Topic: THE ENEMY'S PLAN TO STOP YOU
Acts 4:15-17 King James Version (KJV)
15 But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves,
16 Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it.
17 But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name.
Beloved, when you are filled with Precious Holy Spirit and He manifests in you and through you; when you continue daily in the study of the Word of God in the presence of Jesus you become a bold and courageous man with great supernatural faith.
Now, because of your boldness, courage and great supernatural faith you do exploits in and out of the Kingdom of God with Precious Holy Spirit.
You then become a threat to the devil and his kingdom and they seek to eliminate you or break you down to stop you from going further with what you carry and what you are doing.
The devil and his cohorts would also fill their human agents and or any other persons who are weak enough for them to influence and use, then, begin to scheme to stop you from what you are doing.
The devil knows very well that, for what you have done till this point he can't destroy or tamper with it because it is of God and it is built on the *solid foundation*, the *rock of ages* who is Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
So he will try to stop you from going further in destroying his kingdom and then discredit you for people to stop believing in you and listening to you.
Just like what he wanted to do to the Apostles; they were asked not to speak to any man in the name of Jesus again, because, when the name of Jesus is mentioned, every knee shall bow, every tongue shall confess that He is Lord and signs, wonders and miracles would break forth. The devil's kingdom would be totally destroyed if it continues so.
Beloved, the devil knows that, he has to cut you off your source of supply to be able to permanently stop you, so the Apostles were asked to stop speaking in Jesus name.
If he asks that you stop preaching, his plan would be so obvious and you will readily fight back but if it is, *"you can preach God but not Jesus"*, some may be deceived. If you are not discerning and if the Spirit of God in you is not active and alive due to various reasons, you will go with it because you want peace and also you want to continue preaching.
But, at this, you will cut yourself off the source of supply and you will become empty and wasted and the devil will end your work for God through this cunning and deceptive move.
The devil's aim is *to cut you off from the source who is Jesus* so becareful and keep watch.
*IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else. If you will stay connected to Him always, studying His Word in His presence and interacting with His Spirit daily and continually you will be on fire daily, you will stay bold and courageous with great supernatural faith and continue doing exploits in and out of the Kingdom for Him.
Prayer: Father please protect and guide me in all my ways, that your ways become my ways and I walk no path of mine but only paths you have designed and ordained for me in the mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
