GENESIS is the book of origins and beginnings. That is why we derived the word “GENERATION” from its name. Here, we read the story of God’s marvelous creation of the universe, the heavens and the earth. Every living things plants and animals namely, land and water bodies, celestial bodies such as the moon, the stars, the sun and the universe, flying, swimming and creeping creatures were also existed in the time of creation. Every created thing in this earth existed in God’s Word. But there is one created thing which is always serves as an special emblem in the sight of God, and that is MANKIND.
Genesis 1:26-28
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Gen 2:7-8 (AND GOD MADE ADAM OUT OF THE DUST OF THE GROUND)
7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
8 And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
OUT OF THE DUST OF THE EARTH MAN WAS CREATED. MAN IS A THREE-DIMENSIONED BEING. HE HAS THE BODY, THE SOUL AND SPIRIT.
The Human Body has the same Elements which the Planet Earth had.

the human body is made up of six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. MAN IS DEFINED AS A SPIRIT BEING HAVING A PHYSICAL BODY (WHICH IS THE EARTHLY HOUSE).
MAN WAS CREATED BY GOD THROUGH THE DUST OF THE EARTH BECAUSE HE WANTS MAN TO HAVE DOMINION IN THIS EARTH FROM WHERE HE WAS CREATED. THE DUST IS THE EMBLEM OF GOD’S CREATIVE MASTERPIECE --- AND THAT IS MAN.
DEAR FOLKS, DO YOU KNOW THAT WE HUMAN BEINGS WERE AN EMBLEM OF GOD’S IMAGE. WE ARE CREATED SPECIAL IN THE SIGHT OF GOD BECAUSE WE ARE CREATED IN THE LIKENESS OF GOD A LITTLE LOWER THAN HIM.

4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

SO, THE HUMAN IS DEFINED AS A SPIRIT BEING INDWELT INTO A DIRT SUIT A MASK OR A CASING. OUR PHYSICAL BODY SERVES AS A SUITCASE OF OUR INNER MAN WHICH IS THE SOUL AND THE SPIRIT. IT IS THE INTEGRATION OF THE SPIRIT AND THE PHYSIQUE.
SPECIFICALLY, THE DUST IS NOT A LOAM OR SAND. IT WAS A MIREY CLAY.
A MIRE IS A WET SPONGY EARTH AS BOG OR MARSH
A CLAY IS A HEAVY STICKY MATERIAL FROM THE EARTH THAT IS MADE INTO DIFFERENT SHAPES AND THAT BECOMES HARD WHEN IT BAKED OR DRIED.
THE BIBLE CLEARLY INTERPRETS THAT OUT OF THE MIRE CLAY, GOD SHAPED MAN LIKE HIS IMAGE AS AN EMBLEM OF HIS GLORY.
CHURCH, LET’S TAKE A SHORT LOOK OF OUR SKIN. OUR HANDS FOR EXAMPLE. RUB IT FOR 30 SECONDS AND LOOK WHAT YOU’LL SEE LATER.
WE SEE A DUST . AS WE LOOK AT IT, WE MUST REMEMBER THAT WE CANNOT BRAG ANYTHING BEFORE GOD. NO EDUCATIONAL DEGREE COULD IMPRESS GOD. NO MATERIAL WEALTH COULD IMPRESS GOD, NO PHYSICAL STRENGTH OR SUPERHUMAN ABILITY CAN OVERRUN THE POWER OF GOD.
WE ARE JUST A PIECE OF DIRT AND AFTER WE DIE, WE ARE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!!

THE DUST AS AN EMBLEM
AN EMBLEM is an object or picture used to suggest a thing that cannot be shown. It is anything that represents an idea.
1. The emblem of frailty (Ps 109:14).
2. The emblem of nothingness (Gen 18:27).
3. The emblem of defilement (Isa 52:2).
4. The emblem of humiliation (Lam 3:29; Job 42:6).
5. The emblem of mourning (Josh 7:6).
6. The emblem of mortality (Eccl 3:20; 12:7).

GOD CAME TO EARTH TO USE A HUMAN FLESH AND BECAME A MAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF REDEEMING THE WHOLE MANKIND FROM ITS SIN THROUGH HIS DEATH ON THE CROSS OF CALVARY. HOW PRECIOUS AND GLORIOUS WE ARE AND WE WILL BE AFTER BEING BOUGHT WITH A PRICE. HALLELUJIAH TO THE LAMB OF GOD!!!!
