Topic: KEEP PREACHING AND PRACTISING GRACE NOT THE LAW
Acts 18:12-17 King James Version (KJV)
12 And when Gallio was the deputy of Achaia, the Jews made insurrection with one accord against Paul, and brought him to the judgment seat,
13 Saying, This fellow persuadeth men to worship God contrary to the law.
14 And when Paul was now about to open his mouth, Gallio said unto the Jews, If it were a matter of wrong or wicked lewdness, O ye Jews, reason would that I should bear with you:
15 But if it be a question of words and names, and of your law, look ye to it; for I will be no judge of such matters.
16 And he drave them from the judgment seat.
17 Then all the Greeks took Sosthenes, the chief ruler of the synagogue, and beat him before the judgment seat. And Gallio cared for none of those things.
Beloved, Paul faced a very very very persecuting Jew community always. These Jews were devoted religious men who had respect for the laws of God, knew the laws cover to cover, practised them and obeyed the prophets as well. They fasted twice or so a week, they prayed at the prayer times, they went to the synagogue, the temple and all religious places they had to be to worship God according to the law. Just like our religious Christians of today.
Beloved, Paul faced these persecuting Jews always because, Paul *preached Grace*, and the Message of the Kingdom which is the Grace Message is a stumbling block and an offence and high treason to the Jews who obeyed the law.
The Message of Grace is a *"too good to be true"* message but it's *TRUE*. Nobody or no law or principle or somebody's thoughts and ideas can change the Message of Grace. Whether you like it or not, whether you mix it with the law or not, the truth who is Jesus who is the Grace Message which is the Message of the Kingdom would never change.
The Jews who possessed the laws of God couldn't change it how much more you and I who are adopted and have come to learn to join. We can't change it beloved. Grace is Grace and He is complete.
Grace Preachers, listen, they will use the law to challenge us, they will fight us and say we are corrupting the church, they would say we are leading people into sin and we are giving people license to sin but I tell you, don't give up. Their attacks are all lies and not truth. The Grace Message is Love, God's Love. His Agape and this Agape brings peace, joy, fulfillment, righteousness, justification, sanctification and living a holy life in Jesus Christ.
Grace Preacher's, our attackers and persecutors are not the unbelievers or the world but the church, the legalistic church who want to force people to follow laws they themselves can't follow.
It is Grace that keeps us and takes us through a life pleasing to Jehovah not obeying any laws.
They tell you don't fornicate or you perish and they are already doing what Jesus spoke against "fornicating with half of the church members in their hearts because they have looked or look at them lustfully".
They tell you do not murder, but they condemn and speak badly about other Men of God and other children of God, in a way that kills the spirits of these. This act is worse murder than physically murdering a person and they dare talk about laws and judge you. They go against what Jesus said and use what Moses said to judge us when the Jesus they claim to be worshipping said I'm greater than Moses.
Beloved, live by grace, walk by grace, sleep and swim in grace and don't give up. The Spirit of God would be your teacher and help you. He will guide you to stop all He doesn't want you to do whether its fornication or stealing or adultery and He will lead you in the right path and your life will be pleasing to God Almighty. You can't do it on your own by obeying laws but the Spirit of God will lead you and direct you and take you out of it all.
Grace Preachers, continue preaching, don't give up push till this Message of Grace has taken over the whole earth and the Kingdom of God and Grace is prevailing and working in all Christians and bringing all unbelievers to the Kingdom of Light through Jesus Christ our Saviour who is the definition of Grace and Grace in Person.
Beloved, *ITS ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else. Beloved focus on Grace who is Jesus and exist by Grace in all things and aspects of your life.
Prayer: Father please let thy Spirit teach me more about Grace, so I know Grace deeper and practise Grace to live by Grace and Grace alone. Help me Jesus. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
