YOUR PLACE IN CHRIST
MAIN TEXT: COLOSSIANS 3:3-4
“For ye are dead and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life shall appear then shall ye also appear with Him in glory”.
ROMANS 6:8
Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
Praise God for I have a place in Christ. My life is hid in Him and we are raised far above principalities and above power. Where He shall appear, I will also appear there. I am His glory here for He has given us power to tread upon scorpions. He said greater things shall I do today.
I am a joint heir with Christ. I have a relationship with the Lord in dedication, devotion, loving and reverencing Him. I am a branch in Christ. He supplies the strength, the power, the oil I need to shine. Without Him, I can do nothing. He is with me always and we are inseparable. He is the tree and I am the vine; without Him I cannot exist. I am His representative here on earth. I will make myself available for his use.
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: Ephesians 2:6.
The moment one turns to God in repentance, there is a positional change-over from slave to free man, poor to rich, victim to victor, trodden to celebration and promotion.
Are you a child of God? Then you are sitted together in the heavenly realms with the lord Jesus. Your place in Christ is characterized with love, promotion and prosperity both in material and health. It is a place of honour, triumph, joy, fulfillment and breakthrough as well as holiness and commitment to continue to share in God’s love.
