Que Sera Sera How many have heard that song? It was a song made popular by Doris Day
There was a Doris Day Show that came on with her beautiful voice singing that song.
Que Sera Sera (It means) Whatever will be will be (The song says (The futures not ours to see Que Sera Sera).
This song expresses the attitude of multitudes of people including a lot of church folks (Only the church folks add God to the equation)
Then it goes something like this: Que Sera Sera (whatever will be will be) Only God knows the future, so we’ll just put our trust in God and whatever he wants us to have we will have.
And if he doesn’t want us to have it, then we won’t get it.
Thousands of people: good people, God loving church going, bible totin people, have died pre-mature deaths.
Multitudes of good saved blood washed, HolyGhost filled believers have lived weak, spiritually anemic lives always in lack, in debt, struggling financially because they have not understood that it doesn’t matter what God has promised or provided, or what is available to you (you have to take it) It will not fall on you like ripe cherries from a tree.
That’s my assignment here today: To stir up in you the Spirit of faith that does not simply sit down waiting on the benevolent blessings of God to fall on you, (but like Caleb armed with the promises of God you will exercise the divine prerogative of faith) and you will place the demand of faith on the promises and boldly say Give me my mountain.
Caleb received his mountain because he exercised his rights according to the promise: Joshua had promised Caleb that when they received their inheritance that Mount Hebron would be his. (But Caleb still had to press his claim).
The same is true for You and I: You can die singing Que Sera Sera (Or you can stand up in your faith armed with the promises of God and press your claim of faith and take it now.
Is there anybody here who wants to take it now?
I want to talk to you today about a right now faith in a right now God, for a right now miracle.
Mary and Martha both had faith in Jesus: They had a (past faith) and a (future faith) or a (yesterday faith and a tomorrow faith).
In other words: They had an (expired faith) and a (not yet faith) but they had no today faith, no right now faith.
Somebody here today like Mary and Martha, you need a miracle, (You need the resurrection power of God to manifest in your behalf.
It may be in: Your finances
Your family
You may need a resurrection in your marriage
It may be your health, You may need the resurrection power of God to drive disease out of your body
It may be mentally or emotionally, You’ve been attacked in your mind or your emotions, a spirit of fear or a spirit of heaviness has been on you.
Or maybe today it’s your children, they’re rebelling against you and against God, and they’re making your life miserable.
One thing is undeniably clear from this text: It doesn’t matter how impossible it may look or feel (all things are possible with God)
Another thing we see is: God is not afraid of mess or stink
All God needs from you is a right now faith.
Your miracle is here right now
Your deliverance is here right now
Your healing is here right now
Your restoration is here right now
Your breakthrough is here right now
Your resurrection is here right now
Heb 11:6 NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen:
2 Co 6:2 NOW is the accepted time, behold NOW is the day of the salvation.
Lu 6:2 Blessed are ye that hunger NOW: for ye shall be filled
Ro 5:9 Ye are NOW justified by his blood
Ro 5:11 Ye have NOW Received the atonement.
1Jn 3:2 Beloved NOW are ye the sons of God.
Rev 12:10 NOW is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of God and the power of his Christ.
Say: Right Now
Say: It’s mine Now
Say: I take it Now
The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead is here right now, that same resurrection miracle life is here right now.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.
The same Jesus that raised Lazrus from the dead is here to resurrect your dreams, your health, your finances, your marriage.
Like Mary and Martha all Believers believe in the HISTORICAL Jesus who lived over 2,000 years ago, who healed the sick and delivered the demon possessed and oppressed and opened blind eyes and unstopped deaf ears.
All believers believe in a HISTORICAL Jesus who died on the Cross for their sins.
And all Believers, believe in a FUTURE Jesus coming with his kingdom with all power and authority.
But many Believers have missed the RIGHT NOW Jesus
The Jesus who lives in the NOW
The Jesus who spoiled principalities and powers, the Jesus who disarmed and defeated the devil, The Jesus who took the keys of death and hell and rose triumphant over all the power of hell.
This same Jesus gave us the keys of the kingdom of heaven and he said: Whatever you bind on earth is bound in heaven and whatever you loose on earth is loosed in heaven.
That right NOW Jesus is living in his Church through the Power of The HOLYGHOST.
The same power that was on Jesus Life is Now on the church and we are authorized to exercise his power over all the power of the enemy.
The Kingdom of God is In us
Everything you need is in the Kingdom and the Kingdom is in you
The Kingdom of God is not just a historical fact or a future promise.
