Are GOD's works manifested in you?
Always. We don't have money but GOD richly provided and liberally supplied our daily needs.
Philippians 4:19 (Amplified Bible)

John 9:3 (Amplified Bible)
9:3 Jesus answered, It was not that this man or his parents sinned, but he was born blind in order that the workings of God should be manifested (displayed and illustrated) in him.
V. THESIS:
Praise, worship and thank You very much LORD JESUS for every moment You show Yourself's Goodness to us, we enjoy the benefits of Your obedience and Your Grace toward us in CHRIST JESUS. You have opened our eyes every moment to see Your wondrous things happening within us and around us.

VIII. MAIN BODY:
A. Inborn sickness/disease is not the cause of sin of the parents or the child

Ecclesiastes 9:1-2 (Amplified Bible)
9:1 FOR ALL this I took to heart, exploring and examining it all, how the righteous (the upright, in right standing with God) and the wise and their works are in the hands of God. Whether it is to be love or hatred no man knows; all that is before them.
9:2 All things come alike to all. There is one event to the righteous and to the wicked, to the good and to the clean and to the unclean; to him who sacrifices and to him who does not sacrifice. As is the good man, so is the sinner; and he who swears is as he who fears and shuns an oath.
Good things or bad things happening to a person is not enough proof to show that person as good or bad. It's a myth and wrong belief of uncivilized living in the island of Malta. They are called natives, barbarians or from Greek word "barbaros" meaning foreigner.
Barbarism means "an offense against purity of style or language; any form of speech contrary to the pure idioms of a particular language." "Rudeness of manners; savagism; incivility; ferociousness; a savage state of society." "Brutality; cruelty; barbarity" As for knowledge, they don't have knowledge at all.
Example is Apostle Paul, a snake biting his hand. That is an evil thing for a snake to bite you, but it's not because Apostle Paul is a criminal.
Acts 28:4-6 (Amplified Bible)
28:4 When the natives saw the little animal hanging from his hand, they said to one another, Doubtless this man is a murderer, for though he has been saved from the sea, Justice [the goddess of avenging] has not permitted that he should live.
28:5 Then [Paul simply] shook off the small creature into the fire and suffered no evil effects.
28:6 However, they were waiting, expecting him to swell up or suddenly drop dead; but when they had watched him a long time and saw nothing fatal or harmful come to him, they changed their minds and kept saying over and over that he was a god.
For example, when we speak in tongues in front of unbelievers or unbaptized in the HOLY SPIRIT, to them we are barbarians.
1 Corinthians 14:11 (Amplified Bible)
14:11 But if I do not know the force and significance of the speech (language), I shall seem to be a foreigner to the one who speaks [to me], and the speaker who addresses [me] will seem a foreigner to me.
We are destroying the "sacred cow" that goes like this "good things will happen to good people, bad things will happen to bad people" Take another example, in the life of Job, the bible says Job is "a blameless and upright man, one who [reverently] fears God and abstains from and shuns all evil" not according to man's opinion but GOD's opinion about Job.
Job 2:3-6 (Amplified Bible)
2:3 And the Lord said to Satan, Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who [reverently] fears God and abstains from and shuns all evil [because it is wrong]? And still he holds fast his integrity, although you moved Me against him to destroy him without cause.
2:4 Then Satan answered the Lord, Skin for skin! Yes, all that a man has will he give for his life.
2:5 But put forth Your hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse and renounce You to Your face.
2:6 And the Lord said to Satan, Behold, he is in your hand; only spare his life.
Our revelation is that in the New testament the LORD GOD is still proud for us but He's not mentioning our name to the devil but GOD is mentioning JESUS' Name in front of the devil. Old testament people's blessings are based on their faithfulness and obedience but now in the New testament our blessing is based on JESUS's faithfulness, and obedience to GOD.
Romans 13:14 (Amplified Bible)
13:14 But clothe yourself with the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah), and make no provision for [indulging] the flesh [put a stop to thinking about the evil cravings of your physical nature] to [gratify its] desires (lusts).
Ephesians 2:9 (Amplified Bible)
2:9 Not because of works [not the fulfillment of the Law’s demands], lest any man should boast. [It is not the result of what anyone can possibly do, so no one can pride himself in it or take glory to himself.]
But Job suffered a lot even at the point of death.
Job 2:10 (Amplified Bible)
2:10 But he said to her, You speak as one of the impious and foolish women would speak. What? Shall we accept [only] good at the hand of God and shall we not accept [also] misfortune and what is of a bad nature? In [spite of] all this, Job did not sin with his lips.
While suffering Job praised GOD.
Job 1:21 (Amplified Bible)
1:21 And said, Naked (without possessions) came I [into this world] from my mother’s womb, and naked (without possessions) shall I depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; blessed (praised and magnified in worship) be the name of the Lord!
Another example is the wicked man that has great power, spreading himself like a green tree, but look at verse 36 as his future.
Psalms 37:35-36 (Amplified Bible)
37:35 I have seen a wicked man in great power and spreading himself like a green tree in its native soil,
37:36 Yet he passed away, and behold, he was not; yes, I sought and inquired for him, but he could not be found.
Even wicked people are shown with GOD's goodness for them to repent.
Romans 2:4 (Amplified Bible)
2:4 Or are you [so blind as to] trifle with and presume upon and despise and underestimate the wealth of His kindness and forbearance and long-suffering patience? Are you unmindful or actually ignorant [of the fact] that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repent (to change your mind and inner man to accept God’s will)?
Ecclesiastes 2:14-16 (Amplified Bible)
2:14 The wise man’s eyes are in his head, but the fool walks in darkness; and yet I perceived that [in the end] one event happens to them both.
2:15 Then said I in my heart, As it happens to the fool, so it will happen even to me. And of what use is it then for me to be more wise? Then I said in my heart, This also is vanity (emptiness, vainglory, and futility)!
2:16 For of the wise man, the same as of the fool, there is no permanent remembrance, since in the days to come all will be long forgotten. And how does the wise man die? Even as the fool!
It's not good to envy the fool or the wise but it's good to believe GOD's WORDS.
Psalms 73:3 (Amplified Bible)
73:3 For I was envious of the foolish and arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.

73:14 For all the day long have I been smitten and plagued, and chastened every morning.
73:15 Had I spoken thus [and given expression to my feelings], I would have been untrue and have dealt treacherously against the generation of Your children.
73:16 But when I considered how to understand this, it was too great an effort for me and too painful

73:18 [After all] You do set the [wicked] in slippery places; You cast them down to ruin and destruction.
73:19 How they become a desolation in a moment! They are utterly consumed with terrors!

11:40 Jesus said to her, Did I not tell you and promise you that if you would believe and rely on Me, you would see the glory of God?
Believe the LORD can turn our world and life around with His WORDS in us.
Matthew 11:5 (Amplified Bible)
11:5 The blind receive their sight and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed (by healing) and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up and the poor have good news (the Gospel) preached to them.
Isaiah 35:5 (Amplified Bible)
35:5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
The wicked are wicked because GOD wants to show His goodness and His works upon him.
IX. CONCLUSION:
