Gods, Forever Favor!
Psalm 30:1-5, AMP
1.I WILL extol You, O Lord, for You have lifted me up and have not let my foes rejoice over me.
2.O Lord my God, I cried to You and You have healed me.
3.O Lord, You have brought my life up from Sheol (the place of the dead); You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit (the grave).
4.Sing to the Lord, O you saints of His, and give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.
5.For His anger is but for a moment, but His favor is for a lifetime or in His favor is life. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
One definition of the word favor by Webster is: special privileges or rights granted or bestowed.
Man’s favor, (you know self effort) gives you an advantage for success in the natural for a moment. But God’s Favor, gives you an accelerated advantage in the supernatural realm forever.
Favor is experienced in both situations, but never forget God is the supplier of both, wether it's mans favor or Gods favor, ultimately it's all Gods favor!
James 1:17 KJ
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
At some point usually in a persons life, when good things start to happen and the tide turns. You know when you get a better job, or a new house and a better wardrobe full of nice clothes. The look what I have done mindset wants to rise up and take the credit.

Whatever it is good that you receive, how ever great or insignificant it may be can only be credited to one thing. Gods generosity and Love that He has for you! Amen?
Some might say, "but I've worked hard!" While that may be true, hard work and your efforts will only get you so far. But when their multiplied by the supernatural favor of God. Something amazing happens that never could happen in the natural!
It's called acceleration! Has anyone ever heard of perpetual motion? Man has been trying to invent such a thing forever. It's when you get something started it just keeps on going and doesn't stop.
That's how God's favor is once you realize it and experience it in your life, it just keeps on going and giving and never ever stops!
I don’t know about you, but I prefer supernatural and Gods abilities working in my life, over the natural anytime!
When you put God first, when you take care of His business and by that I mean,
Pay your tithe, give your time, witness and serve others, read His word and make Him the first priority in your life, He will supernaturally and abundantly Bless you!
TBS in Malachi chapter 3 says if will do the things God tells you to do, He will pour out a blessing you can't contain and also will rebuke the devourer for you sakes!
When you Focus on trusting, believing and pursuing in His ability instead of your own,
Good things, no that’s an understatement, Super natural things, will start to happen and continue to happen in your life!
David realized this amazing truth and wanted everyone to know it!
Psalms 5:11-12 NKJ
But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You;
Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them;
Let those also who love Your name
Be joyful in You.
12 For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous;
With favor You will surround him as with a shield.
Job 22:28 NKJ
You will also declare a thing,
And it will be established for you;
So light will shine on your ways.
Both David and Job, despite what circumstances and life dealt them, chose not to trust in their abilities. But rather to trust and declare in Gods amazing abilities! And do you know what happened? God Blessed them both Supernaturally!
Yes, but their circumstances were very trying and difficult! I'm sure you would say the same as would I, about circumstances we have been through. They realized their circumstances were at best temporary, as does anyone who has ever tasted the favor and blessings of God!
Jeremiah 17:5-8 NKJ
5 Thus says the Lord:
“Cursed is the man who trusts in man
And makes flesh his strength,
Whose heart departs from the Lord.
6 For he shall be like a shrub in the desert,
And shall not see when good comes,
But shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness,
In a salt land which is not inhabited.
7 “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose hope is the Lord.
8 For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters,
Which spreads out its roots by the river,
And will not fear[b] when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green,
And will not be anxious in the year of drought,
Nor will cease from yielding fruit.
Here is but yet, another bible hero, making a declaration about placing your trust in Gods expectations for your life!
Jeremiah was known as the weeping profit. But he knew that weeping may endure for a moment, but joy comes in the morning!
Are you declaring the things of God in and over your life? I think you can see by now you should be,because when you do that, you open the door for His favor to come flooding into your life and at the same time, you slam it shut on the accuser and the things of the world. Praise God!!
When this great country that we live in was started, 56 men got together and produced a document that declared our independence. It was called the declaration of independence and thereby established their intentions as to what they were wanting to do!
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.-
Life liberty and the pursuit of happiness, isn't that what we all want? Do you know what that sounds like in spiritual terms..."abundant life"
They were willing to put to words what God had been saying from the beginning!
John 10:9-10 NKJ
9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
When you walk in Gods Favor, (and as I hope you realize by now, that it is a choice you should continually want to make) you have the advantage for success, you have a God-given edge!
I want stop for just a moment and mention this. Self pity always wants to rear its ugly head when the blessings and favor of God are mentioned. And I want you to know that it's a trick of the accuser he has played millions of times.
God wants to bless you, it is His desire to bless you! Someone may have wronged you in the past and it may seem as though, they got ahead by doing so.
Things are not always as they appear, even though problems, they come and they go, and people are unpredictable,
God is always in control of everything in your life!
No matter how bleak things may look in the natural, remember God is not tied to the natural!
One moment in His Supernatural Favor, can take anything wrong, turn it around and make it benefit you!
Any problem you will ever face, is just a bump in the road, and better days are closer than you think they are!
