“I’m Anointed”
John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
John 5:20 For the Father loveth the Son,
and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.
1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you,
ye shall abide in him.
1 John 2:20 But ye have an anointing from the Holy One, and ye know all things.

I’m Anointed
Luke 4:18-19 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind,
to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
Acts 28:1-3 And when they were escaped,
then they knew that the island was called Melita.
2 And the barbarous people shewed us no little kindness: for they kindled a fire, and received us every one, because of the present rain,
and because of the cold. 3 And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat,
and fastened on his hand.
I didn’t come to this place just to preach, I came to prophesy: I hear the Lord saying that many of you have been going through some deep dark trials, some of you are in the fire right now, and the truth is, it’s not just normal everyday trials.
Some of you have been experiencing extreme trials, things that don’t even make sense,
you’ve been hit in ways you never expected.
And you’ve been hit harder than ever before.
I’m going to tell you, it’s not your imagination that is exactly what’s happening.
It’s because you are a threat to hell. It’s because you’ve got something that a lot of professing Christians don’t have, and a lot of churches
don’t have, “It’s because you are anointed”.
In our text Paul is being transported by ship to Rome to stand before Caesar for the testimony of his faith. Paul warns them of trouble ahead, but they didn’t listen. How many today would be honest enough to say, you could have avoided a lot of hardships in life if you would have just listened to good advice? (Even though they ignored his advice: God was merciful) I think somebody needs to say thank God for his mercy.
He sent an Angel to Paul with a message:
God has given you all them which sail with thee.
That tells me something. That tells me that…
“You better stay with the anointing”
I don’t care how good it looks or how good it sounds, or how big it is, or how popular it is,
or how popular they are (the one question you better be asking yourself is, “Where is the anointing? Is the anointing in it? Are they anointed? ) Shout, Stick with me, I’m Anointed
I am not against talent and I am not against education and I am not against having a big church. (But the fact is: when I’m going through hell, and the devil is trying to kill me, or kill my family, or kill my ministry) It’s not talent that
I need, it’s not education that I need, it’s not a big church or a big name that I need. ( It’s something called the Anointing) I need the anointing.
Paul was not just a man, he was a man anointed with the Holy Ghost and Power. You need to stay with the anointing. Your victory, your healing, your miracle, your deliverance, your destiny,
it’s with the anointing. It’s impossible to overestimate the importance of the power of the anointing on your life. Your business may not know it, but they are blessed because of you.
Your family, your church, your neighbors, they’re blessed because of you. Because you’re anointed. Because of the anointing on your life: Lives are going to be preserved, souls are going to be saved, (Satan is not going to succeed, his plans are going to fail). All because you are Anointed.
In our text we see the Apostle Paul has just survived a ship wreck, now he is bitten by a snake, a viper. And this is not just an everyday common variety of snake, this viper is a deadly viper. This viper is well known on this Island.
Many times these islanders have seen the horrible deaths that had resulted because of the poison of this vipers bite. As soon as they see this viper hanging on Paul’s hand, they forecast his death.
I want to stop here and tell you, there are some people around you, that know that you’ve been going through something, and they know the devil has attacked you, and right now they’re forecasting your death. This might shock some of you, but there are some people around you that are happy you got bit. They are taking pleasure in your pain, they want to see you cry.
I’m reminded of Josephs brothers who threw him in a pit and left him there to die, and sat down on the side of the pit and had lunch. They laughed and entertained themselves listening to Josephs cries for help. It was because he was Anointed.
There are some people around you that are enjoying your pain, they are glad you got bit, they’re saying things like. I knew they weren’t going to make it, I knew that marriage wouldn’t last, I knew they couldn’t afford that house.
I knew they would never make it in ministry.
I knew they weren’t qualified for that job.
I knew their children were going to end up on drugs or in prison. Then they say things like: Who do they think they are anyway?
They should have just settled down like the rest of us, they should have just been satisfied with what they had. They shouldn’t have ever started that soul winning campaign, and they, for sure, shouldn’t have started that building program.
They should have just stayed in the boat with the rest of us, and, what’s all this nonsense about blessings and promotions, and walking on the water and healing the sick and working miracles.
They watched Paul, expecting him to die.
But he disappointed them (he didn’t die)
Can I just prophesy to you right now?
(you’re getting ready to disappoint some people)
There are some people that already had you dead, they prophesied your death, they wrote your epitaph, and they celebrated your loss.
Look at somebody and tell them: I’m not dead.
Now tell somebody else: There’s no expiration date on my anointing. Now tell somebody else: I’m more anointed now than ever.
