I Believe..."Help Thou My Unbelief"
Mark 9:24 NKJ
24 Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”
Does anyone know the number of tears that you have ever shed in your lifetime?
How about the number of times you've ever been hurt?
You know..God knows those numbers
And He knows the most current up to date numbers...
He knows everything about you
Luke 12:6-7MSG
6-7 “What’s the price of two or three pet canaries? Some loose change, right? But God never overlooks a single one. And he pays even greater attention to you, down to the last detail—even numbering the hairs on your head! So don’t be intimidated by all this bully talk. You’re worth more than a million canaries.
And when you think about it..that is almost to hard to comprehend...
That is His AMAZING LOVE...That's how much He cares about mankind
And He knows those numbers for everyone who is living
and has ever lived...and who has yet to be born!
TBS.(the bible says) in John 3:16 NKJ
16. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
17. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
He sent His Son Jesus into this world with a gift, that's right...
The gift of Grace..which extended His Love, Forgiveness and Mercy to anyone who will accept it...
Ephesians 2:8-9 NKJ
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.
He has provided the Salvation opportunity (eternal life) to all who will believe,
The accuser, the devil is the one who is guilty of condemnation and wrecking your life… this morning,
that’s all he does and he's very consistent at it… yet he almost always gets blamed for nothing!
James 1:16-18 MSG.
16-18. So, my very dear friends, don't get thrown off course. Every desirable and beneficial gift comes out of heaven. The gifts are rivers of light cascading down from the Father of Light. There is nothing deceitful in God, nothing two-faced, nothing fickle. He brought us to life using the true Word, showing us off as the crown of all his creatures.
TBS. We are made in His image..
We come from good stock...we have good genes
We were made with his attributes..we have his DNA flowing through us..
His blood continually cleanses and washes over us
Church, I tell you this morning, that He loves us,
Whether we love him or not… "He loves us!"
And it's not just any love...His Love
is an "Amazing Love"
Everyone is always quick to say why me Lord, when it seems like things are going bad and you need someone to blame.
What I would like to know is this…
Why does'nt anyone look around for someone to thank and praise..when things are going good?
That’s an easy one, when things are going good, were always the one to thank, or take the credit,
Yes Sir yee.. I did it all by myself.. Well just sit right down and let me tell you how I did it..its actually quite an amazing story, mostly about me....myself..and I could
just go on forever..
Ya see..when things are going good, we have no problem taking the Credit...
Human nature loves the Glory!..
But when things are going bad, it’s a totally different story.. I'm not to blame, it's not my fault, I would'nt have done this to anyone..especially myself..
But in reality most of us are usually to blame… Our decisions always have consequences and some of them can be extreme..
I would venture to guess that God has probably been blamed for more bad things happening to people than anyone else, in the history of the world.
Why did God let this happen?
Ever heard or maybe even said that one?
None of us think that we deserve the bad things that happen to us..
Guess what? neither does God.
Contrary to what a lot of people might have you think...
He only wants the best for His Children.
Okay..so what about the good things..that happen on a continual basis?
Does anyone ever say..why did God let this happen?
I'll tell you what I have heard people say..
Man was that luck..
Boy was I ever in the right place at the right time..
I don't know why good things happen to me...I must be living right!
Who in the world..are they trying to kid?
What has any of us..ever done to deserve,
the unmerited grace and favor..God gives us on a daily basis?
If you want the truth…Not one thing have we done..to warrant Gods Goodness!
Many have thought long and hard about that question
and I’ll tell you the only reason is because..HE LOVES US!
He loves us so much, that
He does it, for no other apparent reason!
Because of His love, for all of humanity.
And instead of saying, why me Lord?
I want to say to you, I want you to try something different for a change..
I want you to start thinking..Why Not You..
Why not me? Yes I'm talking to you..why not you?
Thank You Jesus, You are the one who makes
that kind of a statement possible!
Why not YOU?
He wants you to know, believe and accept...
Everything He did...He did for you
So many promises made to the children of God, so few are willing to,
or who feel worthy to walk in what they have been given and promised to enjoy...
Are you a child of God? Yah, then why not you?
aren’t those promises in the Bible..for everyone?
Well Yah..then why not you?
Are you alive and breathing? Yah..
Do you have a pulse this morning?
Then why not you...
why aren’t you enjoying what God has given you?,
Yah!, why ain’t I enjoying what God has given me? Good question!
WHAT are you waiting for??
