I Believe I’ll Run On and See What The End Is Going
To Be

Revelation 21:4
1And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2And I John saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3And I heard a great voice from heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. 5And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.
In this day and time we have become unsure of that which is for certain. I am certain that one of these old days Jesus is surely to return. If we pay attention to the handwriting on the wall we see that time is winding up. Life is only a moment and just a blink of an eye. As we progress let us take a look at some of the signs that time is nearing an end.
Over less than 13 hours and nearly 1,600 miles apart, two mass shootings this last weekend left at least 29 dead and 53 injured, leaving the country reeling from yet more gruesome scenes of violence and death.
And sadly, the trend of fatal police shootings in the United States seems to only be increasing, with a total 457 civilians having been shot, 59 of whom were Black, as of July 2, 2019. In 2017, there were 987 fatal police shootings, and in 2018 this figure increased to 996.
As prices rise and inflation increases the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) estimates that about 815 million people of the 7.6 billion people in the world, or 10.7%, were suffering from chronic undernourishment . Almost all the hungry people live in lower-middle-income countries. There are 11 million people undernourished in developed countries right now as we speak.
Not only that but every weekend someone has been called home to glory. They have cried their last tear, took their last breath, and felt their last pain. Their end of creation has caught them off guard as they waited or not for Christ’s return. But I believe I’ll run on and see what the end is going to be.
The scripture tells me that one day, if we lived according to God’s will, that we shall inherit a new home filled with Chrits’ love. A place so beautiful that it will have similarities of a bride on her wedding day. A place where we shall dwell with God and he with us. But there are those who yet seek for a sign to tell them when the end shall come. But I chose to run on and see what the end is going to be.
The bible also says in;
Matthew 24:6
3And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, When shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 4And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 6And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8All these are the beginning of sorrows. 9Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
Saints I need you to understand that we are living in the times of sorrow right now. We are living in a time of warning where very few are taking heed to. A place where earthquakes and disease are running rapid. A time of deception. Where Chritians are being killed and torture for their regligious belifes.
There will be people, false Prophets, and cults that are going to try and trick you and tell you when the D-day will come. But the bible says no man knows the day nor the hour. There will come a time and now is the time, when the enemy will take your bibles from you and slaughter your brothers and sisters in Christ. That old serpent the devil is destroying this land, but I want you to know that if you choose Christ, he can’t touch you. Just like MC Hammer used to say, “You can’t Touch this!”
In verse six , Jesus said, see that ye be not troubled. For these things must be. Yes, I believe I'll run on…..
Now I need you to understand that if we keep the faith in Christ and be about our Lord’s business then surely we shall never die even after our death. We will go to a place not made by man hands and Jesus himself will come to receive us even if we are dead or alive.
The bible says He is coming back for a church without spot or wrinkle. Mount Hermon I ask you today, to examine yourselves and not your neighbor, and see if you find fault within yourself that your soul may not be lost. And know this, that if you live right, you will see your loved ones that have passed on and gone.
See the problem which remains with most people, is that we think we have all the time in the world. But everything and everyone has an end. The day begins with sunshine and ends with darkness. A game begins and ends with either a winner or a loser, but soon the buzzer sounds and to the victor goes the spoils. A good day may start out with all the right intentions, but sooner or later that day must end.
Thessolians 4:13-18 13 But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. 14 For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. 15 For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord,[d] that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.
What God has told me to tell you, and myself also, is to get ready. Jesus coming is near. The day of Armageddon is not long. It is time out for playing church with propped up sermons. We must be about our Father’s business. Don’t worry about your job, your spouse , your friend, or even that which ills you. It’s time to get our house in order. All things that were spoken of are coming to pass. Don’t keep coming to church pointing the finger at everyone else shortcomings when yours is too short to bare in itself.
2 Timothy 3:2
1This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
This let me know that time is near when I look around and see this everywhere. Everytime I think about no longer being here to be with my loved ones I become so sad. No longer able to enjoy the simple things of life or to see my wife’s brilliant smile or to hear my children call me daddy and my grandchildren to say, papa I want that! It tears my soul. But then I think about all the suffering and the looks, lies, and mistreatment from this old world and those who cause it , and I pray that I’ve done enough to make it in.
In conclusion is a charge given to us by the writer of the book of Thessalonians, that I read this letter unto you to reassure you that if you choose Christ you shall definitely gain everlasting life. Not only that but to abstained from that which will cause you to lose your soul. We have been duly warned and this letter is a reminder of that.
1 Thessalonians 5 King James Version (KJV)
5 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.12 And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;13 And to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. And be at peace among yourselves.14 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.15 See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
16 Rejoice evermore.17 Pray without ceasing.18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.19 Quench not the Spirit.20 Despise not prophesyings.21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.25 Brethren, pray for us.26 Greet all the brethren with an holy kiss.27 I charge you by the Lord that this epistle be read unto all the holy brethren.28 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
Now in the words of Billy Graham , “I have read the last page of the bible, and I know it’s going to be alright.”