I’m not saying I’ll never be bit again, or I’ll never fight another battle, or I’ll never cry another tear, or I’ll never spend another sleepless night, but: (I beat that devil) because I’m Anointed.
Come on, shout it out: I’m Anointed.
Somebody needs to take about 30 seconds and give God some praise that you beat that devil.
I’m talking to somebody, you’re going through the fire right now, you’re under attack right now.
Sickness has attached itself to you. Debt has attached itself to you. Fear has attached itself.
Family problems latched on, Marriage problems have attached themselves to you. And right now the devil is pumping out his poison trying to take you out. Trying to kill you, Trying to stop you.
Trying to kill your marriage
Trying to kill your ministry
Trying to kill your anointing
Trying to kill your faith
Kill your peace and your joy
Trying to kill your dreams.
And right now it might feel like and look like the devil is winning. But I just want you to look back over your shoulder and see what God has already brought you through. You’ve been lied on, falsely accused, you’ve been rejected, you went through divorce, you went through foreclosure, you watched them tow your car to the repo depo.
You lost your job, your so called friends stabbed you in the back, you got sick and thought you were going to die. But guess what: You’re still here. Tell somebody: I’m still here (I beat that devil) Yes this is bad: Yes Paul it looks bad for you. Paul this Viper is deadly, and no one has survived it bite, Well his record is being broken.
Because I’m not only going to survive, I’m coming out of this stronger, bolder, more anointed, and more of a threat to hell than ever.
Somebody: Just look back and remember where God brought you from. Look back at what God brought you through. He didn’t bring you through all of that to be destroyed by this.
The God that brought you through that, will bring you through this. To God: This is no different than that. I don’t even have to mention what (that) is, you know without me even saying a word, what (that) is. That thing you thought was going to take you out, that thing that looked so big, that thing that made you cry, that thing that broke your heart, that thing that you thought you would never recover from.
(But you made it) Shout, I’m Anointed.
Somebody just needs to give God some praise that you made it through (that). Somebody needs to tell the enemy: I ain’t dying, I ain’t quitting,
I ain’t giving up. I won’t quit dreaming, I won’t quit preaching, I won’t quit prophesying. I won’t quit praying, I won’t quit singing and shouting.
I won’t quit believing, I won’t quit giving, I won’t quit tithing, I won’t quit serving the Lord.
I’ve been bit before (And I’m still here)
Am I talking to anybody that’s been bit before?
Am I talking to anybody who has felt the enemy sink his fangs into your life before? Am I talking to anybody who knows that God did a miracle for you? God delivered you? God healed you?
God brought you through? God saved you, sanctified you and filled you with the Holy Ghost.
Let me see your hand, if you’ve been bit before, but you’re still here. Every time Paul looked down at his hand and saw those scars it was a reminder: That devil couldn’t make it stick.
Now look at your neighbor and Prophesy, You’re going to make it. I know it’s painful but it’s not fatal. I know it hurts but God will heal it. I know it looks bad, but God will turn it around. I know your crying now but Joy is coming. Weeping may endure for a night but Joy comes in the morning.
Maybe you’re like Paul, you just survived the sea, and lived through a ship wreck, your tired, cold, and now you’ve been bitten by a deadly viper.
You just got out of the lion’s den and now you’ve been thrown into the fiery furnace. You just got out of debt, and now sickness has hit your body.
You just got your car paid off and you’re motor blew up. You just got your job back and now your marriage is under attack. Why me ?
You’re wondering: Why me? What have I done?
Why is it happening to me? I love God, I go to church, I tithe, I sow into the Lord’s work, I read his Word, I try to live holy, it doesn’t make sense.
(I thought I was anointed of the Holy Ghost)
(I thought the hand of God was on my life)
Well I know this is going to sound crazy, but that is exactly why it’s happening to you. WHY ?
(It’s because you are anointed)
It’s because the hand of God “IS” on your life.
It’s because you are a threat to hell.
It’s because you won’t compromise.
It’s because you are lifting a standard of holiness, in the midst of a wicked and perverse generation.
It’s because every time the devil looks at you,
he sees Jesus. It’s because every time the devil hears you speak he hears Jesus. It’s because every time you take a step, the devil sees Jesus.
It doesn’t mean you have done anything wrong,
It doesn’t mean Gods mad at you. What it means is: You are anointed and you are a threat to hell and the devil is afraid of what God is doing in your life, and he hates you and the anointing on your life makes you a target. Shout, I’m anointed
Was Joseph Anointed? Absolutely
Was David Anointed? Absolutely
Was Paul Anointed? Absolutely
Why did they go through what they went through
Why did Joseph’s brothers try to kill him?