The Kingdom of God is a RIGHT NOW reality
Mary and Martha needed a miracle, but Jesus knew that in order to experience his power he had to get them in the immediate of faith.
Right Here Right Now Faith.
Your miracle, your deliverance, your breakthrough, your healing is in the immediate of faith.
Jesus is the resurrection and the life.
Jesus is Lord
Jesus is Healer
Jesus is Peace
Jesus is Joy
Jesus is the baptizer in the HolyGhost and Power
He is not the great I was, nor is he the great I will be (he is the great I am)
Everything Jesus was and will be (He is now) by the presence and the Power of the HolyGhost in us.
Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
True winning, overcoming, appropriating bible faith is always NOW.
So many of Gods people have allowed hope to take the place that only true bible faith can hold.
Hope is beautiful, hope is necessary, but hope is not enough, (hope is always future) but faith is always NOW.
Hope is the Eye that sees the promise (but faith is the Hand that takes the Promise).
Mary and Martha had a beautiful hope for the resurrection of Lazarus in the sweet bye and bye.
But they had no faith for a RIGHT NOW resurrection.
Many of us have come today with a beautiful sparkling hope for great things from God.
Many of us have even said: I believe God is Going to do it.
I Believe God is going to heal me
I believe God is going to save my husband, my wife, my children.
I believe God is going to deliver me from this debt
I believe God is going to turn it around.
That’s good: You have viewed the promise with the eye of Hope
Now let the hand of faith reach out and take hold of the Promise.
Be healed today
(right now)
Be free today
Be resurrected today
Be delivered today
Let a right NOW faith reach out and take hold of a right NOW God for a right NOW miracle.
Today is your day for a miracle, today is your day for your breakthrough.
Today is your day to possess your promise.
Today is the day of Salvation (NOW) is the accepted time.
You’ve talked about it, dreamed about it, you’ve seen it in the imagination of Hope (now stretch forth the hand of faith and take it NOW).
Hope admire, Hope imagines, Hope expects (But faith Takes) Faith is a Possessor
Jesus said: HE that believeth Hath everlasting life, no should have, not will have, (but hath).
Mk 11:24 Whatsoever things ye desire (When ye pray) Believe that ye receive them (and ye shall have them).
Everything that God has promised you is waiting for your claim of faith.
The woman with the issue of blood had a hope that she could be healed (her hope brought her to Jesus) But it was her faith that reached into the realm of the supernatural power of God and took her miracle.
Jesus said to her: Daughter be of good comfort (thy faith hath made thee whole).
Faith is a possessor
Faith will not be denied
Faith is bold, faith is aggressive.
From the days of John the Baptist unto now, the Kingdom of heaven suffereth violence and the violent (take it by force).
It could just as well say: The violent take it by (faith).
I feel faith rising in this house today
I believe there are some possessors here today.
Somebody is putting a demand on the power of God
Somebody is stretching out the hand of faith.
Somebody is going to leave different today
Somebody is taking their miracle today.
Caleb said: Give me my mountain (Caleb’s attitude was: This mountain is mine by inheritance and it doesn’t matter if there are giants there or not) It’s mine and I’m taking it.
Give me my Mountain
Where are you Caleb?
Caleb means: Forceful, bold, aggressive, tenacious, determined.
Where are you today?
Where are the Forceful, the bold, aggressive, tenacious, determined (?
like Jacob who said to the angel he was wrestling with) I won’t let you go till you bless me.
Where are the possessors?
Where are the Violent?
Where are those who are ready to take your miracle today?
I know some people will spend their lives admiring the promises of God (talking about them, singing about them) but I believe today there are some possessors here today who ready to stretch out the hand of faith and TAKE IT NOW.
*You need healing?
Healing is a promise
*You need your family to be saved?
Household salvation is a promise
*You need the HolyGhost?
He’s promised to Baptize us with the HolyGhost and with fire.
*You need a Miracle in your finances?
He’s promised to meet all our needs, according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
According to your faith be it unto you.
I feel faith reaching out today: I feel a right now faith in the house, I feel somebody is stretching out the hand of faith today.
Somebody is pulling on Jesus today
Somebody is touching his miracle life today
Somebody is taking it right now.
If you’re ready to take it right now, I want you to get on your feet and begin to thank God right now.
Thank him for every promise
Thank him for his presence
Thank him for his power
Thank him because he is no respect of persons.
Take it now.
