Psalms 63:3
Because Your loving-kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise You.
A. Your lovingkindness is better than life
Lovingkindness came from the Hebrew word: "chesed" meaning kindness, piety, beauty, favor, good deed, merciful, kindness, reproach, wicked thing.
GOD is so Loving and Kind to His people that even His creations are rejecting Him, ridiculing Him, even to the point of scoffing Him, and still GOD manages to pray for they "know" not what they do. GOD does not only teach them, but also does it. GOD is Very GOOD Preacher, because HE practices what HE preaches.
Luke 23:34
And Jesus prayed, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. And they divided His garments {and} distributed them by casting lots for them.
Matthew 6:14
For if you forgive people their trespasses [their reckless and willful sins, leaving them, letting them go, and giving up resentment], your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

GOD is way beyond, infinitely beyond my league because He can forgive and even prays for the people that HE died for but He received rejection from them, instead of love relationship.
John 3:16
For God so greatly loved {and} dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.
And this lovingkindness is much, much better than life. It's where we get our motivation to live in this sinful world, that rejected the very and only Savior that can save it from hell. This lovingkindness is His Grace, that keeps us going and going all through life, ignoring the evils that are befalling us, because even in this world, we shall face rejection from them.
Luke 17:25 But first He must suffer many things and be disapproved {and} repudiated {and} rejected by this age {and} generation.
Luke 20:17 But [Jesus] looked at them and said, What then is [the meaning of] this that is written: The [very] Stone which the builders rejected has become the chief Stone of the corner [Cornerstone]?
GOD'S Lovingkindness is so much for us humans that even the days of the LORD JESUS, the religious leaders failed to see Him as the Only Way to Salvation but ridiculed and faced Him with unbelief, that they wanted JESUS to not finish our salvation on the cross by coming down on the cross.
Matthew 27:42 He rescued others from death; Himself He cannot rescue from death. He is the King of Israel? Let Him come down from the cross now, and we will believe in {and} acknowledge {and} cleave to Him.
Mark 15:30 Now rescue Yourself [from death], coming down from the cross!
Luke 24:20 And how our chief priests and rulers gave Him up to be sentenced to death, and crucified Him.
1 Corinthians 2:8 None of the rulers of this age {or} world perceived {and} recognized {and} understood this, for if they had, they would never have crucified the Lord of glory.
B. My lips shall praise You
Praise came from the Hebrew word:"shabach" meaning to address in a loud tone, pacify, commend, glory, keep in, praise, still, triumph.
That's why I don't praise anyone here on earth, I only praise the LORD GOD, praise is something only GOD is worthy of and only intended for GOD to receive.
Praise is done by living people not by the dead.
Ecclesiastes 4:2 So I praised {and} thought more fortunate those who have been long dead than the living, who are still alive.
When we praise, we do something, we shout, we speak out praises to GOD, not as just still stone or log. We do something with our body parts for example in this verse, we use our lips to praise the LORD.
We praise GOD more than our circumstances in this life, because GOD's Loving Kindness made Him worthy to receive such praises from His people.
Philippians 4:12 I know how to be abased {and} live humbly in straitened circumstances, and I know also how to enjoy plenty {and} live in abundance. I have learned in any and all circumstances the secret of facing every situation, whether well-fed or going hungry, having a sufficiency {and} enough to spare or going without {and} being in want.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks], for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus [the Revealer and Mediator of that will].
Testimony:
When I thought in my finite mind, I will be lacking in money because I was floating, and there's no work for me, because the account I was in just pulled out from our company. But the results were tremendous and opposite, I was able to provide for my family and I was able to save double the money that I was usually saving. Marvelous GOD!! Awesome GOD!! Even the most wise mathematician will fail on this. HALLELUJAH!!!
Romans 8:28 We are assured {and} know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together {and} are [fitting into a plan] for good to {and} for those who love God and are called according to [His] design {and} purpose.
