, and it will be beyond belief without a doubt!
But right now...It’s time to praise and thank God for what has already been supplied and to raise our praise along with our expectation of the blessings in the pipeline “even right now in this orchestrated chaos” awaiting deliverance!
There will always be an excuse, as to why someone is not feasting on everything God has for them. Let me tell you the truth, “the devil will never admit the truth and will continue to spread lies until he is locked up and thrown in the pit of hell!
Here’s the beautiful glorious truth, God does not want any of His Children to have to settle for anything less, than His very best!” (Reread again)
God is not affected by our circumstances, only we are! Those around you may be willing to settle for less and thereby limit God’s ability to work in their life! But that doesn’t mean you have to follow their example!
Because settling invites mediocrity and mixed together they determine and limit your ability of how much, you can both believe and receive from God!!
Don’t allow the word mediocrity in the description of your relationship with Jesus!
You don't have to settle, or sweep up the crumbs from the masters table.
God has the means and more than enough to provide everyone with a seat at the table! To eat, partake of and also let us never forget, share as much as they want with everyone they choose, anytime they want.
The naysayers and depressionist of the world would say really? “Everyone?” are you kidding me? If what you’re telling me were so fine, there’d be a line a mile long wanting to sign up!
How dare the accusers smoke and mirror illusionists have the audacity to question anyone about anything!
Listen, the naysayers and the never have anything good to say about anythinger’s, can say whatever they want and they do, will and will continue as long as someone will listen to them!
But God would have me remind you, even the devil can talk a good game!
However, someone who can create the entire world as we know it and have yet to discover all the mysteries of it in six days and afford to rest on the seventh,
can do anything they want,
anytime they want,
for anyone willing to believe God has the ability to do what He says He can do!
There is no hidden agenda with God, only the gospel, only the truth! The question is what do you believe God can do for YOU!
Maybe it’s high time you defined your expectations and raised the level of your bar of your expectation!
Does TBS. The Lord is my shepherd, throw me a bone? No! TBS, “The Lord is my Shepard, I shall not want!!”
What an amazing statement of faith! David knew, he had everything he needed and so should you! The devil will tell you differently, but God is not a God to leave you wanting and His word declares His promise and His intentions for every believers life!
Psalms 23:1-3 MSG
1-3 God, my shepherd!
I don’t need a thing.
You have bedded me down in lush meadows,
you find me quiet pools to drink from.
True to your word,
you let me catch my breath
and send me in the right direction.
If you will only believe, have some faith and let God provide for you, instead of making your everyday life sound like you had to settle for less than what you wanted. God will both deliver and astound you beyond expectation!
If you're down in the dumps, so what...start singing!
If you're high on the mountain, don’t stop the praise when things are going right, keep on singing God’s praise!
If you want the blessings to continually flow, you must be willing to continually praise God for the blessings and with the anticipation each blessing will be greater than the last!
God wants you to continually raise the bar of expectation! God not only wants to, but He can and He will exceed your level of expectation!
The world scoffs at the miracles of God and says how foolish!
Let them! Let them scoff all they want! Who cares what they think? The only opinion we should be concerned about, is the only one that really matters, what God thinks!
God's principles are not limited to our surroundings or circumstances, they work everywhere, for everyone, every time, anytime whosoever is willing to believe with their God given faith without fail!
Isaiah 43:16-21 MSG.
16-21. This is what God says,
the God who builds a road right through the ocean, who carves a path through pounding waves,
The God who summons horses and chariots and armies—
they lie down and then can't get up;
they're snuffed out like so many candles:
"Forget about what's happened;
don't keep going over old history.
Be alert, be present.
I'm about to do something brand-new.
It's bursting out! Don't you see it?
There it is! I'm making a road through the desert, rivers in the
badlands.
Wild animals will say 'Thank you!'
—the coyotes and the buzzards—
“Because I provided water in the desert,
rivers through the sun-baked earth,
Drinking water for the people I chose,
the people I made especially for myself,
a people custom-made to praise me.
It’s time to forget about what we were told to think yesterday by the world and pay attention to today, to what God is willing to do the moment we activate our praise and expection of His never ending ability!
Right Now is the time to Praise God “for the rivers that are about to flow in your desert, for the road that has yet to appear, for the light soon to appear at the end of the tunnel, that will lead you to where abundance lives, and flows freely!
For the path that won’t continue to circle the mountain for days, weeks and years! BUT will split the mountain wide open, making a way where there seems to be no way, straight through our mountain of circumstance!
Realize, how powerful your faith and your praise is! Don’t wait one more minute, “Praise God right now where your standing, in spite of your circumstances!” Let go of the past, there's something brand new, coming on the horizon!
Lamentations 3:23 NKJ...
His mercies are new every morning after morning, after morning!
What have you done to deserve such grace and the favor of God’s generosity? The good news God’s generosity doesn’t depend on you, but it all starts with the trust and acceptance of Jesus as your Lord and Saviour!
Jesus is our only qualification needed for everything God has prepared for those who love Him!
Only your relationship with Jesus has reserved and assured your place at the table. Your relationship is your qualification, and there is not one thing the accuser or anyone else can do to keep from taking your rightful place at the table!
Eccl. 9:7-10 MSG
7 Seize life! (Sounds like abundant life) Eat bread with gusto, (more abundant life) Drink wine with a robust heart. (Benefits of an abundant life) Oh yes - God takes pleasure in your pleasure! (God’s approval of your living an abundant life)
8 Dress festively every morning. Don't skimp on colors and scarves. 9 Relish life with the spouse you love Each and every day of your precarious life. Each day is God's gift. It's all you get in exchange For the hard work of staying alive. Make the most of each one! 10 Whatever turns up, grab it and do it. And heartily! This is your last and only chance at it, For there's neither work to do nor thoughts to think In the company of the dead, where you're most certainly headed.
The time has come to not live life like you were dying as the song Tim McGraw sang. The time has come to start living life on Gods terms and to start living life like you were really living!
So much to do, so little time to do it!
Now is the time to start living life like you were really living!
