ENFORCING PROPHECIES
TEXT- DANIEL 9:1-3
To enforce- to compel, to oblige, to impose, to bring into effect something. To force into/through.
Testimony- a legal statement made by a witness in a court- evidence of facts. A firsthand experience.
Testimony is the declaration of victory of a battle that is won. A battle that is fought and conquered, if you don’t fight, the testimony won’t be delivered to you. There must be an overcoming before the testimony. The outward show or evidence of what God did for you. The testimonies/prophecies are relevant but we have to enforce them to manifest.
THINGS TO DO TO ENFORCE IT
1) THE ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND TIMES AND SEASONS- DANIEL 9:2
Daniel understood by the books the times and seasons. If you don’t know about those books you will live in pains and regrets. Jeremiah prophesied according to God. The books for us are these; the word of God, the prophecies for the month and year.
2) THE ABILITY TO INTERRUPT SATANIC NETWORKING/CONNECTIONS
There are these connections and network of the devil that must be destroyed for you to be free. If you have them around you, it is either you or your blessings are caught in a web- Hanging blessings/testimonies. Your spiritual antenna must be up and working well. Daniel knew that there was a strong hold in the throne of Darius the King. He began to fight his throne from the very first year of his ruler ship- verse 1. The things that happen around you are not all ordinary. It must be rightly traced and interpreted spiritually. It is a network and satanic web.
3) THE ABILITY TO ENGAGE ANGELIC HOSTS- DANIEL 10:11-13; 19-21
When dealing with principalities, you need to release/command angels on assignment and battles. Principalities withhold the release of your testimonies. If you can have breakthrough through the ranks, you have your blessings. Eg prince of Persia- (part of iran), prince of grecia (part of greece). You are to travail in prayers- to cross the gates in prayers so that you will prevail. You must persist, groan and keep pushing in prayers. DANIEL 10:1-3. ACTS 12:1. Peter was rescued by angels.