You see, the accuser and the world will tell you all day long, that you aren’t worthy
and never will be worthy of the goodness and the benefits that God has for you!
Don't get caught up in the lie of all lies...
because of what Jesus did for you, you are!!
HE HAS MADE YOU WORTHY, to participate in
Everything that has been promised to you..Praise God!
He Qualified You,
not prequalified you,
but Qualified you and if you know Him,
you are worthy to receive His Goodness!
Because it's not about what you are capable of,
It never has been..and never will be..
Its completely based on His worthiness,
that’s what makes it hard to get your hands around,
*You can’t earn it on your own,
*your not worthy of it on your own,
*you don’t deserve it on your own,
but yet, it can be yours if you want it.
All through a personal relationship with God’s Son, Jesus
His finished work on a Hill called Calvary, made it all possible!
Praise God, Thank You Jesus, we are so blessed!!
Somebody.. Ought to be shouting up in this place
Eph. 1:3-6, 11-12, 13-14 MSG.
3-6. How blessed is God! And what a blessing he is! He's the Father of our Master, Jesus Christ, and takes us to the high places of blessing in him
(what kind of places? Only the best places.. the high places of blessing in him)
Long before he laid down earth's foundations, he had us in mind, had settled on us as the focus of his love, to be made whole and holy by his love(who is the focus of His Love). "We are"
Long, long ago he decided to adopt us into his family through Jesus Christ. (What pleasure he took in planning this!) He wanted us to enter into the celebration of his lavish gift-giving by the hand of his beloved Son.
11-12. It's in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, (what kind of living) part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone.
13-14. It's in Christ that you, once you heard the truth and believed it (this Message of your salvation), found yourselves home free—, signed, sealed, and delivered by the Holy Spirit. This signet from God is the first installment on what's coming, a reminder that we'll get everything God has planned for us, a praising and glorious life.”
(What pleasure he took in planning this!) He wanted us to enter into the celebration of his lavish...(that means over the top) gift-giving by the hand of his beloved Son.
It's an invitation..that sounds to good to be true..but it is!
He's talking about you and I this morning..
But you see....I've already accepted the invitation..
So Christian, why not you??
after all the effort God has gone through,
to make all His Love and His goodness available to us,
Why wouldn’t we want to experience all that He has for us...
it seems like it would be an easy decision for more people, doesn’t it?
He did all that for me?..YES!
He did all that so I can have an abundant life?...YES!
He did all that so I could not only be Blessed, but could be a blessing as well?
YES..YES..AND YES!!
Well I'd have to be crazy to not want to get in on something like that..
Now....were getting some where
The selfless act of love that Jesus accomplished on the cross,
is what makes it possible...
When He was on the cross, we were on His Mind...and we
Have never been away from His thinking...
Jesus..qualifies all of us everyone, that call Him our Lord and Savior, to receive everything He has to offer us from His Fathers vast riches in Glory
We have everything that we need by and through our relationship with Jesus...
Our relationship is Key...it unlocks everything!!
Ephesians 1:3 NKJ
3.Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, (how many blessings)
Our human nature will try to tell you different every time, "why me Lord"
sometimes you just have to take authority over yourself and say
"why not me"
Take the promise of Healing for example...
Isaiah 53:5 NKJ
But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
Now when we are sick..do we feel like we are healed?
Even though we may not..Does that change the fact, that the word states we are?
Sometimes you have to say to your body...you may not feel like it
But Gods word declares it and in His Word there is Truth and Promise...
And there is plenty of both..more than enough to see His Declaration to Fruition!
Amen? Amen?
So body of mine...In the name of Jesus..
your going to be healed whether you like it or not
Let's admit it..the flesh is weak,
but the word of God is not weak...
TBS. The Word is sharper...than any 2 edge sword
and we can stand on that word..it's a declaration word!!
God said I can be healed and Its time you realize you can
have what He says you can...
Because He says You can have it...and that's enough.. Praise God!!
But you say, you don’t know what I’m going through!
No I don’t and I don't need to know...
But I'll tell you what I do know...GOD DOES!
Do you believe...what God has already provided for your need
and whatever it is that your going through,
Is in any way, shape, or form...bigger than the God of all capabilities?
Then Make up your mind to quit trying to figure everything out..
and make up your mind to change your way of thinking
and say "why not me..Why Not Me...WHY NOT ME!!"
Make up your mind.. from this day forward
Your going to accept what Jesus did
with His finished work on the cross for you,
as being more than enough...
to see your need not only met, but exceeded!
