Intro: I come this morning pregnant with a message, not with and ideal, but a message, not with a sermon but a directional truth for somebody. I believe that God sent me this morning to preach this message to somebody and I don’t even know who it’s for but, God told me that this message will speak directly to your situation.
The Lord told me to share with you that you don’t have to worry about your future, because he’s about to share with you some information about the things that are to come.
I know that we don’t understand everything that God is doing in our lives, but our God has a method too the madness, of the times in which we live.
Now I notice that we pray for the end results of the promises of God, and we ask him for oak trees, but he answers us with acorns because God is a God of seed.
The reason that he answers the way he does is because God knows what’s within the acorn are oak trees, and all we have to do is be perceptive enough, discerning enough, sensitive enough, sharp, and observant enough to know when and how God has answer us.
That’s why I tell people that we have to be careful of what we say, because words are powerful. As a matter of fact Peter said “the words that you speak unto us are spirit and they are life.
As a matter of fact everyone in here is a result of a word, rather you are leaning toward positive things of life or rather you are moving toward negative things of life. If you are wounded in your spirit today, you are wounded over words, words that people has said to you, words that people has said about you, and even against you, words that come from people that you respect and looked up to, they have hurt us with words.
That’s why one of the main reasons I tell people that it’s not good to express all that you feel when you are mad with somebody. Because you might say something that you really didn’t mean to say, but once you have said it, it’s too late because, it has already been released into the atmosphere, the stratosphere, and the hemisphere, and once you release it into the atmosphere the devil grabs it, and twists it, and once it’s said it could scared and hurt someone for their entire emotional life.
We have to be careful with words because words are powerful, words that has been negatively launched into the mind of some young child, that produces an adult with low self esteem.
But also within the same like matter, someone could speak life into you and it could take some, boy, girl man or women that has no moral, principles of beliefs and you can speak a word within their life, and it will change their whole way of thinking, their way of acting, their way of reacting and their ways of responding.
One word could change a drug addicted into a preacher, one word could turn a prostitute into a missionary, one good word could change a gambler into a deacon because words are powerful. And so when God speaks he speaks with authority and power, I don’t care if he’s speaking let there be light, or if he’s saying Lazarus come forth, but whatever and whenever he speaks, things changes forever.
One of the 1st things that I love about God is that He’s a powerful God and if his word were to ever get inside of us, we will become pregnant. The second thing that I love about God is that God is that he doesn’t put out a seed and does not put out support.
And I must warn someone on the live that if you hang around the Word, you might get away with some of the stuff that you do for a little while, but after while that same Word will convict you, convince and convert you. If his word ever gets down inside of us things will activate itself on the inside of you and there will be a change and you will become impregnated.
And I don’t care how drunk you get, you can’t get drunk enough to abort what God has put down in you, I don’t care how high you get you get you can’t get high enough whereas you cannot hear the voice of God. You can’t run far enough whereas you can’t hear the Word of God, you can hide deep enough. You can’t cover your head enough, you can’t disguise yourself enough in make up, you can’t drown yourself into deepest sea. You can’t fly high enough to keep you from hearing Gods voice. Because when God speaks the Word, he must be heard.
In fact, now I understand David’s point of view from Psalms 139 when he said, I can’t run from God, let me cut it up so that you’ll understand it. He was saying if I cover my head my feet will show, if I cover feet my head will show, if I make my bed in hell he’ll find me there, in other words there is no hiding place.
Let me show you how awesome the Word of God is.
Do you remember that in the beginning was the Word and the Word was, with God, and the word was God and how the Word rapped himself in flesh? In fact, they didn’t mind Jesus coming into the cities, as long as he was visiting, or as long he was passing through, it was alright even as long as he was just healing folks, but they just didn’t want him preaching the Word in the cities, because they knew that if he got into the cities and started preaching then he would turn the world upside down. When he started preaching the Word, the city started shaking. When he started preaching the Word he was turning lives inside out, when he started preaching the Word it was falling on deaf ears and then begin hearing, when he started preaching lame was walking, blind was seeing, dumb was talking, the sick recovered, lepers was cleanse when he started preaching.
