Ps 95: 1-6
95:1 O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.
2 Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.
3 For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.
4 In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also.
5 The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.
6 O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.
Joyful noise = shout
Many times we have said just make a noise unto the Lord.
Thanksgiving -
Ps 100: 1-5
Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
Ps 126:2
2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them.
They were happy people
Notice: It never says that coming into His presence is praise.
It what you do in His presence.
Today church Satan has been aloud to counterfeit the Praise and Worship of the Lord.
How does he do that preacher?
Satan has replaced our music in the church with lyrics of songs that are unscriptural.
Here is a few examples:
“I shall not be moved” pg 13 of the Heavenly Highway Hymns.
When the song was written the writer had good intentions,…
He repeated the phrase I shall not be moved 6 times in on verse.
The thing that makes it unbiblical is not the verses,… but the phrase.
Many church members, sitting in the pews today are saying to their self,…
I want be moved,…
I want be moved to sing,…
I want be moved today to pray,…
I want be moved to tell my love one about Christ,..
I want be moved to help teach a Sunday school class,…
I want be moved to do anything that might take some of my time,…
Therefore we will not sing this song. Amen

This is a song full of Catholic doctrine. It has nothing in it about God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit. Its all about be true to your earthly Father and the faith that they had in God.
There are many others in our songbook, that do not praise and worship God.
Bro John does a great job at picking out Biblical, uplifting songs.
Many of the Christmas Carols are not scriptural.

Many songs its just a phrase or a word that needs to be corrected to make it scripture.
The new music is far more destructive to our faith and the Word of God.

Is all about “I” or “ME” or “THEM”.
Its never sung unto God.
Our text today states that were to “sing unto the Lord” ps 95:1
Ver 2 says make a joyful noise unto Him.
A very small percent is about God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit, Heaven or the Blood, SALVATION, THE CROSS, REPENTANCE or the JUDGMENT DAY and there are really just a few songs that even mention the name of JESUS. Most songs today just talk about God or "the Lord", not Jesus. They can easily fit in with any religion or god. Often even non-Christian religions use these same songs. They are politically correct and inoffensive. Some songs you can't tell if they are about God or just love songs. The words 'God' or 'Lord' have become generic terms that can be applied to any god. For example, the Beetles song, "My Sweet Lord" was referring to Hare Krishna of Hinduism and not Jesus. Without a doubt this has come about because of the politically inspired INTERFAITH movement spawned by the universalists.
The Wesleys founded the Methodist denomination. Out of 80 hymns the Wesleys wrote that were considered to be included in their hymnals, the word 'blood' appears 31 times. 25 of the hymns have a clear reference to the atonement; i.e.: 'His blood can make the vilest clean', 'There is a fountain filled with blood', 'What can wash away my sins, nothing but the blood of Jesus'. The Baptists and many other denominations use the Methodist's atonement hymns. Yet, a survey has shown that the Presbyterian (USA), Episcopal, Disciples, United Church of Canada, and United Church of Christ hymnals have now deleted songs about the blood atonement. Though many Methodists still sing these old hymns about the blood, the atonement is no longer preached from their pulpits.
When I want a snack I go to the refrigerator and get me something. I don’t go looking in the garbage can.
Today we have to many Christians in self destruct mode because their falling for the lies of the devil.
Satan has used godly language to destroy God’s people,… And the church has been to blind to see it.

First you notice its all about “ I “
The writer is talking like a person, that is lost and needs a great big dose of JESUS.
The writer if they are saved, probably never read the Bible and has never seen this verse.
2 Cor 5:17
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Mark 2:21-22
21 No man also seweth a piece of new cloth on an old garment: else the new piece that filled it up taketh away from the old, and the rent is made worse.
22 And no man putteth new wine into old bottles: else the new wine doth burst the bottles, and the wine is spilled, and the bottles will be marred: but new wine must be put into new bottles.
The writer is right in that we are a monster. But when Jesus comes in and saves you you are made new, a new creature in Christ.
I have know drunks that have gotten saved and thrown the bottle down and never desired another taste. Others struggle with it. The thing I can tell you is the Holy Spirit is within you and you need to let him have control.
The old Indian chief and the missionary.
The chief said that since he had been saved it was a war raging inside him, like a black dog and a white dog fighting.

Indian chief said the won I feed the most.
Something in the song that you don’t see is how to fight it or defeat it.
Why?
Because it’s a song the devil inspired. it’s a song that Satan has used to deceive many young saved people into doing nothing for Christ.

Here is another song that is all about “ I “ or me.
This song teaches that you can do what you want
And that you can be saved multiple times.
It ignores that fact that you are bought with a price.
The Blood of Christ redeemed you.

It's crowded in worship today

It sounds as if the person that wrote this song did not know scripture.
The Bible says that we make up the body of Christ.
I believe what the writer is missing is that to be in the body, first you must be saved, second, you must live a clean, separated life, so that others can see Jesus in us.
Acts 3:20
19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
JESUS AND THE BLOOD HAVE BEEN DELETED FROM MOST CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN MUSIC
The music now that has been brought to the church has became powerless to the Christian, because it does not bring Glory to God
Today we need to get back to bringing glory to God in our praise.