Start walking in His divine nature in every area of your life!
He already paid the price, why not start enjoying the benefits..
that He died for to make possible!
And if the accuser tries to bother you with anything at all..
be quick to let him know every time,
God’s gift of Grace, JESUS..my able advocate...
will be handling any and all inquires from now on!
Let Gods Grace handle it and quit worrying about it, or anything else!
No more Why me Lords for you..only Why not me's! Amen?
And when you do that… The accuser will think twice about bothering you
because he wont have any clue quite what to expect...
Jesus DEFEATED him...and so can you
But that's..and that's this..and your being..
Listen when you trust GRACE..that's exactly what God wants you to do!!!!
Not continually Question it...BUT "TRUST IT!!"
and know you can always depend and rely on it. Amen?
The more you learn to trust in God’s Grace and what the Bible says,
the more, little by little you set yourself free..
from human nature and the natural way that things seem to appear to be,
Into the supernatural capabilities that only the Kingdom of God can do and will do, if you allow Him to,
And when you do, you realize how liberating it is..
freedom from self reliance and the condemnation of the world..
is a great place to live,
And its all possible..and only made possible..
because of the grace and favor, that God freely gives..
to whosoever will believe. Thank you Jesus!
And it's not just for Healing...but for Every Promise God Has Ever Made!
1st Cor. 1:3-6 MSG.
3. May all the gifts (what did it say?) that's right
it said ALL of the Gifts and Benefits...ALL
(Let's read it again)
3. May ALL the gifts and benefits that come from God our Father, and the Master, Jesus Christ, be yours.
4-6. Every time I think of you— and I think of you often!—I thank God for your lives of free and open access to God, given by Jesus. There's no end to what has happened in you— it's beyond speech, beyond knowledge. The evidence of Christ has been clearly verified in your lives.
7-9. Just think —you don't need a thing, you've got it all!
(what have we got?, I'm sorry but I want to make sure you
Know...that we’ve got it all, Praise God)
"All God's gifts are right in front of you as you wait expectantly (that means we have them now) for our Master Jesus to arrive on the scene for the Finale. And not only that, but God himself is right alongside to keep you steady and on track until things are all wrapped up by Jesus. God, who got you started in this spiritual adventure, shares with us the life of his Son and our Master Jesus. He will never give up on you. Never forget that.”
Just think— you don't need a thing, With Jesus in your life, you've got it all!
Isn't it about time to start acting like it?
All God's gifts are right in front of you as you wait expectantly to experience all that He has for you and he will be there, every step of the way, helping you and guiding you on your journey!"
(How often on the journey? That's right "every step of the way")
TBS. He who started a work, will be faithful to complete it, in you.
Do you know Jesus this morning, or do you just know about Him?
I encourage you...to get to know Him personally
Because, He wants to know you intimately..
He wants you know His Love and Peace that comes with knowing Him.
A Love and a Peace that passes all understanding
He wants us to know that we can depend on Him..
and to not worry about the future..
but to trust Him implicitly with it..
And that there is a never ending,
inexhaustible supply to His fathers goodness that He longs to give us.
John 3:34 MSG.
"The One that God sent speaks God's words. And don't think he rations out the Spirit in bits and pieces. The Father loves the Son extravagantly. He turned everything over to him so he could give it away— a lavish distribution of gifts. That is why whoever accepts and trusts the Son gets in on everything, life complete and forever! And that is also why the person who avoids and distrusts the Son is in the dark and doesn't see life. All he experiences of God is darkness, and an angry darkness at that."
whoever accepts and trusts the Son gets in on everything...
On what? EVERYTHING...
That's the kind of Loving and Giving God He truly is...
He is willing to treat you the same way He treats His own Son Jesus!
No one has to experience the darkness, because God has provided a way to escape the darkness for all who will believe...

If you don’t know Him today, Get to know Him..
It's time that Christians awoke from spiritual coma..
and started to eat, breathe and walk in..
The abundant life that Grace has given to them!!
Today can literally be, the first day of the rest of your life.
An Amazing best is yet to come, kind of life!
A life filled with the life changing Grace Message Jesus came to give you, that we have been talking about this morning,
And if your not experiencing that life...
and all that God has for you this morning,
God wants you to know, you can be..it's right in front of you
Do you believe it this morning?
Don't just believe it...
But also receive it in Jesus Name and step into everything that awaits you...
The life God has had prepared for you all along since the beginning..