And let me throw this nugget in right there. That why the devil try to keep up so much confusion when the Word is going fourth, because the devil knows that if you ever hear the Word of God that is coming out of the mouth of the man of God, then he knows that some things will have too change. And I must share this with you, if we could just get our mind set on the Word, God would rock our worlds. In fact, I can’t think of anyone else that could stand on the seashore in the desert and preach to five thousands men not including the women and children, and they would rather faint in the sun, then to miss Jesus messages.
Nobody else could preach to fifteen thousand people without a microphone and people would stay until they got every word that he said (he is awesome). So you got to know that whatever he says will happen, and it will surly come to pass.
Let me get close to the text:
If we notice our society today keeps us from fully understanding this text this, because this text was dealing with a society who was barren from having children, in other words they was a society that wanted to have children and couldn’t, and we are a society that can have children and won’t. This text was written to women who wanted to be pregnant.
Yes our culture may limit some us from understanding the fullness of this text because of our outlook on children. Some of you might not believe me but I remember a time when it was nothing for a mother to have 8, 10, 12, or 15 children, but you talk about having those many children now you’re are looking for a major fight.
However the Israelite woman felt a little differently because every Israelite woman desired to have a child. You see the women who were impregnated in the bible were proud women, because in those days a woman felt like every time she has a baby, she felt like she was helping a miracle come to pass, she felt like she was helping the sands on the seashore or the stars in the heaven come to pass.
And the ones that could not have a baby would do just like Rachael they would get on the altar and pray, and beg God to allow them to have a child. And those that were barren were sometimes criticized by those who could have children, and sometimes the barren women would get rejected by people who were supposed to understand them, but even though they were rejected they kept on praying to God.
And that’s what I’m here to tell somebody this morning and that is, it doesn’t matter how many people that might criticize you, I don’t care how many people may put you down, I’ve got to tell you to take too take your next plan of action from the play book of the barren women of the bible and don’t stop praying. I really don’t care how much they might laugh in your face, and talk about you, and abuse you, please don’t stop praying.
I don’t care how hard it might get, just keep on praying.
When time get hard do as Isaiah said 1 Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the LORD.
In other word what he was saying was when trails try to get you down you should have a song down on the inside. Whenever the devil tries to turn you back you should have a song.
I DON’T KNOW WHAT YOUR SONG MIGHT BE BUT
Somebody’s song might be Pray for me oh my brother pray for me and when you are down, down at the altar please don’t forget to pray for me..
Or somebody else amazing grace shall always be my song of praise for it was grace that brought my liberty, I do not just why he love me, somebody song might say that he looked beyond my fault and saw my needs
Somebody waaaaay back in the corner might break out and sing pass me not oh gentle savior, hear my humble cry and while on others thou are calling please do not pass me by. Whatever your song is and whenever you feel like you are spiritually barren, or it feel like your spiritual wound is dead, don’t give up just know that you can sing out. When you feel like you are spiritually unfruitful or your womb feel like it is dead, I dare you to just start singing, and watch what God will do.
Because the bible says that, we are more that conquers, and more than over comers. And I need you to know this one thing and that is, the only way that you can have this baby is that you have to get ready to give birth.
And you’ve got to know that while you are in the stages of your pregnancy, there might be times that you will become nausea, sick of the stomach of the people that are in your life. They are supposed to be praying for you but instead they are putting you down every chance that they get, but I dare you to break out in a song.
In your pregnancy there will be some labor pains. Pains like you have never felt before. There will be pains that will draw you to your knees, pains that will make you buckle over, pains that will seem so unbearable, but I dare you to break out into a song.
Because when you break out into a song, this is the moment birth will appear. Is there anybody in here that ready to have is or her spiritual baby? Well if you don’t want your help
