Comparisons of Muhammad and Jesus. Let's review just a few of the significant differences between Jesus Christ our Savior and Muhammad. Jesus preceded the man called Muhammad by some 570 years. Muslims revere Muhammad as the greatest of prophets. Jesus, as the Son of God, yet fully man clearly demonstrated the greatest authority and most peaceful doctrine.
Jesus was public ministry was ordained by Baptism and God's divine voice from heaven, which was heard by all attending this baptism and seen by thousands in the light of day. Muhammad, when isolated away in a dark cave, claimed sanctification by an angel speaking for God. Even if we grant that this may have happened, was this a 'Good Angel' or an evil manifestation of an angel by a demon? Remember, one-third of the angels chose to follow Satan and became evil spirits. Satan likes to do thing in dark isolation. Satan has been granted dominion over the earth and allowed to roam like a lion until the second coming of Jesus.
Jesus performed numerous good miracles in full view of many. He proclaimed, also in the open, that He alone was the truth. Jesus healed the sick, the lame, the blind, and raised people from the dead, and rose from the dead himself. What of these good things did Muhammad accomplish? So why do people choose to follow him?
Yes, Muhammad was reported to have performed miracles, however, he killed, raped, owned slaves, and spread his version of a false religion through war and demanding the conquered convert or die. Among his most despicable acts was wedding a very young girl (age 9) and having sexual relations with her.
Muhammad spewed hate of Christians and Jews alike. Is this the means and methods of a holy prophet of god? Doesn't this sound more like an evil person, someone under the influence of Satan?
