TOPIC: THE HIRED SERVANT
John 10:12-13King James Version (KJV)
12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
13 The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.
Hallelujah!!!!! For we have a shepherd who is not a hired servant but the owner of the flock and does not allow the wolf to use us as prey for His teeth and scatter us.
Even when we are trapped by the fowler in his snare, He breaks the trap and sets us free so we don't become prey for the teeth of the enemy.
Beloved we need to becareful who we follow. We should know who our shepherd is and not just follow anything. There are many parading themselves as shepherds but are not. They are servants who's hired themselves and mislead the unsuspecting flock of Jesus.
Some lead the flock to the wolf, others to the fowler's snare and others try to led them to Jesus but run away for their lives when the wolf or fowler attacks.
Beloved becareful who you follow. Beloved know no man after the flesh but after the spirit so that you can tell who he is and know who to follow.
You need to be discerning, very very sharp in the spirit so you can know who to go to or where to go.
There are many parading themselves as shepherds chosen and being used by Jesus but are all false and are deceiving the flock of Jesus and leading them into destruction.
We are in dangerous times beloved, don't joke around or take things lightly and get misled or deceived.
If we have been called as shepherds too by Jesus we need to be courageous and fearless and face the wolf when he attacks for we shall surely prevail against it for the Lord has not given us a spirit of fear and we know we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
Shepherd the flock Jesus has given to you with power, love and sound mind.
Whatever you do, do it for Jesus because *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else.
Be a shepherd, not a hired servant.
Prayer: Father please empower me to be as the good shepherd is, and not a hired servant. To be able to lead the flock of Jesus to the right destination in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