Why did Saul try to kill David over and over?
Why did Paul get bit by a Viper?
Cause they were Anointed, Shout, I’m Anointed
If the devil knows about anything, it’s the anointing: He was the anointed cherub, the worship leader of heaven. He knows the anointing and he hates it. The anointing on your life makes you are a target, your Anointed.
You ought to be shouting right there: If it seems like the devil has singled you out, and all hell has broken loose against you, that means the devil has recognized your anointing. That means:
You are now on his radar screen and he’s scared
That means you are somebody he’s concerned about. He wouldn’t be worried about you, if you weren’t anointed, he wouldn’t be bothering you if you weren’t a threat. Shout, I’m Anointed.
I don’t know about you but I want to make the devil flee, I want him worried about me, I want him to be afraid that everywhere I go people are going to get saved, somebody is going to get healed, and somebody is going to get delivered.
Miracles and signs and wonders are going to happen (because I’m anointed) Shout it !!!
Look at somebody and tell them: I’m anointed.
Why has the devil launched an all-out attack on your life, your family, your finances, your kids, your ministry, your health? Cause your anointed
If the devil knew what was going to happen because of his attacks he would have left you alone. If the devil would have known that by crucifying Jesus he was opening the way of salvation to the world, and making a way for the power of the Holy Ghost to come and live and manifest through us, he would have never done it.
Had the princes of this world known, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory. And if the devil knew what God was about to do in your life because of his attacks, he would have left you alone. But he thought he was going to kill you.
He thought he was going to take you out.
He thought he was going to destroy you.
He thought he was going to break you.
He thought you would quit, give in, give up.
He thought he would crush you, bring you down
He thought you would get full of his poison, and become bitter and critical and resentful and mad.
But he was wrong. Paul didn’t die, you didn’t die.
That Viper sunk his fangs into his flesh and shot that poison into his body, but when that poison hit the anointing that poison died, and the anointing just Got Stronger. The anointing went to another level. Paul went to another level.
Some of you know that the vipers of hell have been unleashed against you, and you’ve been bit and it hurts. The fangs are real and they hurt.
But you’re not going to die: You’re shaking it off and moving up. Because your Anointed.
You’re going to another level in the anointing.
You’re testimony just went to another level.
You’re going to walk with a greater anointing and a greater authority than ever before. You’re going to cast out bigger devils than before, you’re faith is going to take you places you could never go before. The things that used to trip you up or hold you down, aren’t going to bother you anymore. More people will be healed and delivered, more be people will be blessed and set free, because of your testimony. Shout it !!!
The anointing does not exempt you from the bite of the viper, but it gives you power over his poison. Not only did Paul shake the viper off and survive: He shook him off into the fire. That means: That Vipers life ended, That viper never bit another person. That viper was destroyed because of the anointing. Your Anointing !!!
I prophesy to you right now: There are Vipers being destroyed right now because of the anointing. Something that has plagued you for years, something that you have wrestled, dogged your heels and rode your back for years.
It’s being destroyed (because of the anointing)
Right now, right now, right now, in Jesus Name
Vipers of sickness, Vipers of financial problems
Vipers of marital problems, Vipers of spiritual problems, Vipers of addictions, and habits, and bondages of the flesh, Vipers that came to steal kill and destroy: are being shaken off into the fire right now, and their power is being broken…. Because of the anointing. That poison is dying now: Vipers are feeling the fire right now.
The anointing is rising up, The anointing is growing, The anointing is increasing, JESUS !
The devil meant it for evil, but God meant it for good (to increase your anointing) Shout it !
Lift your hands and praise Him right now: The anointing is increasing in your life. You are not going under, but you are going over. You’re not expiring, you’re refiring. Somebody needs to praise God right now, that the devil couldn’t make it stick. Somebody needs to praise God that the anointing is greater than anything the devil can devise against you. Shout, I’m Anointed.
1 Jn 4:4 Ye are of God little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. Aman, aman.
Somebody needs to praise him for a poison busting, fang breaking, no stick, Anointing.
Yes I was bit: but you couldn’t make it stick
Yes it hurt and I cried, but you couldn’t make it stick, Yes I went down hard, but I hit my knees and I’m getting up stronger. I’m Anointed.
The’re some vipers being burned up right now.
There are some people that wanted to see you fail Being disappointed right now, the ones who wanted to see you die, the’re crying now.
Today, the burden shall depart from off thy shoulder and the yoke from off thy neck,
because the yoke shall be destroyed, because of the anointing. Shout it out: I’m anointed.
Shout it out: I’m anointed.
