Something Great is Coming Out of This
2 Kings 5: 1-3, 8-14
2 Kings 5:1 Now Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master, and honourable, because by him the LORD had given deliverance unto Syria: he was also a mighty man in valour, but he was a leper. 5:2 And the Syrians had gone out by companies, and had brought away captive out of the land of Israel a little maid; and she waited on Naaman's wife. 5:3 And she said unto her mistress, Would God my lord were with the prophet that is in Samaria! for he would recover him of his leprosy. 5:8 And it was so, when Elisha the man of God had heard that the king of Israel had rent his clothes, that he sent to the king, saying, Wherefore hast thou rent thy clothes? let him come now to me, and he shall know that there is a prophet in Israel. 5:9 So Naaman came with his horses and with his chariot, and stood at the door of the house of Elisha. 5:10 And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean. 5:11 But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the LORD his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper. 5:12 Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them, and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage. 5:13 And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean? 5:14 Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.
Introduction
Whenever something great is about to happen your normallity is challenged by abnormality, belief by disbelief, expected by the unexpected, usual by the unuual none of which is done to see where you are at in your conscience mind but your unconscience ideas of God's ability.
I have learned over the years that whenever you need your greatest miracle it is normally birthed by a unusual person, with unusual methods or performing unusual procedures, even with that said you yet assume that the one least greatest among his constituents would be least likely for you to connect with because the miracle you need can only be birthed out by a high profile name, a hard task or a significant procedure, nevertheless, in the kingdom, even a messenger can convey the message of the prophet. You’re dipping where no known miracles have occurred or you being sent out of your way to dip seven times, can produce something great out of those moments.

Mighty Men of Valor
1. Gideon 2. David 3. Jeroboam 4. Jephthah who all were Israelites, Naaman was the only specific Gentile mentioned as a Mighty Man of Valor
Working (downside of life) against him
1. He's a Gentile
2. He's an Enemy
3. He's a Leper (Greatest of All)
Naaman was the Chief Military Commander of a persistent enemy of both Israel and Judah but now he is in dire straights and needs the assistance of the prophet because there were none in the area where he resides.
2. Your Tradegy is Someone Else's Treatment 5: 2-3
Although the Israelite girl was in captivity she did not withhold the information most important for her masters help, though she was in a very tragic disposition she knew the remedy for naaman's issue and shared it with his wife.
3. Anger Will Get you Pregnant with Doubt 5: 10-11
We could conclude in this passage of scripture that Naaman came with unusual expectations or preconcieved notions ( He had played it out in his head) nonetheless, he was furious at the outcome, he seemingly to be the Chief Military Commander would be use to people rolling out the red carpet for him but to his dismay (Surprise) he leaves feeling that the unexpected could never happen to him a man in authority by someone under authority. Because of this Strange and Humiliating Command, he lives with his initial response Unbelief and Anger. Nothing spactacular happened so he expected nothing spactacular to happen.
4. Listen to those who listen for you 5:12 -13
Naaman is now more disgruntle (Displeased) because he now realizes that he has traveled such distance and he is told to go to a dirty river, when he had two lean ones in his own land and he knowing what's best for himself wanted reasoned why would he come all this way and not dip in Abanah or Pharpar, again he is in rage. There are people (Subordinates) that have your heart so, that they don't let you rationalize and will strategically articulate thoughts that will leave you breathless and without response but will birth action for your better good.
5. Do the unexpected and get the expected outcome
Whenever you can't see the unexpected as a remedy and you do it anyway it is a step of faith