If anyone ever knew about what were talking about here, it was Joseph,
Sold into slavery not once but twice, accused wrongly and imprisoned,
There were several times it appeared he was down for the count, but he was never out,
Because he knew, he had the favor of God on his life and he kept telling himself,
God has plans for me, big plans, plans to prosper me and not harm me,
even though it seems bleak for now, it’s only for a moment, because my future looks bright,
When things would go wrong, as in life they sometimes do, he knew it was just another bump in the road, It didn’t change anything, he knew with God on his side, he would still end up victorious and in the winners circle in the end! Praise God!
And you need to keep reminding yourself of the same thing, don’t be discouraged, be encouraged
Just say to yourself, I have an advantage, I have the Lifetime Favor of God on my life!!
God is in control of my destiny, My future is full of possibilities!
I serve a God that can do anything! Praise God!
He’s working for me behind the scenes, fighting my battles for me and He’s never lost one yet!!
It may look discouraging right now, but things are not always as they appear,
And I am, I can and I will be encouraged, because as long as God is my partner,
No matter what happens, I’ll come out victorious on the other side.
And its just a matter of time before things change in my favor.
Far to many Christians want to give up, when just around the corner is their answer they’ve been believing God for,
The scent of victory is in the air, all you have to do is, trust in Gods favor and ability to bring you the sweet taste of success every time!
Hebrews 10:35,36 Amp.
35.Do not, therefore, fling away your fearless confidence, for it carries a great and glorious compensation of reward.
36.For you have need of steadfast patience and endurance, so that you may perform and fully accomplish the will of God, and thus receive and carry away [and enjoy to the full] what is promised.
Abundant life for you is Gods will. Jesus said, "I have come that you may experience abundant life! The Msg bible declares a more and better life than you have ever dreamed of!
Why would anyone want to give up, when just around the bend, is a great and glorious compensation of reward, Waiting to be carried away and enjoyed to the full, what is promised!
Those are powerful, faith building words, “Do not fling away your fearless confidence.”
One translation says, for payday is coming.
You see, that’s the trouble in the day and entitlement age we live in,
everyone thinks its payday on demand 24\7.
In the difficult times, you have to remind yourself that payday is on its way,
everything that can be done for Gods Promises to be available, has been done, Jesus paid it all!
God is a faithful God. If you’ll keep doing the right thing, honoring Him and expecting His favor, It Will Come!!
Get yourself ready, because not just good things, but great things will start to happen and Gods Favor will shine through every situation. God says, let the acceleration of my favor take place and never end!
You see I think sometimes people get confused about the abundant life. Abundant life is an ongoing thing, it's not a once in a lifetime opportunity. The Abundant life is a lifetime opportunity to experience God's unmerited, supernatural FAVOR!
Will the devil try to steal it?
You better believe he will, he trying to steal it right now! But you need to realize, he won’t be successful if you just keep focusing on the things of God and keep your eyes on the prize of Jesus!
Did you know that, everyone experiences the favor of God to some extent, it rains on the just and the unjust, most people call it luck.
Like when your standing in line at the checkout and another lane opens and you suddenly go from last to first,
Or if your checking out and the clerk asked you if you have your discount card. And you say no and then for no reason at all, she says that's ok you can use mine and scans her card.
That's the favor of God in your life at work on a consistent and on going basis!

What it is, is Gods goodness and mercy following you around looking for any and every opportunity to bless every single aspect and detail of your life!!!
Most times people don’t even acknowledge Him or thank Him for it, that doesn’t mean that’s not what it is!
The more you acknowledge God and thank Him for His favor when it happens and ask Him to do it again, the more it will happen and become prevalent in your life, on a daily basis.
Psalms 84:11-12 NIV
11 For the Lord God is a sun(S) and shield;(T)
the Lord bestows favor and honor;
no good thing does he withhold(U)
from those whose walk is blameless.
12 Lord Almighty,
blessed(V) is the one who trusts in you.
He wants it to you know, He wants you to expect it, He really wants the best for you!
God is a faithful God and even though sometimes things may seem difficult,
You have to remind yourself that payday is on its way,
He is always a faithful God to those who love and seek after Him.
God has promised every benefit to us while not being worthy to receive even one of them. That Jesus went to the cross to attain for us and His promises to us are forever,
Ephesians 1:3-10 MSG
3-6 How blessed is God! And what a blessing he is! He’s the Father of our Master, Jesus Christ, and takes us to the high places of blessing in him. Long before he laid down earth’s foundations, he had us in mind, had settled on us as the focus of his love, to be made whole and holy by his love. Long, long ago he decided to adopt us into his family through Jesus Christ. (What pleasure he took in planning this!) He wanted us to enter into the celebration of his lavish gift-giving by the hand of his beloved Son.
7-10 Because of the sacrifice of the Messiah, his blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, we’re a free people—free of penalties and punishments chalked up by all our misdeeds. And not just barely free, either. Abundantly free! He thought of everything, provided for everything we could possibly need, letting us in on the plans he took such delight in making. He set it all out before us in Christ, a long-range plan in which everything would be brought together and summed up in him, everything in deepest heaven, everything on planet earth.
Are you realizing Gods plans for you in your life? They are amazing plans, designed by an Amazing God, just for you.
