Immediately you see the word prosperity you might connote that it has to do with worldly riches, goods or money. However 3 John 2 gives three dimensions of wealth; bodily prosperity, soul prosperity and spiritual prosperity. Hence this sermon would talk about absolute wealth according to 3 John 2 and not just worldly riches.
Let us pray: Heavenly father in the name of Jesus, please anoint our eyes with salve so that we can see true riches: (Revelation 3 v 18).
There are three keywords in the sermon: (Prosperity, time, famine.)
Prosperity means a state of affulence, success, profitablity, plenty, security and comfort.
Time refers to a schedule when something should be done.
Famine: extreme scarcity of food.
It is the will of God that we prosper, the prosperity of heaven has nothing to do with the human economy. God expects and wants us to prosper in all that we do. In fact the scriptures tell us that david prospered everywhere he went.
This should be our testimony.
God fed elijah by the brook.
