Yes. JESUS saved me from sins and hell while I'm still alive, I know I am SAVED.

To show that GOD saves us from His Divine efforts by merely assenting to His WORDS and believing that He raised JESUS from the dead.

Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Romans 10:9 (Amplified Bible)
Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

A. Confess with your mouth the LORD JESUS
"Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord"
Confess or "homolegeo" from the Greek language meaning: "to assent, covenant, acknowledge, give thanks, promise"
Assent - the act of the mind in admitting, or agreeing to, the truth of a proposition. [Source: Webster's dictionary] The LORD JESUS CHRIST is a Gentlman of all gentleman, and He will not "push" His ideals in us eventhough they are perfect because it is Himself, but rather, would be contented with us assenting to His will, which is a weaker word compared to consent.
ASSENT = agree while
CONSENT = agree + effects
How I love the LORD JESUS CHRIST!! If the LORD JESUS were to use "consent", I will fully obliged. Giving thanks is just the manifestation of it, or just say "JESUS IS LORD!"
To differentiate from "consent"
Consent - an agreement to some proposal or measure which affects the rights or interest of the consenter. [Source: Webster's dictionary]
We go for the effects not just for the confession (show-off) for me, just a lip-service. We go for the application of GOD'S WORDS in our lives.
ILLUSTRATION: Our church is JESUS IS LORD CHURCH and our pastor is Bro. Eddie Villanueva which is a very powerful man of GOD, always goes to say "JESUS IS LORD!" over this and that is right and correct. We do this so that thing, event or person is fully under the agreement with the LORD JESUS, we fix it by saying JESUS over every thing, even the word "fix" is no human effort at all, it came from the effort of the HOLY SPIRIT, not us.

For it is written, As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God [acknowledge Him to His honor and to His praise].

JESUS IS LORD over our hobbies.
JESUS IS LORD over our businesses.
JESUS IS LORD...
whatever you can think of, and remember these have effects in your life.
B. Believe in your heart that GOD has raised JESUS from the dead
"and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead,"
1 Corinthians 15:14-18 (Amplified Bible)
And if Christ has not risen, then our preaching is in vain [it amounts to nothing] and your faith is devoid of truth and is fruitless (without effect, empty, imaginary, and unfounded).
We are even discovered to be misrepresenting God, for we testified of Him that He raised Christ, Whom He did not raise in case it is true that the dead are not raised.
For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised;
And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is mere delusion [futile, fruitless], and you are still in your sins [under the control and penalty of sin];
And further, those who have died in [spiritual fellowship and union with] Christ have perished (are lost)!

We are called "BLESSED" by the LORD JESUS because the doubts of Thomas removed his blessings upon Him. Actually, if we were to see it this way, (with eyes of faith) Thomas is actually more blessed than us because He saw JESUS CHRIST in the flesh, personally, but His unbelief removed this blessing upon him. Sad to say, even until now, there are doubting Thomas around our house, around our workplace, doubting as they go. They will work on Sundays with focus on the over time pay, but they won't go to church, thinking it's just waste of their time. UNFORTUNATELY, their unbelief removed their blessing from them. Yes, they have more money because they are hard workers, but it was turned into curse, because sooner they will love the money (which is more abundant in their lives) rather than the LORD JESUS. The money entrusted to them by the LORD JESUS brought them curse instead but it was meant by the LORD JESUS to be a blessing.

For the love of money is a root of all evils; it is through this craving that some have been led astray and have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves through with many acute [mental] pangs.
Now what do we have to do now, if we have more money, than any regular joe out there? SIMPLE. Subject it to GOD's Divine Will and Purpose for that money.
The answer is TITHES and OFFERINGS.

Remember, this is a command from the LORD that requires faithfulness and obedience on our part as covenant partners with the LORD JESUS.

Remember these money entrusted to us will never be righteous, it is us righteous people that will use it to honor the LORD JESUS.
There's no human effort at all, we just believe to receive. Believe that GOD the FATHER raised the LORD JESUS CHRIST from the dead. It is JESUS who raised Himself up actually. Remember JESUS CHRIST is Both GOD and Man. Only His Man part died on the cross because His GOD part cannot die.
If you can't believe this, then pity you..
Then this will save us from hell, from second death.

Why is that? because if there's a second birth (being born again) there's a second death, if we experienced first hand the second birth, then the second death is no longer applicable to us.
